Nope
I don't know what they're doing but it's probably not legal especially since it's all AI. Don't trust this company with any of your data; AI companies are the easiest to hack and giving them your financial information is basically agreeing to allow everyone access to your bank account. I hope this review isn't too late to save some of you from the nightmare that will unfold if you trust this company.

When I requested the cash advance, I did not notice that the payment was in four days. When I tried to rectify the situation, there was no easy way to talk to anybody in fact you could not talk to anybody and I could not repay it right away so now I was charged an extra five dollars for something that I didn’t know that I was doing because I thought it would be paid at my next pay period which was the 10th and I found out that you have me incorrectly being paid on a Tuesday or Wednesday, which is ridiculous so there was no way to rectify that and there’s no way for you to look into my account to see that. I am never going to use you again and I just wanted to let you know that your online system is awful

Why do you lie on the app you say that you can get the free virgin and I’m thinking that you can get a cash advance for all this free version does it send you notification alerts you shouldn’t do that why do you say he wants someone to pay $9.99 for Grant plus and that way you can qualify for a $25 up to $500 all these apps do is lie and scamming beat uninstalling this I don’t need free alerts in all this. I need to try to get a cash advance if the cash advance do not apply to the free version please just don’t even put it on the app I don’t think nobody want that.!!!!!!! And one more thing I tried to do a small cash advance and I got two bank accounts connected and you tell me I don’t qualify and I’ve had these accounts for years. What’s wrong with you all it’s plenty of activity in my account.

Been dealing with this all day, your app says I can accept and advance so I do and it says the advance is ON its way! ONLY it’s not the app just takes me back to the home screen and acts like I never took an advance and the money never reaches my account. Like what kinda app even is this.

Too buggy and inconsistent
I literally have over a thousand in the checking account linked. Not a substantial amount perhaps. But I keep most things in savings. I usually can get advances of $500 or more from most advance apps. I pay back in under a week. As an independent contractor this won’t come as a paycheck but after a few uses, c distantly any app used gives me $350-$500 and I use those with the least fees.

I legit can use another app but it denies me after I pay the $9.99, after blackout screens for 2 days and having to install and reinstall just to pay early.
I like advance apps. It’s like a mini credit card. I pay it off in 3-7 days. This one? Too unpredictable. I’m fine with not consistently getting the max. But denying someone any advance when they have the means to pay it many times over and a spotless repayment history is utter tripe.

User beware
Overall this experience has been good but ran into a big hiccup. They charged me for the membership during the month long free trial period. They don’t tell you that once you are repay your cash advance they will charge you the monthly membership fee even when you’re on the free trial period. This is deceptive marketing and I will make sure that others are made aware of this practice being done here.

I tried paying these people back but it wouldn’t accept my card for some reason so they kept gradually taking every piece of money that was debited to my account.
SCAM
I got an advance in January, it’s now almost july and they are double charging me for the membership. canceled and turned off any type of payments. i went to ask for a refund on 1 of 2 payments that went through since i shouldn’t be charged twice. When trying to connect with an agent to explain the situation since their robot doesnt understand, it ended the conversation and wont allow me to get to anybody or any help for the situation. if you used this app id check your account and change any cards that was used this with this app.

I’ve been a customer with Grant for about a year. I’ve been employed with the same company and my pay dates have never changed. All of a sudden Grants system is saying I get paid every three days and they will not fix it. They claim to extend the due date to the proper repayment date and they don’t. All they do is repeat themselves and think the issue is fixed when they don’t even try to fix it or listen to you as a customer. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and to the FTC.
Aggravating
I can’t paid biweekly, and they have you set this up. Will you sign up. And then I don’t know where when it was consistently by week me they put me on repayment of a weekly basis. Now they want me to repay them five days after I take the loan.. They say they can’t fix it, but that’s crazy. How can you not abide by the sign-up. A Customer makes of getting paid biweekly and changed it up out of nowhere. When you reach out to Customer service, they don’t correct it.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 6 months but it keeps taking out payments every month. My account was locked 6 months ago and a message about my social security number not being recognized keeps appearing. They have no tech support to call you have to keep putting in email tickets that don’t work. This is very annoying. I ordered a new debit card and somehow the company still drafts money from my account.

Horrible at repayment dates
It can never track the correct dates when I get paid. It’s like I’ll take an advance out and then have to pay it back in 2-3 days, so they make double or triple the fees because I have to request back the amount before I even get my next paycheck

This app is a HUGE scam and does NOT actually work. I have 5 DIFFERENT payroll checks weekly coming into my account and all of them have been consistent for over 5 years!!! The app does NOT recognize ANY of them and says they do not detect any income. Mind you my income MONTHLY is around 13,000. Don’t waste your time like I did. Save yourself the time and the issues. All they want is your info so they can sell it because then THEY make money and then YOU GET NOTHING. That means they are the ONLY ONES benefiting. You lose.
Waste of time
I’ve linked 2 different bank accounts that I receive a paycheck to and the app says it can’t find a paycheck, and when it does find a paycheck, it tells me the card I use(chase) doesn’t match my account. Same for the other bank account. Please beware these apps can only run for oh so long before the excuses roll in as to why it no longer does what it says it supposed to. It’s been a month and no response from support. I wish Apple would vet these companies first, there are a lot of apps that operate this way now.

The first time I used it, great! Got the money $10 the next time the amount went up so I borrowed and the app claimed it was sent. Never got the money. They charged me on payday for money never received so I unsubscribed and deleted the app. Today they hit me with a $9.99 subscription fee even though I unsubscribed two months ago. I reported them to my bank.

Address change
The app was perfectly fine at first and everything was going great. Until, my advice limit was about 350 and they just took back my advance and told me I didn’t qualify for anymore advances because of “the state I live in” . I tried to get help from customer service to explain that I have moved states since I been using grant and they didn’t care, didn’t even try to give me an opportunity to change my address and verify it. So now the $350 that was payed can no longer be used which is very inconvenient. What if that was my last option on income and you guys just snatch it from me with no second option.
