Absolute garbage! Where is google two!?
This app is the worst thing that has ever come out on the App Store! First of all, I searched all over the app store for several days looking for "Google two", only to find that there isn't one! What?? Secondly, my son wanted to use this app only to pay 9999.99$ on useless things! I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't allow me to! And last, and the worst, was one evening when my daughter was using the app, I went to use the restroom, and when I came back, her skin was the colors of the Google logo! I took her to the doctor immediately, and they told me she was fine but the colors were permanent and would never come off! And that is why I hate this app so much!
I am no longer an Apple user!
Returning to Samsung immediately. I no longer wish to continue with any services or products associated with Apple. They are clearly committing theft by deceptive business practices. I am out!

Cancellation
Directions to cancel do not make sense and no way to confirm it has been canceled. Have not received the email. Got into this by accident. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

Continues to say it cannot load when I have tried to cancel subscription after signing up for ‘free trial’ - will be contacting my bank to preemptively prevent being charged for this scam.
VPN issue
Pay for subscription but VPN doesn't let my apps work not even the app itself. Very frustrating. UPDATE: They removed VPN and no refund for it. Shame it never worked well.

Billing and any other help
It is virtually impossible to speak with a person if you have any issues. For example, they billed my visa with an address I haven’t lived at for 13 years in spite of me giving them the correct billing address. Then visa declined payment and I again entered my billing address. Last year, they billed to my current address but this year they reverted to an old one. You can’t speak to anyone at google one. There is virtually no way to speak with a human in the case of issues etc…I’m very disappointed with the lack of service! I would not recommend them to anyone in the future.

This is a paid service from Google. It says that “priority support” is a feature of the service. But all the agents will do, if you can reach them at all, is tell you to figure it out yourself!

It should take 8 hours to back up 30 mins of video it’s been “uploading” for two full days now don’t pay for this super, disappointed in google I think I’ll stick to iCloud just wasted $10 and yes I have excellent signal no vpn on and i left the app open for hours now when I try to Cancel my subscription it says cannot connect try again I’ve tired multiple times will never use google again it’s such an inconvenience
Misleading ads
Got ad in my email to upgrade to 2 TB with huge limited time discount. I had 100gb at that moment . Ok. Buying this , hot congratulations message - at the end - I didn’t get result 2TB . After tech support emails back and forth- nothing resolved. They don’t even see transaction. After reaching out my bank for dispute- transaction found - money returned and they cancel my storage I had before this NEW transaction . Canceled without my agreement to that - I was just questioning new transaction found, but they cancel my subscription that I had before - at the end I lost almost 4 months that was on my subscription.
2) Nothing returned on that. Not easy to find answers or connect to support,
3) support not even know how to help or solve problem - (i have messages/email where you can even question “did you even read my email to you first, before replying?” lol)
4) not recommend .. but GOOGLE/gmail so needed for business or work , service - otherwise stay away !

Worst app ever!!
This app froze my email says my storage is full and there are absolutely no emails in that account anywhere!

Employee downloaded to cloud. And canceled email address. From the old town newfound could not find them lost them all. Plus, it was the last pictures of my family. They have all since passed away.now no pics my moral always his sometimes things just happened you gotta get over

Don’t trust google one
For over a month now, I have been communicating with Edna who is a manager/supervisor for google one. I have lost years of missing photos that are not on google photos. I requested a phone call from a google one member to look into this. There have been 43 emails between myself and google one, and I still have not received a phone call to discuss this matter. Every time Edna apologizes and sets up another date and time for the google one team to contact me. There have been over 10 times that these phone calls have been scheduled and I still have not received one phone call. I have emails to prove this. I have also given google one, two phone numbers to try, and still nothing. Edna needs to be fired ASAP and google one needs better customer service than this, and to figure out what the problem is on why a phone call has never taken place.

Stupid app
Can't even load the family settings option. Why not allow me to change important settings like this on the website?? Have to make us rely on a useless app that doesn't even respond! One of the most frustrating things ever!! The arrogance of these google developers that think everything will always work as planned in one place
They never make it to easy
I’m so glad all other options except to discontinue additional services from google one work perfectly…all that happens it just loads and loads and loads and loads…yet I choose anything else and it instantly loads.
Settings Can’t Even Load
When I try to view the “Membership Plan” or “Manage Family Settings” page, the app just infinitely loads and fails to launch . This pretty much makes this app useless since if they can’t load quick settings then I will have to use the browser version anyway.

Too expensive
Not sure what all this Google AI premium business is, but I have no business paying $20/month just to send and receive email.
I’m currently using 20G, I don’t need 2TB, that’s obscene.
Google has made it practically impossible to downgrade, so I gave up and hit the cancel button.
I hate businesses that engage in shady practices that force you into a corner like this.

VPN No Longer Available
The VPN was really the only reason I had this app, and payed for the subscription. Now I’ll have to buy a more expensive VPN subscription, without the cloud storage.
What’s wrong with you?
I have some recommendations that I hope you really take in consideration. I’ve been using Google one/photos since I ever gotten a phone, I’ve had free and paid version. Anyways I’m starting to think I don’t want to use Google photos anymore because first of all, you deleted my photos without my permission and when I contacted support for over 6 months I got no where. But I decided oh maybe it’s my fault they disappeared mysteriously, so I stayed using Google photos/one. Then you remove your built in VPN which was a terrible idea, also I don’t like how there is no free trail for Gemini advanced how am I supposed to know if I like it or want it? Also one last thing please add YouTube premium as a part of Google one subscription. All you need to do is add the VPN back, add free trails for Gemini, add YouTube premium and work on making sure my photos are actually secure otherwise I’m no longer a life time customer.

Free storage
What happened to never having to pay for storage? You made it such a small amount of free storage that nobody could really benefit. If I have to be forced to pay it’ll be to apple. At least there is less ads with their stuff.
Hidden cancellation
I have spent a couple of days trying to find a cancel option. Looked it up and the cancellation option is not there. This app has ripped me off long enough. Hey Devs, maybe stop taking advantage of people. I want my money back for the years of “worthless service”
Waste of money
Switching to Gemini pro trial cancels your prepaid yearly subscription. Developers reply with optimism but tickets continue to be denied. Read carefully so you don’t get burned and lose your paid subscription like me. Developers: do not reply to this saying I should just ask for help. Your company doesn’t care that you might care.

I’ve been working on this for days. Being charged via PayPal for google one in Chilean pesos. No way to cancel because I don’t have any active subscriptions and no way to communicate with google to ask them to locate and eliminate and refund.

If you have two emails they charger for both emails. I got charged twice.

Not worth the price for support
I paid for this so I could have access to support. I unfortunately had to contact them this week. Immediately I was laughed at for wanted to protect my information and the line was disconnect. On reconnect the agent accosted me. Requests for supervisor were met with a dead line and ended call with no follow up. You may say it was a bad connection, but 4 times in a row after asking for a supervising agent and no follow up after?
Can’t cancel membership
Signed up so I could get my email back, but I’m still not receiving emails. Haven’t found the cancel button anywhere. Scam.
Poor functionality
I purchased my Apple IPhone 15+ back in March. Seemed ok until I tried to sync my Google calendar and my Apple calendar. Now it won’t open for me, it just shuts down. Crappy app!
