For hundreds of years, people have ordered food in pubs by talking to human beings. Why on earth would you want to change that? Please, put an end to this madness.

Hate app
Just walked out of Goat Tavern in Kensington because the app did not work as expected. Very frustrating. Will avoid Greene King taverns from now on.

Send a waitress or waiter
How ridiculous that you have to order off this ridiculous app. Send a server out to take our order.
Idiotic
Maybe they do thinks different in the UK, but I’m literally sitting in the restaurant The Eagle. You have to scan a QR code on the menu to order and there is no cell service where I’m sitting. They have free wifi provided you make an account with your email address. Then you have to download their app. Then to finish your order, you can either take a picture of your debit card, or enter the information. After you enter the information, you need to enter your email address again to “confirm and send you updates. I’m literally sitting less than 30 ft from the bar. I’ve had a waiter walk by. It over complicated ordering.
Too many steps to order and pay
Many steps required to order and pay! Download of app takes a while and Amex is not accepted... in summary waste of time!
More hoops!
This is such an unnecessary hurdle for visitors. There is no way I’m ordering more drinks or puddings or ANYTHING. What a hassle.

Made a dining decision based on information provided - hours and menu options were all wrong!

To whom it maybconcer,
I have been sat here with one of my mates, hoping to be served in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My order took over 20 minutes and quite frankly it’s left very sad and depressed.

Good food but terrible automated service!
The atmosphere and food here is great, but the automated system for ordering is slow, unnecessarily complicated if you don’t already have the app, and allows for no customization whatsoever. If a fast food restaurant can allow a customer to add and subtract components in a meal, one would think a more expensive sit-down restaurant could as well.
To complicated to order for a group
Started to use this to order for a group of seven. Didn’t get past tying to set up drinks. Ordering G&T takes two steps, one for gin and another for tonic. Couldn’t order a vodka and soda at all.
Forced Account
You shouldn’t have to be forced to create an account, you should be able to logon and pay as guest.
