Not what I expected
I wanted to do a walking tour of Tarragona, Spain with my family. However, there are many places of historic and cultural significance that were not available to add to existing ‘walks’. The two I was trying to add were the Mediterranean Balcony that is less than 500 feet from the Roman amphitheater; and the Roman Aqueduct, which is about few miles from the other ruins but is very much a part of the historical ruins of the Roman era.
I would like a refund, but I am like one day past the 3 day free trial.

This service was just okay. Out wasn’t easy to use and didn’t show me many things I couldn’t have found on my own/for free through Google. I signed up for a trial, and chose to have the system alert me when the trial was over. However, I did not receive an alert and was charged for a subscription that I will not get use out of.
Unusable
Cannot use this app because it keeps throwing up full screen ads for Google Chrome.

Disappointing
The “create your own” will work if your only interests are shopping and drinking. The preset walks are very short and not very interesting.
Do not rely on offline maps
The app downloads maps but will not allow you to access offline maps without Internet connection or long delay. After app logs in 50% of the time the offline map won’t open and the app has to be closed and reopened.
Terrible experience
At first this seemed like a great app but then things went downhill. My wife tried to download and purchase one of the plans. As the organizer of my family group a verification email was to be sent to my email address for confirmation. This never came even after 3 attempts. We decided that I’d buy the subscription and she’ll use my credentials. Well, this developer does not allow sharing (which is fine) but no FAMILY sharing? So now my wife has to get her own subscription to do a tour with her sisters and I with her brother even though we’re in the same city? Won’t be subscribing past the free trial. Oh, and the verification email finally came after I used my email address to sign up. Convenient, right?

Not impressed with this application. Tried it for a couple of days as a free trial. Canceled and still got billed, so the credit nightmare begins.
Huge disappointment
This audio tour was far inferior to others I have used especially the free ones by Rick Steves. This one was like listening to computer read a brief description of the most basic aspects of a city. Sort of like reading Wikipedia! Not worth the money at all!!
Nonsense
Mostly fluff and silliness. Very little actual history and valuable information for the intelligent tourist. Wasted money.
Clunky and old
Great concept that’s sadly executed. Used it in Bratislava for my first visit. The voice is like circa 2010 computer generated. The map is like sticking dots on a blank sheet of paper.
