Very unreliable
I’ve been using Grab for years with no issues until today. Waited over 2 hours for “driver’s to be available”, only for my order to be cancelled. If there are no drivers, they should’ve just told me in the first 30 minutes. I ordered from the same restaurant on Lineman and the food was delivered within 15 minutes. Please avoid this app for food orders and choose other options
Horrendous service. Incredibly rude drivers.
I’ve used grab many times now, and consistently have had rude drivers, every 2-3 trips. One driver even recently told me, to “not order grab again in this street, because it’s too congested” (KLCC). He also came 20 minutes late. Grab should accurately calculate the time for the driver to come based on the traffic, not blatantly lie and say 3 minutes estimated arrival when it took 20 minutes. Get a personal driver for your trip if you can, don’t waste your time with the garbage service from rude, unprofessional grab drivers.

Non existent customer service
I booked a ride in Penang Malaysia. Driver added charges without informing me. There’s no way to challenge nor dispute the charges. Customer Service simply non responsive despite me reaching out multiple times. Be very careful
Unreliable
Waited 1.5 hours for food just for it to get cancelled without a driver. The app had no communication or care for the order
Impossible to find an agent to talk
There is a strange charge on my credit card and it is impossible to find an agent to find out if this is an legit charge or not

Taxi is a better option Never send you a notification on your phone. WhatsApp does not let you add your credit card what does it do? It’s just a brick
Piece of garbage
Grab is a huge piece of garbage, i ordered a car and nobody took I couldn’t even cancel make my price higher, overall because of this i came late to my flight, will never be using it, will use alternatives, do not trust grab
NEED IMPROVEMENT TO FLAG/REPORT LYING CUSTOMERS TO PROTECT SMALL BUSINESS!!
Please help develop features to flag customers with multiple incident reports to the small businesses or shippers. They are lying and POS. I saw many incidents customer reported that they didn’t receive the order to claim the refund. And Grab refunded them with money from small business! 🤬also, blamed on shipper. Which shipper would take one piece of cake and risk their account to be closed?! Think about it. These customers need to be flagged and closed accounts instead of making business and shipper pay for it !!!
Ripping off. Foreigner be aware
Grab automatically charged 4% on the transaction if u r using foreign credit card. It’s a very bad practice. I usually gave tips for the riders at least 15%. But after the foreign fee I didnt want to give tips anymore.

Frequent delays and cancellations for food orders. Good order may be cancelled up to 1.5h after order is passed, which obviously for food is terrible.
Cannot use
I cannot use the application when I need it because of the update. Older version cannot support the app and need to wait such a long time.

Grab is the worst
Actual wait times are 1.5-2x the wait times claimed in the app.
Often you’ll cancel and they won’t *actually* cancel, and then will try to charge you a no show fee.
If you cancel more than 3x, even if you’re cancelling instantly as soon as you see the wait time, they will lock you out of the app and try to force you to keep the app open on the app screen doing nothing else with your phone for half an hour before you can try to use the app again.
Fundamentally customer hostile, even taxis are a better experience, which is saying a lot.
Also, the 50p vouchers are fake. I waited a full 5 min after the claimed voucher time, which Is itself 10-15 min of waiting, and at 5 minutes past the time it still just says “your voucher is coming soon.” Driver was still 10 min + away, cancelled.

Drivers Cancel + Hiding Extra Fees
ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT HUMAN. FAQ AND AI HELP ONLY.
Drivers constantly cancel trips. It is so hard to even just get a driver and once you do you're worried they will cancel the whole time. Especially during important trips to the airport.
Recently they've switched their payment processing to Moca and hide extra charges on your services when using cards. Seems better if you use cash. Prices are generally just high.
Customer service does not exist.
Avoid Moca whenever possible.
Grab Unlimited is a complete scam - don't even think about using it.
Other ride and food apps will have better deals and free of hidden charges. I suggest switching if its possible for you.

Sign up impossible
First the app requires you to solve 10 calculation puzzles only to then say "Oops something went wrong" during sign up. Registered now with a competitor.
Unsafe driver
Used it on a couple visits and only use executive vehicles. We got one “executive” vehicle that was definitely not clean and the driver was on the phone and texting the whole way. I asked for a refund and was not given anything
stupid step
Every time I’m working overtime and urgently ordering food, I forget this stupid step - I have to manually select utensils. Then it’s ruined, and I basically can’t eat my meal.

Compared to Uber and Lyft, this app is a trash. Many bugs and issues with geolocation and routes.
Fix the bugs
Sometimes for whatever reason 9 cents is left unpaid and instead of pulling that it requires you to change payment methods or pay that. Countless times i think i ordered a grab and 5 mins later I realized it blocked me for a random fee like that. Happens a lot Vietnam where the airport fees are added by drivers afterwards but it’s the most annoying thing ever
No human support omg
Only ai support that doesn’t help complex situations. No phone number to call or they hide it well. Paid for fast delivery and don’t get it and no refund for it very late delivery. Not customer friendly
Grab will kill you
They don’t care about your safety. They don’t check drivers skills, license and in case of problems hide drivers details. They won’t report their drivers if they brake the law. Worst company. Grab bike almost got us killed today. The driver cut in front of the truck, we almost got hit by it, she talked on the phone holding it in her hand half of the way. When I asked the Grab to report her to the traffic police they ignored my complaint.
