Impossible to progress
I hate games that try to force you to make purchases. Some of these levels are darn near impossible to beat without buying extra gems for upgrades. Or you’ll have to play the level like 500 times or use up all your boost before you can win. I discovered this game through a pay to play app, and I see why they are paying people to pay it because without payment this game is not fun to play in my opinion. I was close to getting a $10 reward after playing this game to certain level but of course I couldn’t reach it because I had to wait hours for service upgrades to even beat the level needed. I got a 20 minute free play reward and the levels still wouldn’t allow me to win without upgrading the services. But it take a ridiculous amount of time to upgrade the service. Like what does it take 2 hours for an unread? You can spend it up for diamonds but you only give like 1 diamond when watching ads but you need more to speed up the upgrade. It’s almost like the game was meant to waste your time. I quit it immediately after that.

You have to spend money consistently to progress. It is impossible to collect the # of diamonds need to progress without paying. The developers respond to all criticism of their scammy game claiming it isn’t true and you can easily earn them in other ways, but that is a blatant lie.
It also takes 30 minutes to earn one “life” which is ridiculous. Want more than that? Again, you have to spend TEN diamonds for one life (instead of a full refresh like most other games).
You would think making a purchase would automatically come with refreshed lives? NOPE.
It’s nothing but a money grab. There are games of a similar theme & format that are better and don’t require a ton of money to progress.

Not enough diamonds
They make it way too hard to get diamonds and you need them to advance which is honestly sad because it’s a fun game to play. Fix it and the game will be much better to play. Only way to get more diamonds is by spending money
Another pay to play game
Awful game. Started out ok, but set up so you have to pay your way through in order to beat levels. I gave 3 stars at first so people could read this, came back to give 1 star. You can watch all objectives complete perfectly still says you didn’t. It doesn’t matter how many times you try or how good you are, once you beat a few levels skill doesn’t matter. Can’t even watch enough ads to get boosters needed. When are developers gonna learn we are onto them? Not worth the download.
Hard to level up without gems
It is very hard to win gems… I have been stuck on the same level for weeks .. guess I’ll delete this game and find something else ….

Literally only able to make one upgrade. I have been passing levels and stacking my money but has not shown me how to get diamonds. I won’t be buying diamonds or playing the game any further. Yall are saying through mini games and ads and winning levels but obviously noone actually has that on their game.

This game is literally rigged for you to lose certain levels. Obviously orchestrated to try and get you to pay for diamonds and lives, etc. I just deleted it. after I was unable to play more ads for lives. Better games out there than this. Haha
Keeps crashing AFTER using power ups!!
Following recent updates, over the last few months this has happened to me numerous times - this app crashes constantly and most annoyingly after you play an entire level using long-collected diamonds to purchase power-ups resulting in complete loss of both level (after clearly completing the objective) and the power ups used to achieve that. At least if rolling back, rollback the power ups as well!! Waste of time. About to uninstall!!

Do not download this app. It is a money grab. The developers comment on negative reviews saying you can earn gems by watching videos. I have not seen any videos to watch for diamonds. They also say you can earn diamonds completing levels. We all know this. Our issue is we can’t pass the levels without buying diamonds so we can upgrade the hotel. If you buy a golden ticket for one hotel it only works for that hotel. You have to buy another golden ticket for each hotel. Other games similar to this one has the option to buy “golden tickets” that are active for a specific timeframe but you are able to use it across multiple locations for a specific timeframe. Those are the games you need to play. This game doesn’t care about anything but dollar bills. So disappointing but I hope your app tanks
Cant upgrade
Seems like you cant upgrade anything without having to buy gems 😡
Expensive
It’s the only game I have ever encountered that absolutely makes you purchase every in-game upgrade before you can move on to the next level. Way too expensive to play.
Too glitchy
Problem is game gives limited lives and keeps crashing, taking your lives away. I have tried numerous levels numerous times but game keeps crashing. Have to give up and delete game. Tried to delete and reinstall, and it still doesn’t work.

wish the games wasnt such an play to pay game like the game is good but they could do better with out so many of the purchases. like ex you have to pay for the airplane for every hotel instead of just playing once and being able to use it across ALL OTHER HOTELS. Even the event pass even if the same event is going on for all the hotels you have to pay separately per hotel. instead of one “gold ticket” that will continue with the next hotel. then EVERY SINGLE UPGRADE IS DIAMONDS AND YOU ONLY GET 15 for $2 and the “free gems” you do earn not even enough to cover 1 upgrade. if i wasnt getting paid to play this game i wouldnt be playing it.
Don’t like some of the changes
So I’ve written a review earlier, which I now have erased so I can write this one. Since y’all won’t change the daily gifts back to what they were. I decided to delete the game app all of my hard work up to where I am now all the diamonds and money I’ve collected all gone. I realize that’s on me because I am the one who is deciding to delete the app, but what is on you is that y’all are losing a customer and gaining a bad review a few of the other reviews that I have seen has said this company is money, hungry, and from what I have seen I agree.

Didn't get my diamond rewards
I worked hard and got to the specified level in the promoted game but never got my reward. I talked with support but they just kept giving me the run around even after I submitted all the proof. Very frustrating

Fun game but almost impossible
It’s a fun game to play but they make it almost impossible to level up without spending money on gems since you have to literally have 5+ gems to level up your tools but you don’t earn gems when completing levels. It makes the game almost impossible and ruins the fun for me honestly. Don’t recommend for people that don’t want to spend money on a game.

This app requires purchase to continue playing. It would be fun but you should not be forced to purchase gems to advance.
Too many vids not enough perks
The game is fun, but to progress, the number of videos you have to watch are too much. You have to spend real cash to get anywhere. They already make enough off ad views, I don’t want to spend my cash to play a frivolous game.
