Terrible food today
We brought our grandkids with us to celebrate our wedding anniversary of 49 years. Today the food was terrible. The majority of the food was way overcooked. The ham & hot dogs looked like they were from a week ago. My grandkids who love coming here today barely touched their food. There was no chicken breasts only thighs & a few drumsticks. The melon was soft & mushy. The ice cream machine was not working again. Very disappointing. It was like there was no quality control checking by anyone.

I’ve been going to Golden Corral multiple times a month and getting and redeeming awards, the app was stuck and I had to delete and reinstall ,and change my password to get back on and when I logged into my account all the points were gone,I notified support and they never responded to my complaint, so I’m not going back ever again because of this.
Not great
Salad bar good, lots of variety but quality was low - lots of dried out dishes. Desserts bar was a mess and lacking many items, ice cream one flavor .

We visited the Golden Corral in Pearland TX 04/25/2026. We were very disappointed. The venue is rundown, needs remodeling. Pot Roast Meat, Baked Chicken, macaroni & cheese, Meatloaf, all were very dry, they had been sitting out for a long time . It was steak night and the steak was very tough and dry. Didn’t start at scheduled time. Butterfly shrimp advertised was actually popcorn shrimp. No salad dressing for salad. Banana pudding was old. A server brought a new pan out for a little girl to partake of and then took it back behind the counter. I called her over and she let me have some but in reality the old pan should have been removed and replaced with the one she had allowed us to self-serve from. Usually this location is pretty good; something is amiss. Disappointed. Maybe we will try one more time and see if it was just an off-night, otherwise a no-go.
