I have reached out to customer service several times and got nowhere
I have played this game for years. I was probably on level 7000 something. When I collected coins, I collected a lot of coins. Well, my phone died and I couldn’t not turn it back on. Mind you I had to buy a new phone but kept the same phone number. Obviously, they know that they put several coins on that phoneI number for many years. I had to start off from level one. I have a problem with that because now i gets coins that lasts me two minutes instead of five hours. I have reached out to customer service probably 10 times and gotten nowhere as a matter of fact, they don’t even text me back. I ain’t giving them until tonight to get back to me. I will delete this game and I have no doubt I will if I’m going to start from the beginning, it will be with the new game. Heads up don’t let anything happen to your phone.

Slotomania used to do exactly the same thing. It’s taken my big bucks 3 times. I’m done!! I like the games but in order to play I have to collect all day. Even then I can’t play cause they take it.

All these casino a lot games are a scam. They will let you win sometimes and then make you lose all of it quickly. The reason, it wants you to buy more coins. Too Many Forced Ads
I’ve been playing this game for several years and enjoyed it. However, they started out with 6-7 pop ups to get your free daily coins…ok, annoying but fine. Then it was forced ads that you had to watch every time you got a bug win; super annoying, so only played once in a while. Now it’s all of the above PLUS more forced ads while collecting free coins, changing slot games, etc. I’M DONE! I will play other slot games that don’t force me to watch ads in what feels like every 5 minutes.

Over 300 spins and not a single free game! I made in-app purchases, but they just make you spend money so you lose and have to buy more coins. Please, I don't recommend this game. It has many in-app purchases while you're playing. You can spin up to 500 times without any free games. It's very boring. 👎🏽

You cannot just play. There are 5 ads to click through before you can collect your daily bonus. Then after collecting it a minute long ad pops up. Also when you finally get to play if you get a big win another ad pops up that you have to click through multiple times.

I have been a loyal player this game daily decided to spend a little money on it when I did they took any way for me to get any bonus from videos and I contacted customer support to try to resolve the issue and they said that they have some really good deals basically that they won’t give me opportunity for free tokens again. I will have to pay for them from here on out so do not spend money on this game. I get to spend about once every three days now.

I don’t have a problem with putting ads in for revenue, but hitting me every 60 seconds after a win that is lower than the wager I bet is just bad business. Even if you do get a big win they cram another ad down your throat before you even have a chance to see or enjoy it. Like I said, I understand ad revenue. This is out of control. It’s not fun being hit with ads on loosing bets let alone getting face fed a 4 minute ad (which is the same over and over) if you finally get a pity win. Which is only to force more ads down. Do yourself a favor and stay away. You would have better luck at a real casino. At least they don’t force you to watch the same commercial over and over more than you actually play.
Avoid - Rules change arbitrarily to punish winners
This is a fun game, but not worth investing time into it. The developers arbitrarily change rules for events without notice to induce more purchases. I was in the middle of a promo based on average bet, and doing well. I make purchases regularly because I like the game. Based on how I was doing, I would be able to play for longer without having to reload coins after getting lucky, given the high average bet O would have for the rest of the promo. In response, they reset my average without warning, cut my rewards for the promo in half, and when I hit a losing streak and lowered my bets, the benefit from the promo vanished due to their arbitrary reset. Lesson learned - don’t spend money on this game - the devs are greedy and will punish you for it, hoping to get more.

It’s a pay to play game . Nothing more nothing less . With an insane amount of adds . Most I’ve seen in any game . Because of the adds and how fast the game drains your starting funds I give this 0 stars . Unfortunately the app review makes me give it 1 star

Was enjoying the app, but once you got level 345 or so the start bombarding you with pop ups which happens after every single scatter play. Which is highly inconvenient when you’re required to hit level 500 after 24 hours on Mistplay. Weird how the pop ups didn’t start happening until I was down to the last hour of play! Straight B.S.!

No different than any other money hungry App. Lets you play for a couple mins (maybe hours if your lucky) and back to broke, rinse and repeat…. Doesn’t give jack for coins so it’s hard to play actively unless you pay.

Apple sent me a charge of $31.75 for a fortune pack that I did not purchase. The app just charged me because they felt like it I guess. This game has changed so much in the past few months. Winnings are less and less and they want you to spend more of your money to purchase more coins. There are two games that they switch back-and-forth from not part of slot itself. One of the games are. Millionaire go, and the other one I can’t think of the exact name at the moment but it’s like an Egyptian bonus game. Like the millionaire go game both of the games take a lot of your coins, in order to build points for the bonus games and you never win anything close to your money back or even get ahead. I used to really like this game but now that I reached level 1100. It’s making it hard for me to delete the game. I must say the makers of this game. Need to get back on top making it fun instead of making it about making money if you guys wanna make money make a new casino game don’t ruin this game like you guys already did!

I love this game. I played almost every day and it’s really the only game that I do play in my free time. I recently noticed that when I do the side games like glorious Egypt, it says it gives you 25 to 35 pieces but I only get about 18 pieces each time. What’s up with that? I also noticed that when totaling your average bet if you bet smaller, it gives you assistance in the side games more often as far as getting you to fill up those bars. When you bet higher, yes you win more but the bar doesn’t fill up anywhere near as frequently as it does on the lower billion coin bets. Any who great game.. but be nicer to the one to play more and spend more because I also occasionally buy the deals and packages and each time it seems like my coins go faster. If your algorithm is set up to immediately drain the coins of the people who spend good money, they’re not gonna want to spend more money. Just an FYI.

Reminds me of joy and the stiff price that you have to pay for things you’ve already won.
I absolutely love playing the games however, the fact that buying the coins occasionally is not enough now instead of your rewards being given due to skill it took to get to that level you reached certain levels and you’re required to buy access to the rewards that you’ve already gained and cannot redeem without paying I’m reminded why I deleted game last year
