They need an editor
The very first exercise they gave had written instructions that did not match the video with it.
I have no interest in trying to figure out which thing they want me to do. Glad there was 7 days free. I tried it for 2 minutes and found it to be useless.

slick, but everything behind paywall
Nice design, but everything is behind a paywall! You go through a ton of screens to try to set up a workout, and once you hit "go", then you get the pricing. Don't bother trying to figure out if there's anything you can try or do without a subscription because it's all behind a subscription.
So many issues
I really regret buying the annual. This app never connects for airplay, the sound is always gone so I constantly have to stay glued to my screen timer. The big update they did a month or so back made the app so much worse. Stop and Go with pliability.

Do not recommend

Sorry but junk
Very generic and very light routines - very ineffective. May work as PT/ rehab, possibly elderly people. Not for youngsters
If you subscribe you won’t be able to easily unsubscribe.
Don’t subscribe unless you want to have a difficult time unsubscribing and fighting charges when you haven’t had the app in over 3 years.
Terrible
Videos take forever to load, if they load at all. I end up counting to myself waiting for the videos to load and then skipping ahead after 3 minutes.
The auto play option works about half the time and I end up manually hitting play or skipping ahead (see above).
Payment options are non-existent. Email support and pay by PayPal. Is that really where we’re at with technology these days?
In general, I end up having to handle my phone way too much and it’s disrupting to my flow and what should be a relaxed time. Instead, I’m busy counting to myself and being irritated the whole time that I paid for something that doesn’t work.

Wheel of death
I finally had to give up on it, the app just never works. It doesn’t matter if you’re on WiFi at home or LTE the thing just stays frozen with a wheel of death. Your 8 or 15 min session turns into an 20+ mins waiting for it to load, and any tinkering with it makes it worse. I switched back to ROMWOD
Can’t get premium
Everytime I try to sign up for premium it goes to a black screen and crashes the app… I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone. Nothing works.
Love this app, but so so frustrating
Content is great, but a few things to know.
There is NO offline way to use it
Half the time it just sits on the login screen
For 90 bucks a year this is unacceptable as it’s meant for daily use but I find it breaks about once a week

Subscription problem
The app overall is good. However, after doing the free trial it is charging me the month to month rate. I want to subscribe with the year to year rate because I really like the app. However when I go into the premium section my only options are to continue paying the higher rate or unsubscribe. When I try to contact someone to fix my subscription the app doesn’t work. There seems no way to fix my problem but to just cancel my subscription. This makes me sad. If I go online with my computer it tells me to sign on the app. Ran out of options to troubleshoot.
Doesn’t work with Apple Sign In
Can’t sign in using Apple, app just freezes.
Disappointed
The app was misleading. It does a 12 min mobility test and then gives you a one time trial of a mobility workout in three areas (so three sample workouts) and then wants you to pay $11.99 a month. I found it very misleading that it didn’t tell you the actual cost up front. All of that information should have been easy to find and read.
No sounds
Sound doesn’t work when I do the routines and very simple exercises, I thought there would be a lot more to it
Air Play Doesn’t work
Airplay doesn’t work properly anymore. Nor does horizontal screen. Preferred older version.
Good concept, poor app experience
There are minor features missing from this app that make it cumbersome to use. Health data doesn’t sync to Apple health (option in settings is broken). When using the watch app to progress/control which movement you are on, the audio disables for some reason? This makes pre/post wods tough to know when to move on to the next movement. There doesn’t seem to be any Bluetooth audio support either when connected to the watch.
Honestly if you could take the programming from GOWOD and mix it with the app experience from peloton strength+, it would be the elite mobility app. For the price it should be.

Update app for iOS 16
Fairly unusable right now. Can't get through a routine without the app freezing
Followed the program for 30 days…
The app itself is clean, pretty easy to use. I hoped it would be better (in substance) than the thousands of “professional” videos on the web. It’s not. In fact it might be worse.
The goal was to improve overhead/shoulder mobility plus general mobility. Some of the positions were absolutely impossible to get into, other positions did not seem to do anything. (Child’s pose? That’s your helpful advice??).
Did this program for 30 days even though some of the stretches seemed useless just to see what happens. Nothing. That’s what happens. The app pretends to be personalized but it’s no better than any other program you can look up on YouTube. Avoid.

Total rip off
The app says over 100 exercises for free but when you click on the exercises it says 11.99 a month to access. What happened to free? Such a rip off.
Buggy. Unusable
This seems like a good app when it works. However, it constantly freezes and when I click on any of the routines, nothing comes up.
It freezes often
Doesn’t show time or starts count down, and sometimes it doesn’t even show the video.
Needs one tap for daily flow
There’s a golden rule in UX, it should be one tap to do anything important. Three taps and you’ve likely lost the person. It takes 4 taps to just do the daily flow. Why? I use the same settings every time. Can you please please please make this one tap?
Even better would be a widget with daily flow from the Home Screen like Nike plus. Then i don’t even need to tap into the app. You could just deep-link into the daily flow.
I’m a paying user. Would love to see the app improve. Happy to provide more feedback and change review if you reach out.

5-star idea, 2-star execution
Dynamic stretch regimens that change every day and can be somewhat customized for time and activity. Rad.
However...
- crashes periodically
- general bugginess, for example the Auto-Flow doesn’t always make the routine flow, you know, automatically
- dashboard statistics don’t always add up properly, and for me, are tracked in a different timezone than my phone setting
- non-responsive customer service
