Pay to play?
I’ve played Gold Fish Casino Slots for years and really enjoyed it. Now it seems like you can’t spin unless you buy coins. Why did you change it? I’ll probably delete the app unless it stops being a pay to play game.
Insufficient coins
Never enough coins to do anything. Barely any bonuses, so you just lose your daily coins fast and then they want you to buy more.
They take your money but doesn’t give you points
We purchased points and they took almost $70 and didn’t give us the points. My elder mom plays this game and they don’t give you the points after paying.
How to lose users!
I never write reviews. I’ll admit they got my $$, so maybe it’s too late. But when a user spends $$ and gets 0 bonuses, how do you expect them to continue to purchase credits or even have the desire to play the app. DELETED.

The only positive thing I can say is that the graphics and overall feel of the game are good. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends.
The more you play, the higher the betting requirements become, eventually forcing you into buying coins just to continue. Any small wins feel completely controlled-after a few decent spins, the game seems to pause or reset, and then you hit a wall where you can spin 50+ times with nothing.
Bonus rounds are even more frustrating. I’ve seen major and minor bonuses appear, only to flip to nothing when they clearly shouldn’t. It feels misleading at best.
Customer service was no help at all. They told me it’s the player’s responsibility to record gameplay and prove glitches, which is unrealistic and unacceptable.
On top of that, I’ve been double-charged multiple times when purchasing coins and had to go through the hassle of filing complaints just to get refunded. Even worse, when choosing the “buy online for extra coins” option, the bonus coins received were significantly less than what was advertised.
Overall, this app feels predatory and unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone. Choose a different slot game and save your money.

Avoid this slot app! Play Monopoly Slots instead for a better experience. I tried this app just to see the new huff n puff game and after hitting a few features realized the pay tables are totally off. I was playing on 1 million bet which rewards players with a 1.2 million mini and a 3.2 million minor. That is hardly a reward when the game doesn’t feature often.

Easily the worst fake casino game on the market, the second you start the app, you are bombarded by pop ups, trying to get you to spend real money for fake money, impossible UI, overall the worst out for sure.
Raised minimum bet - clearly money grab
Raised the minimum bet by 600% so that people have to buy coins. Game unplayable now and it devalued the coins I bought prior. Should be illegal without adjusting the value of my coins. I spend a certain amount of coins with the understanding they are with a certain amount, then after purchase the higher minimum bet highly devalued them. Suggested not getting this app anymore. Used to be fun.

Absolute garbage app
Don’t waste your time with this POS app. Can turn into a money pit if you’re not careful. For a game to be fun maybe allow more bonuses so players can see what a fun version of a slot is like. We don’t need real world practice on this. Last time I’m playing on this or any other slot app again. Terrible and pointless.

Fun casino games, dumb bet amounts
I like this site because it’s got a lot of the games that I like to play at a real casino. what I hate about it is the better amount, they come up with stupid wagers like $1,001,250 for a bet which makes a large portion of the win amounts have 666 in them which is just bad luck! If you aren’t prepared to spend money buying chips, you’ll have to collect your daily chips for a week or two in order to play for half an hour. The more you play the higher they make the minimum bet so the less time you can play. I’m not sure what their payback percentage is but it seems to be less than a real casino which really isn’t very much fun at all!

I bought a few coin packages. They devalued my coins by changing the bet structure, they raised all the minimum bets by 10x the amount so for the Huff and puff, the minimum bet used to be 35 million now it’s 350 million.
I created a ticket for support because now all the money that I just paid is worth 10 times less than it was yesterday and all they did was give me enough coins for ONE spin.
So now if I wanna play, at least for more than an hour, I’ll have to buy more coins.
It’s quite the racket they’ve got going on.

The new minimum bet is set WAY TOO HIGH!!!! The Race for the Gold slots went from 2M coins to 50M, and Dancing Drums went from 5M to 100M!! Please reduce the minimum bet back to where it was or you will lose players.

Do not play this app if you like to experience what a real casino is somewhat like. You can play and play for hours on end and never see a bonus. Just look at the other critical reviews on this app. I e spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in coin purchases on this app for fun, I bet reasonably and still no return. There is no such thing as RNG on this game. Just flat rigged. I’ll give an example: bought a 1.5 trillion coin pack (yes dumb, but also I’m level 1500+, so it’s imperative for me to keep up with daily tasks to bet a little bigger). Out of that 1.5 trillion, I tested it out betting a measly 5billion per spin. Not one single bonus was hit. Surely I thought, if I bought another round, it would change… wrong. Another 2.5 trillion coin pack was purchased and to no avail, no bonus. MULTIPLE SLOTS. Very poor responses from tech support as I tried on multiple occasions to explain the frustration from a seasoned app user, no help was given. This game is on playable because any of the task that it wants you to do wants you to bet more coins and you can win doing that bet it’s ridiculous that I spent $100 on this game and still have barely completed. Jelly Cove more than a handful of times. Do not recommend this game.
