Reward Rates Drop with the last Update.
Why did the last update cut the winnings?? I hate it.
First place used to return 133K, now it’s 100K.
Second place used to return 93K, now it’s 70K.
Third place was +/-73K, now it’s 55K.
When the entry is 50K, 70 ain’t much.

Fun game play, lots of bugs, horrible customer service
Have played this game on and off for a long time. Game will stop working correctly intermittently and CS will send you 3 emails confirming your issue, but then telling you that their game issues are your connection problems. With most of the internet on 5g or TB speed WiFi, it’s a bold assertion that their lack of clean code and customer service should be blamed on a device. Worth the play, but the frustration is consistent. I have been blocked out like this over 20 times in a couple years of using the app. Five star game play: One star company.
They want your money
They just changed the amount of rewards/coins you get for winning so you don’t gain much at all. They must want or need more money.. Many cheaters on the game who get 2 strokes on a minimum of a 4 stroke hole… You can’t add random golf buddies, you can’t chat with buddies in the game or at end of the game except with their pre~determined chats they provide, like so close, ouch, etc…

Do not think for a second you’re playing against live players. Each round is pre determined. This should be looked into, especially because they charge users for some aspects of this game.
Connectivity
This is a good game but when it comes to lagging out of a server, they don’t reconnect you. I just lost over 10k coins because of a connection issue and it really just bummed me out to the point to where I uninstalled the game. Sucks.

No response from developer
Had an issue where I wasn’t given a reward because of a glitch emailed the developer through their system twice. Haven’t heard anything back and it’s been more than 30 days. Probably going to delete this very soon for sure don’t ever give them money. They won’t respond if something goes wrong.

Game is fun but basically luck based.
Some of the levels can be easy Hole-In-Ones only if you get lucky and spawn at a certain position. Some of the other players which are most likely AI, magically teleport into the hole just by being within a certain distance of it, along with many bugs.

Challenging is OK, but this is ridiculous.
I used to enjoy this game, but it’s becoming more difficult. The early level winnings are low and the more difficult ones cost too much of your coins (in my opinion).
The Custom Greens level is almost impossible at times. There must have been an update and I haven’t placed in the Top 3 since. But I’ve lost thousands of my coins.
Finally, I’m either a terrible player all the sudden or the difficulty level has been upped a notch or two. Any time I get close to 230k in coins, I go on a maddening losing streak.
It’s never been the most fun app, and now I’m ready to remove it from my phone.

Not consistent
Play the same hole 10 times and do the exact same thing every time and you’ll get different results of how the ball behaves, how far it travels or how far it doesn’t travel. And somehow guests always finish atop of the leader board. To win o e chest at the 210$ level can sometimes take 10 to 15 try’s and I e played the exact same holes thousands of times. Not only are you playing bots and trying to beat them but you are playing against a game that has a predetermined outcome before you even hit your ball. If you don’t wanna be frustrated I suggest don’t play.
This game sucks
It’s the worst game I’ve ever played the ball would never go in the hole and everybody were bots its way to easy to win and I’m someone who really likes to win so it’s the most horrible and horrific game I’ve ever played.

Ruined, nerfed prizes
Really wasn’t necessary to nerf trophy road when most items received are already non-VIP, nerfing it this low makes it completely pointless now. There are other, more creative ways to make money from customers. You’ve now made your game less “slot machine” addictive meaning in less inclined to open it back up. Poor direction
Fun game but…
I just noticed that the game developers have decreased the Elite 1st place game prize to 500,000 coins. It used to be 750,000. What was the point of doing that? And the Trophy Road prizes suck now. I’m a big fan of this game but that’s not cool that you guys did that.

I’ve played this game for about 5 years. Fun and exciting at first but once you collect the different items, it’s the same balls, trails, holes, etc. Nothing new and exciting. Buy expensive chests and it gives duplicate stuff and not even close to compensation for what you spend. Same boring courses and the “Guests” are predominantly BOTS who snag the top spots most times. The game is stale. I’m deleting. Used to be fun.

Not easy to upgrade clubs. App is driven towards pay to play making it very difficult to upgrade clubs and compete against premium members.
Update Sucks
With most recent update shot distance control has become wildly variant, with distances once easily covered now falling short. So you adjust and suddenly the ball goes further. Consistency is lost. No longer fun.
Wall Of Fortune
The game is rigged. Every time I play the wall of fortune game, I fall into the x slot on the first try. At least fix the game to where after a few shots you get the x, not every first try.

Needs Improvement
The pool game has balls that don’t fall into the pockets. If you win one gem in the pool game and then miss it asks you to spend 200 gems to continue which doesn’t make sense. The prizes need to be higher. The magical bots that beat you in a game after missing shots are also annoying. The game developers are not trying to hide they are only in this for the money. Do better.
Unusual Multiple Hole-in-Ones on Windy Clffs
Just recently on Windy Cliffs my opponents in my Lobby are getting multiple Hole-in-Ones. Even if my final score ends up with 4-6, they will have all 3 as a score. They will also speed up one or two of the rounds so you won’t be able to finish round. Impossible to Win. Somehow the algorithm has changed on Windy Cliffs. Fix it Developers or nobody in their right mind will play this game. The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Lots of Cheaters
It was a great game for a while. Now they don’t filter out the people cheating (balls disappear and automatically get a hole in one) as well as a lot of “bot” balls that play perfectly. You know they are bots because on particular holes they malfunction and keep hitting the same bad shot without adjusting and then are perfect on every other hole. As well as they can make shots that you need a fox or cheetah ball to achieve, but they do it with a regular ball. It’s upsetting as I was a top player but now I have no motivation to play until they fix this.
