I really enjoyed this game at first but it has become incredibly frustrating. One of the biggest issues the advertised coin deals are misleading! The offer bonus coins for a discount price but when you make the purchase you don’t get the bonus coins. False advertising at the very least. And don’t get me started how they lock games you enjoy. As you progress and unlock at higher levels- they lock the games you love to play until you reach higher levels. I used to love this game but now it feels like a big scam. So buyer beware and stay far away from this game!

Wheel of Fortune
The new version of the Wheel of Fortune is absolutely terrible. All the colors blend together. The color red is everywhere. When you get the wheel feature all the numbers look the same. You can’t even get excited about getting 1000 credits because you can’t see it. I recommend getting another game app thats more fun.
Can’t get it to load or open after last update.
Updated the app yesterday,now it won’t log in. It gets to almost the end of the loading bar and stops. I gave it 10 mins trying to log in to my account no couldn’t get anywhere. Closed it out and tried to reopen the app 4 times; twice the music sputtered and the app automatically closed. The other two times same thing, stuck on loading screen. I have had this app on every apple device I have ever owned going back over a decade and it gets worse and worse.

I’m not sure why this company decided to ruin their app, but they did. Not only are the tokens expensive and the games require high bets to be eligible for a jackpot, they seem to have changed the game so you can easily lose. 100s of millions of tokens before seeing a win. For example, I was playing Northern Wolf 2, started with almost $300 million tokens, and just spun about 80 times and won only 3 times with a win that was more than the bet. I now have $20 million tokens left…all in about 10 minutes! How is that fun? I’m better off going to a real casino, the win rate is probably much higher. Save your money and find a game that doesn’t seem to be designed just to drain your bank account!

Lost pin packs
While playing on the hard to get pin day I received several pin packets but when I went to open them they were not there. Then the website shut down. I followed up with support x 2 and both times I did not receive my pin packets and the second time I was given 10 free spins. Sorry but that doesn’t equal the hard to get pin packs that I was owed.

I can’t believe that this game only gave me 50,000 coins when I was supposed to receive 3 million coins when I completed an offer which I did and I spent $125 on IL MAKIAGE make up. Very disappointing.

These games were fun, but Only for those who are willing to pay to play, if not you will be very disappointed! Since GSN has reduced the payout amounts and frequency of winning so much, running out of tokens is automatic. And once you purchase tokens, you are no longer able to watch ads to earn tokens to play. It's unfortunate that GSN couldn't leave well enough alone, I guess they got greedy and only care about making money.

I have had this game on my system for years. I have seen it get harder and harder to win anything in any game you have thru out those years. It’s sad that you push constantly to have your customers spend money. And not give your loyal customers more than a FRACTION in gifts, daily prizes of what they need to play one game. Great Games - Poor Incentives
I enjoy playing the games a lot, but the free points are extremely low. Unless you are able/willing to purchase points on a regular basis you become unable to continue play because the free incentives are paltry in size. Hit It Rich is far more inviting to returning players.
