Paid for renewal but it won’t update
Used to be great
This program used to be great. I preferred it over any other list program for shopping that was around. It integrated really well with Amazon Alexa. It understood what I wanted using voice. It was very accurate. But now some kind of update has been done and it’s forcing you to pay every month. I physically purchased this program a number of and now it’s requiring me to pay more. Don’t get this program. It’s worthless now.
Grocery list app has forgotten its one job
I’m not sure why my grocery list app incessantly advertises their subscription, limits the AMOUNT OF GROCERY LISTS I CAN HAVE, and pesters me constantly with banner ads and sponsored recommendations. At this point it’s easier to write my list on my arm than use this app which advertises so much it should be considered malware. I am certainly confused why I need a subscription to, and i cannot stress this enough, A GROCERY LIST APP. Just use a napkin and save yourself the headache.

App is broken
This app is broken. You cant create an account or log in. It’s always been clunky, but it just stopped syncing and while trying to fix it I logged out and it wont let me in with my pin. Oh and the forgot pin isn’t working either. Guess i’m getting a new app.
Can not keep in sync across devices
Even on different devices using the same account, they never stay in sync.
Bad customer service
I’m giving this one star only because I’ve tried contacting customer service several times to restore my original purchase of Premium for this app. No response at all from customer service. Purchase

I purchased this app years ago for a substantial amount and now they want me so subscribe. It’s a ripoff and they will NEVER get another cent out of me.
Cannot Restore Purchase
Have not heard from developer, paid 29.99 for two separate apps and cannot restore now. No contact from developer

I barely remember trying this out and was charged for a subscription I didn’t approve for a year long pro subscription!! What the flip?!!
I really wanted this to work
I've been using IntelliList grocery app for years, and I really like it. But they've made some programming changes which I'm not thrilled about and it has gotten glitchy. I was looking for something new and was really hoping this app would be able to replace it. But, a feature I really need to have is the ability to have defined grocery aisles and be able to move those aisles around and put them in the order I want to mirror the store layout. This app just does not provide enough options for me. I'm sure if somebody just wants a simple list then it probably works fine. I want something more sophisticated.

My wife and I have been using this app for a while, but we’ve been running into sync issues that are happening with increasing frequency. I’ll add something to our shared list, but my wife’s list doesn’t update. Or vice versa. And there’s no way to force a sync. Killing the app doesn’t help.
If you’re looking for an app to keep lists synced between people, I would look elsewhere. This app has gone downhill.

All my lists are gone!
After updating for the first time in a while all of my old lists are gone.

Started acting wonky
I’ve been using this for years because my husband and I can share the list and check it if one of us is at the store. However in the last couple of months items that have been marked off keep coming back, like a bad penny. This happens almost every time. My husband, who sometimes isn’t so bright, wound up buying all the same groceries I had bought the day before because of this. Now we have to call each other every time to see if the list is correct. If this doesn’t get fixed I will have to find a new app.
