Awful game

Awful Gacha Rates
The amount you have to pay for diamonds is insane. Each finished level is only 1 diamond earned? Really? What type of system are you guys going for? Because not only that, but the drop rates are disgustingly awful to even obtain a collab unit! I wouldn’t waste money on this game. Unless you want dupes over and over again on useless characters they hype up to be good. Then by all means, do so. This money grabbing game will not last long globally.
A cash grab
These pos owners have tarnished an og game, and turned into a brain off use super arts. 90% of the players in multiplayer wont know what the level is or even try to bring a useful unit. They just insta lock, for example okarun the newest unit that has a mass amount of new accounts made to get it, and spam super arts even if it dont do shi
Getting shafted
I have been playing for years. The summon banners calls for 50% up. Support claims that the came is the same with all players. I doubt that. It seems when they want a certain accounts lock. I mean who the hell wants dupes over and over and over. So many of them but one last unit. I just want to shove this dupes down this devs throat. They can have them. Any ways that’s how this game is. Don’t buy, play for free.
HORRIBLE
For starters this game has a 3.7 on Android, this game needs to shut down or be sold to someone who knows how to treat their customers. Another fun at first regret later game that you’ll only be playing solely because you spent money on it. The summon rates are horribly BAD which is why they have 3 different ways of summoning. Either you can grind crystals on their tedious story or limited events and do the HORRIBLE regular summons “they give you a free EVOLVED summon which gives you the possibility of a new old unit OR you can spend a few hundred for the PAID summons which gives a chance at multiple old units and POSSIBLY a new up to date unit, and if that doesn’t work 😃…. They have an idea where you can sell all your units that don’t matter or that you’ve gotten from your either horrible regular multi summons or useless units from paid summons and trade them for “Alch” where you can use the alch to get 1 possible 5 star unit that could also be a dupe you just sold but if your lucky you can get a new collab unit😁✌️. This game makes it very OBVIOUS they want your money so unless you’re rich and don’t care to blindly pay people who don’t care about you or your efforts put into the game then DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.
Summoning
I saved 500 diamonds and I didn’t get a single banner character. How yall going to say “event items drop rate 50% up” and not get a single banner character? Scam ahh game

I’ve played GS for over 5 years now. Last week on my account I’ve had since 2022, it was suddenly banned with no information as to why. So I emailed the support team with the ID number asking what happened. They told me that on 09-13-2023 I requested a refund. And literally 3 years later they banned my account. Mind you I have been giving them my money for the last 3 years. I spent $300 just to pull Star God Liza. So if you are reading this I beg you not to spend a cent on this game because they can’t even resolve issues from the same year. I honestly have no idea how a refund can constitute a ban but it’s the truth. I wish I could provide screenshots and proof so that new people don’t get scammed by this company. This is just a friendly warning that they will wait years and years and years and take your money before they deem it necessary to do anything.
Unfair treatment
I do not recommend this game to anyone outside of Japan. The game feels heavily biased, and the summoning system is noticeably unfair. While the developers claim that certain characters have specific pull rates, it’s obvious that the most valuable characters are essentially unattainable. Instead, you’re repeatedly given low-tier characters that can’t complete important missions or even handle the daily challenges needed to evolve them.
There’s also a clear imbalance between the Japanese and U.S. versions of this game. The Japanese “global” version offers easier access to top-tier characters, more frequent events, and generally more attainable rewards-often without requiring players to spend much money. Meanwhile, players in the U.S. version are pushed toward spending significantly more just to keep up.
In short, this game feels like a cash grab and a downgrade to the gacha gaming community. I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a fair or enjoyable gacha experience.

This recent update keeps crashing, I’ve even opened it on my other devices and it keeps crashing. Not sure what’s going on, but please address this.
Another greedy gacha
Don’t play unless you want to be disappointed. How greedy can you be. Literally putting every 5 star ever in the game in every summon guarantees you don’t ever get the new character. This game is what’s wrong with the world. Shame on you.
Pull Rates
The pull rates on this game is horrendously low, hundreds of gems and can’t even pull the event characters…. Do not recommend unless you have money.. disgusting!

The only reason I say they never give me anything good. The crystals are hard to get and when I do, it’s always bad stuff never ultra rares don’t install.
Play something else
It’s an old predatory gacha game with outdated gacha systems and terrible rates. Spend money on some polygons instead, this game probably don’t have long left.

You do not have to summon on every banner, learn to save for valuable units because most units are not and will sit in your box.
Scam
I’v spent well over a $1000 on this game and it never gives me the characters that I actually want, it needs to structured better, so you can actually get the units that you want. It feels so unrewarding.

Wish it was good
Ive been playing this game for years and have spent countless hours grinding this game but I have just quit after this last update. The level of greed that has been put into this game is crazy. I love the game but they have probably recently spent more time trying to figure how to squeeze more money out of this game than introducing better or new gameplay.
Dying game
Game was good back in the day when it first dropped collabs, now it’s turned into a heavily pay to win gimmick having only guaranteed 5 stars on PAID summons only. ($20 is average cost of one summon) absolutely needs a rework on summon with the cesspool of 5+ year old units still circulating on every summon IF you manage to pull one that is. Rates are abysmal. You’ll have to save gems for an entire year to guarantee yourself one unit of your choice. They dont listen to their fans. Sad to see it crumble to greedy devs.
Unsure how the mechanics really work
I’ve been playing for a couple of days now and I still can’t understand on why I can’t add certain characters manually to my team at all. But I can add them by using the autofill option. I tried evolving the characters but I still can’t add them to my team at all. Not sure if it’s a bug on my end. Please help

I saved up 700 crystals for the DanDaDan event I GOT NOTHING BUT THROW AWAY CHARACTERS. 0.20% CHANCE!???? I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF HITTING THE LOTTERY! Fix your pull rates. Asides from that it’s an okay game
