I’ve used this game for years, probably since around 2011 or 2012 and it gets worse every year. If you like constant pop-ups while you try to earn any coins, this game is for you. Every time you try to go to a new game or get back to the home page you will be bombarded with pop-ups wanting you to buy stuff to participate in some team game no one cares about.
Also, they offer rewards if you log into FB or Insta…I have tried several times to get those bonuses and I always run into a “page/ content no longer exists” when I go to redeem. Happened just today, says the offer is still valid for 12 more hours…Honestly if I hadn’t saved up so many tokens from playing for over 15 years I would try to find another app that maybe is more fun to play because they have made it so much harder to get ahead than it used to be…but the pop-ups really kill the momentum. I have had pop-ups while I was already spinning in a slot and it altered how the reels landed. Just ridiculous.

Disappointment because I’ve been playing this game for years and the games are messed up and I I kept writing my review on them. They were at first OK then you’re requesting me like like I wasn’t telling the truth which it’s just a game and this last two nights ago I’ve lost 16 million last night and they told me they couldn’t help me.
Upset customer
I love playing the games on this but when I purchase coins, they take it away hardly never get bonuses and when I do sometimes the amount of bonus is lower than the amount I’m playing for. You all need to do better by your customers if not as much as I like the games I’m going to delete this app.

Ok,been playing GSN for over at least 15-20 years and cannot playing any of the slots because I never have enough tokens to
play the dam slots when they tell you 30,000 to play only mini, etc. 1 am lucky if I have enough tokens to play a 2,000 bet on bingo… what a disgrace that one of the oldest games on here and we cannot play unless we give them money now…I do not give any of these greedy people money for any ripoff tokens. If I want to play slot machine or bingo or any games I will hop in my car and go to the casino(which me n girl friends do) which is only a 20 minute drive from our area…..

The new update did away of 2 of my favorite games, I don’t enjoy playing at all now. A year or so ago, it did away with 2 games I played a lot and now two more are gone.

I really enjoyed this game at first but it has become incredibly frustrating. One of the biggest issues the advertised coin deals are misleading! The offer bonus coins for a discount price but when you make the purchase you don’t get the bonus coins. False advertising at the very least. And don’t get me started how they lock games you enjoy. As you progress and unlock at higher levels- they lock the games you love to play until you reach higher levels. I used to love this game but now it feels like a big scam. So buyer beware and stay far away from this game!

I have been playing this game for quite awhile now and really enjoy it. It’s the best slot game out there and the customer support is excellent even when the game occasionally crashes. Once you try it you will be hooked. I wish that the payouts were more consistent in the bonus rounds.

These games were fun, but Only for those who are willing to pay to play, if not you will be very disappointed! Since GSN has reduced the payout amounts and frequency of winning so much, running out of tokens is automatic. And once you purchase tokens, you are no longer able to watch ads to earn tokens to play. It's unfortunate that GSN couldn't leave well enough alone, I guess they got greedy and only care about making money.
