I am only giving you three stars, because of the non-existing of customer support. There was multiple issues with the game and I wrote to you about the issues and I never get feedback. Number one you should always get feedback. Number two we should be compensated for the error in the game, and updates. On that note, I will never spend a dive until you change your ways. Now I can’t connect to the server deleted the game restarted it still can’t connect to a server. Goodbye.

Customer service is HORRIBLE
I love the game, and I’ve spent $ on items, however, there is a glitch in the software that won’t allow me to save my profile. DONT’T SPEND $ UNTIL YOU CANSAVE YOUR PROFILE. I’ve sent multiple messages to customer support and every time they don’t address the issue. They just apologize. I’m done. Too bad, because it’s a good game.

These people been made aware of the ongoing issues with the game, like the ball guide being off and you have absolutely no clue how to setup your shot because it doesn’t behave like it should, like Golf Clash, they don’t have this issue, and in Golf Clash you can dunk the ball, not here in Golf Impact, I tried and the ball missed the hole, which just proves my point how the game accuracy is off! I’ve tried working with these people countless times, but now they have started to ignore me, which is not really rude and disrespectful, but it’s also unprofessional!!!! Go play Golf Clash, it’s a way much better game, I tried to make this game better for everyone but they don’t seem to care about us players, sad but true! I WANT EVERY SINGLE PENNY BACK THAT I’VE EVER SPENT ON THIS GAME, I CAN SEE I WAS WRONG FOR EVEN TRYING THIS GAME!!!!!!!!

I enjoy the game. Been playing for long time. Issues with game freezing up and losing matches. Also arrow not consistent. Jumps around. Arrow speed crazy in clan match even if using a good ball. Also numerous times session expired in middle of a match. Wind speed is ridiculous. Not playing till some of these issues fixed

Have been playing this game for some time. Used to be fun but with all the changes to club upgrades, etc. it’s become ridiculously complicated, greedy and little emphasis on play. Just my opinion.
Why my clubs will not upgrade? Can not get customer support as i5 is not in English!!!!

Restore my game
I couldn’t open the app because it said I needed to update it. I had to delete the app from my phone then reinstall it and it didn’t download my data and this is the second time this has happened
G mail log in problem
I have said this in a previous review. To date this problem has not been fixed! I have reached out to customer support numerous times with no response! It is ridiculous that they have not fixed this problem yet!

No customer support
The game is okay unless you need to contact customer support. I have been sending messages since November 2023, and I have not received any response. They either have a malfunctioning server, or they don’t care about their customers. They need to change their title to NO customer support.
Too Greedy
I’ve been playing this game a little over a year now and I have not once seen the level of stupid and greedy as I have with this game. No matter how hard you try no matter how perfect you hit the ball. It never goes where you aim it, ruining all of the fun out of this game, because they are so greedy they are trying to force you to buy upgraded clubs so you can play the game the way it was meant to be played..! Pathetic and useless, SMH. Don’t bother wasting your time unless you feel like spending hundreds of dollars on this useless stupid game.
Love the game
I loved playing this game but what I don’t like and understand is the way they charge you $ 14.06 to just download the game if it’s free to download from the beginning! I can understand if I was playing and making purchases for the better clubs and golf balls but I’m not doing so. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve deleted and downloaded the game over and over throughout the day and this is the first and only time I’ve been charged right off the bat! I can’t tell understand if I was purchasing the better equipment but I’m not! Very disappointing and discouraging
Need help
I truly love playing the game. I do see an inconsistency in the wind but I can live with that. Why I gave it one star is because the 60 second adds don’t work half the time. They crash the game, I have to reboot it and then watch the 60 second add again. Thinking of looking for another golf game if they can’t fix this.

Don’t Waste Your Time
This has to be the most inconsistent golf game I’ve ever had the displeasure of playing. If I could give it zero stars I would. The wind in this game affects your ball the same whether you’re driving or making a 2 foot chip shot. There’s no way a 6 mph wind should have that wide of a target range and that much effect on a ball that barely gets of the ground. The amount of technical glitches are astounding. I had a ball rim the cup, come out for a split second, and on the last second drop in, but the game had decided that the shot was over before the ball stopped moving. So I’m staring at my ball at the bottom of the cup and yet here comes another shot right at the edge of the cup I need to take. Screwed me out of an eagle in tournament play where this makes a big difference on whether you move on. The lines for putting are incredibly inaccurate. So much so that I had a long put that I had lined up to the middle of the cup and got a “perfect” on the release that still went wide of the cup. How?!! I’m following your own guideline to the cup, dead center, perfect release. That’s another issue. Hitting your shot “perfect”, even while NOT putting elicits wildly different results from where that ball should end up. And yes I’m factoring in and compensating for wind. I could honestly go on and on about the many, many flaws of this game, but suffice to say, stay far away from this unless you want to rip your hair out in utter frustration.
It could be as good as Golf Clash but……
The putting in this game is so jittery that it makes it almost unplayable. I tried to hang in there but it was just too over the top. Deleted.
