Why
I’ve been using this app for years. It was simple and easy. My one complaint was that I wished they would put coupon codes in the app. With this newest version, I can no longer use the app. It tells me it must have a newer version of iOS to run, but my old phone is running the highest version it can. So I just can’t use the app anymore I guess. To be clear, this is an app whose sole function is to show the locations of Great Clips, and let you check in to get a haircut. And they need the latest version of iOS. Please make that make sense. Whoever thought it was good to ask people to spend hundreds of dollars for a newer phone just so they could check in for a haircut is insane. I wonder if their competitors’ apps still work on my phone.

Why in the world was this offered to iPadOS 17 device?
iPad Pro stuck on iPadOS 17 and updated this app that won’t run. Utterly idiotic and unprofessional to offer an an app version upgrade on a device that can’t run it. That should have been a filter setting and not offered.

Customer service was unhelpful and ignored the issue. Blamed independently owned locations as the problem and told me to contact them. Ignored my responses after requesting to send the issue to their IT team.
It won’t let me sign up for emails because my email is already in use but I never get emails or coupons or anything.

Most useless app in the world
Checked in with a 15 minute wait, showed up 15 minutes later just to learn there’s 3 people ahead of me. This app doesn’t do anything at all, no clue why it even exists since it’s always first come first serve. Whoever thought that check in system was a smart idea, congrats on your dumbest person in history award🥇
Bait and switch
Checked-in wait time went from 0 min to 16 min when I’m 4 minutes out. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
the worst barber shop
uneven haircuts. asked for a low drop fade but theres nothing low abt my haircut. they dont know how to fade at all. just dont go here. for the price, its just ridiculous

The person in the store choose to close 40 mins ahead of closing time. Me and 2 more people were checked-in. Check Legacy Plaza at Plano store.
Just another app that falls to ios update
Sorry…. I WILL NOT pay $799-$2000 to buy a new iPhone, just to update my ios to be able to WORK WITH YOUR APP!!!!!
Make your APP backwards compatible with older ios’s. Others are doing it (aka Google Apps) so that means it can be done.
