What is the point of paying for a premium membership to get alerts for mistake fares when you can’t even look at the mistake flight? Every. Single. Time. the app either crashes, doesn’t load, or spits you out to the world map if you try and click on a mistake fare notification. Why pay for something that doesn’t work? You’re better off setting price alerts on Google Flights. And they just copy paste responses to any AppStore review that doesn’t give them five stars.
Hasn’t been working for almost two weeks now.
Is usually an excellent app , however for some reason , when I try to use it just shows a “ something went wrong “ that never happened before and is frustrating.

I am planning a trip and I saw that this app offers lower rates… NOT only gave me one rate and it was almost $500 I found cheaper just going online. And when it said “click for more options” it brought me to Priceline on safari. Like what’s the point of having the app then???
Don’t waste your money
Charge you a monthly subscription fee and only show deals out of major airports. Stick with Priceline/kayak/kiwi. There are multiple FREE search engines with similar deals. This is just another app scam with a monthly fee. Save your money for your trip and not some silly app.

Every time I search I get prompted to start a free trial. So I try to, but the loading spinner rolls and nothing happens. I’m prompted to start a free trial again. It’s a shame, this bug won’t let me even start using this app

American Airports only
As expats who travel a TON I was really excited about this until I realized it only seems to work if you live in the US. I am unable to set an airport abroad as a base.

I never leave reviews for apps but felt this was so bad that it warranted a review. There is absolutely nothing you can do inside this app without paying for the premium subscription.

Misleading TikTok Hype, Not Worth It
I downloaded Going because of all the TikTok ads showing tons of “ultra cheap” flight deals. After trying it myself, it was the complete opposite of what was advertised. I didn’t find any real deals, nothing close to what the marketing promised, and the app itself felt pretty unengaging.
Feels like the ads oversold something the app doesn’t actually deliver. Definitely disappointed.

Not VoiceOver accessible
There's not much to say. Blind and other print disabled users on iPhones cannot use this app. I wish I could give it 0 stars as I cannot use it.

No Reminder for Free Trial Renewal, Not Worth the Money
I signed up for the free trial after seeing some advertising. I didn’t get to use the product but was forced to paid because I didn’t turn off auto renewal. There was no reminder for auto renewal which I was surprised considering that most of subscriptions apps would remind customers before the renewal date.
I argued with the customer support but they kept diverting me to “App Store” and saying no way would they be able to refund me if I wanted a refund.
It doesn’t seem like they wanted to help me get the refund at all. Overall I’m not happy with how this process went. I think the app should send notifications to customers and also be more customer friendly by self refunding the customer.

Very buggy
Over half the deals shown on the map open up to “Oops, something went wrong,” and the only way to get away from the screen is to quit and restart. This happens on multiple devices.

Pushing too hard to pay
Not sure how to use, the app is unusable without paying, why have it as a free to use app at all?

Somehow this app only offers Google sign in and not logging in with the email and password I signed up with on the web. Fix it please because I already have an account and don’t wanna create a new one

Warning SCAM
I downloaded the app and upgraded to the 14-day trial elite membership. I was charged $211 and never received the elite membership. I immediately canceled the trial, but I was still charged $211. I spent the last three nights dealing with the company, and they told me they could not find my account and that I needed a refund from the Apple Store. I have an account and can log in. I sent them screenshots of my account with the email, my credit card statement, and the order number on Apple. They told me the account doesn't exist! Scam
Designed to make you sign up for premium
You can get the same from Google flights. The ap almost forces you to sign up for premium service. It’s a waste of time
Useless. No syncing
The app only is functional as a shopping tool. The app DOES NOT sync or pull in trips that were created on the Going website. When you add a trip on the web, it doesn’t appear in the app. The app relies only on what you set up within the app itself. And you can’t even do that unless you set up unwanted alerts. The Going Help Center clarifies this limitation under "Common Membership Issues." It confirms that while Premium and Elite members have exclusive access to My Trips via the mobile app, the feature is tied specifically to setting alerts. It doesn’t allow viewing or syncing previously created web trips.
In other words, you paid your money. you have an account. You can’t use your account using tha App. Absolutely unsatisfactory. Deleting app as it is essentially non-functional for tracking my preferred trips.
Buggy and lacks reminders
I have been a longtime subscriber and upgraded to premium. I received no reminder email or notification that I was about to be charged for another year of premium which was disappointing after trying to use the app for much of the first year with bugs and timeouts.
App not working
I have used this app since its inception and am usually very happy with it. But recently it has stopped working. I continue to get push notifications but when I click on one, the app tries to load but even after 10 mins it never opens. I just see the G spinning around and around. This happens on both my iPhone and iPad. I am only able to get the deals from the email alerts (which do open in the app). I’m hoping an update soon will fix this glitch.

Hawaii considered “International”
Not only are you paywalled before you can see the deals, but since it considers Hawaii an international destination (even though I’m starting from a US airport), you have to upgrade to an even higher tier that’s twice as expensive (both tiers only have an annual option) just to see the offer for the Hawaii destination (which means you can’t see it as part of the free trial)
Scam
Don’t download the app unless you want to pay $49 a year to get told what google flights tells you for free. Even with the ‘subscription’ for this app, I still had to dig for good priced flight tickets for 45 minutes after using their ‘suggestions’.

Not sure why, this app was going great until it wasnt anymore & for some odd reason when I click on the deal it spins (loads) for greater than 5 minutes! I have seen what other reviewers say and looks like it has been going on for a few months now. Considering deleting the app and canceling the subscription because whats the point of being notified if I can’t even look at the deal? Seems pretty pointless to me!
Won’t open the trip alert
Every time they send me an alert about a destination the link won’t open and the spinning wheel will rotate ad infinitum . I want my $50 back!
No local airport
This app doesn’t even have my local airport to select. And I don’t have another one. Try finding Fairbanks, Alaska. It would be good if creators gave some way to find out if customer’s airport is in their database before signing up for this useless app.

Unusable
The app is almost unusable. I’ve been a big fan of Scott’s Cheap Flights and used to have a premium subscription. I just downloaded Going and while the app itself is beautiful, it takes forever to load things when you click on a deal or change parameters of your filters. It’s almost unusable. So frustrating. Terrible, quick uninstall.

The concept is cool and the desktop web app works pretty well, but holy smokes guys. Optimize your algorithms. Sometimes I go to check deals and just give up because I’m stuck on the loading screen. And if there’s a super good limited time deal? Forget about it. They get so overloaded you can’t even access it. This legit might be the slowest iPhone app I’ve ever used and it’s getting worse. Considering canceling my membership.
Great Idea
The idea is there. The database isn’t. All the flights I see are way more expensive than online or apps like Hopper. It’s not even close.
But a map that shows you the cheapest flights around the world without having to filter by date or location is a great idea. Too bad they couldn’t execute
