Tipping is broken
It’s super frustrating how the tip magically never seems to work. The rest of the app when it comes to giving Grab money always works fine, of course. But when I try to add a tip to the driver, half the time it decides to have an error. And when you message Support, they say they are unable to add a tip. How on earth are the admins of the driver delivery app unable to add a tip for the driver delivery? I’m sorry, but I think that’s a load of BS. I don’t know why all these apps always treat their drivers so poorly.

Avoid this app customer gets blame for everything!
This company is terrible. I can honestly say they’re no different from Uber Eats in the United States. I paid $37.50, including the tip, and none of it was refundable because the restaurant refused to issue a refund. On top of that, the drivers failed to read my delivery notes and messages, even though I clearly instructed them to deliver the order to the correct address.
I used this app because I thought it would be a convenient way to order food for my girlfriend, but now I see how their system really works. Instead of taking any responsibility for the failed delivery, they placed all the blame on the customer and offered no meaningful support or resolution.
Very disappointing experience, and I will no longer use this app any longer! 🤬

Scam drivers
Drivers consistently say they arrive before they actually do, to steal the waiting fee. Grab should enforce this fraud with geo location, but instead they prefer to steal from their customers.
Terrible customer service
Absolutely no way to contact Customer Service. I have been overcharged repeatedly with no way to resolve it.
Support is nonexistent for highly frustrating issues
Grab isn’t actually a 1 star app I’m just giving it a low score to balance out the 4.9 rating. Anytime you try to contact support it takes you to a rule based chatbot that doesn’t actually resolve anything >90% of the time, and instead just redirects you to an faq section. It never lets you talk to a human. I just had an app error cost me 20 Singapore dollars and 30 minutes time and I couldn’t do anything about it. Other than that the app’s been solid
Authentication OPT code not receiving.
Very frustrating. Not able to setup payment of “Any Card” including the Pay & tour.tried visa from different companies, master card and debit card none of them work.
Users don't mean a thing on this app!
If you cancel because the driver is too far away, they ban you. But if the driver makes you wait and then cancels for no reason, nothing happens.
Don’t force users to update the app
If I don’t have good internet or maybe low battery why you don’t let me use the app if there is update? I just need to get taxi asap not updating app.
Grab in Vietnam is unreliable
Grab in Vietnam has horrible service and they take no responsibility. My last food order was an hour or more late and they took no responsibility for their poor service.
No support is crazy
There have been multiple occurrences that the driver accepted to pick up the food order but then refused to go. The only way to get food is just to persuade the drivers to cancel and let someone else to pick up your order because there is no support in this app. Once I’ve waited several hours for my order to get cancelled…. Not sure if I got my money back. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve ever encountered

Maps are trash
When having food delivered or items shipped to me, Grab sends the drivers to the wrong location even though my address is correct. I waited over two hours for my dinner last week because the driver was in the wrong location, and no matter how many times I sent the address to him (which was the SAME as my saved address and the one used for the order), he still refused to come to the right place. I am happy Grab refunded me for the food I never received, but Grab needs to:
1. Fix their map accuracy.
2. Train their drivers to use the most basic problem solving skills (he easily could’ve used Google Maps)
3. Improve customer service by making it easier to speak to a human being instead of USELESS help articles.
Absolutely terrible app overall. Will be canceling my Grab Unlimited, and I’m uninstalling the app, because I’m tired of having to constantly complain and report things. DO BETTER.

Deteriorating Service
Over the past few months, the service on this app has become completely embarrassing. I have not been able to get a single order delivered on time. Drivers consistently accept orders and then cancel them unless they can extort you for cash off the app, and Grab does absolutely nothing to penalize them or stop it.
The fees are far too high for the abysmal level of service they provide. Recently, my food orders have taken three times longer than the estimated wait time. Three separate times now, I’ve had to cancel my order entirely, drive to the restaurant myself, and pick it up, which ended up being significantly faster than waiting on Grab. It completely defeats the purpose of paying for a convenience app. Grab has gone completely downhill. Save your money and go direct.

Waste of brain capacity and time
This app is a pure white screen with no dark mode. There is literally no customer service, just endless help articles. You can’t report businesses so your order might get cancelled for no reason, and there is no way to follow up on it. CONSTANT POP UPS. Lazy uti. Just all around awful.

Grab no longer my choice. All the drivers are no longer used to be good in Ho Chi Minh City. I came to HCM city this year 5/2026 and not happy about the experience. Friendly and kindness no longer exist with all the drivers I experienced. Please improve your drivers service and kindness.
Grab sucks.
Cold food. Grab lets drivers take multiple orders to ensure your food is delivered 30-45 minutes plus after order completion and cold on purpose to maximize profit - even if you pay extra for “priority” delivery.

Too many cancelled jobs and no compensation or report
I have to use this app to attend meetings and the amount of taxi requests that are cancelled is ridiculous. My taxi driver drove past me and cancelled today making me late for a meeting. Also they sometimes cancel if the fair increases due to rain or traffic and wait for you to resubmit. Finally the drivers rarely know the fastest routes. Why can’t you report these things?

No Accountability at All
It’s been almost 5 times just in a week where I have to wait my order for 2-3 hours then the order is cancelled after the long waits with no apology, no further explanation, no compensation at all. If you do not have enough riders, hire more. If your riders are lazy, change them. Literally I have been ordering foods from restaurants within 1km distance and almost everytime has been cancelled after 2-3 hours waiting time. If you are to cancel, cancel them under 30 minutes. People have work, and things to do and hungry stomach.

I’ve been using Grab for years with no issues until today. Waited over 2 hours for “driver’s to be available”, only for my order to be cancelled. If there are no drivers, they should’ve just told me in the first 30 minutes. I ordered from the same restaurant on Lineman and the food was delivered within 15 minutes. Please avoid this app for food orders and choose other options
Horrendous service. Incredibly rude drivers.
I’ve used grab many times now, and consistently have had rude drivers, every 2-3 trips. One driver even recently told me, to “not order grab again in this street, because it’s too congested” (KLCC). He also came 20 minutes late. Grab should accurately calculate the time for the driver to come based on the traffic, not blatantly lie and say 3 minutes estimated arrival when it took 20 minutes. Get a personal driver for your trip if you can, don’t waste your time with the garbage service from rude, unprofessional grab drivers.

Non existent customer service
I booked a ride in Penang Malaysia. Driver added charges without informing me. There’s no way to challenge nor dispute the charges. Customer Service simply non responsive despite me reaching out multiple times. Be very careful

What a piece of garbage!
Grab Thailand is really a nightmare. Driver‘s counseling at the last minute not enough drivers to pick you up. If you’re on the street they will never find you very similar to Grab India which is also abysmal. If you’re used to Uber and Lyft prepared to be disappointed. Taxi is a better option Never send you a notification on your phone. WhatsApp does not let you add your credit card what does it do? It’s just a brick

Grab is a huge piece of garbage, i ordered a car and nobody took I couldn’t even cancel make my price higher, overall because of this i came late to my flight, will never be using it, will use alternatives, do not trust grab

Please help develop features to flag customers with multiple incident reports to the small businesses or shippers. They are lying and POS. I saw many incidents customer reported that they didn’t receive the order to claim the refund. And Grab refunded them with money from small business! 🤬also, blamed on shipper. Which shipper would take one piece of cake and risk their account to be closed?! Think about it. These customers need to be flagged and closed accounts instead of making business and shipper pay for it !!!
Ripping off. Foreigner be aware
Grab automatically charged 4% on the transaction if u r using foreign credit card. It’s a very bad practice. I usually gave tips for the riders at least 15%. But after the foreign fee I didnt want to give tips anymore.

Cannot use
I cannot use the application when I need it because of the update. Older version cannot support the app and need to wait such a long time.
