Delete your info by itself
Terrible they delete your login and want you to pay again. They can't recover your account even you knew you had one.
USE A DIFFERENT APP
Seems great if it works. Won’t show my tour, booked through TripAdvisor. Have gone through the troubleshooting path multiple times, with NO success. Using the same account as tour booked under, even tried all accounts just in case- never shows up. Here is the problem. Unlike Shaka or other apps, there is no additional support. NONE. You have no contact information, no chat bot, nothing. Money gone for an expensive tour and no help.
Ruined
I purchased many tours under Gypsy Guide. Now due to a name change they are gone. I can only get one to come back up. Lost all Utah parks, Yellowstone, Tetons, smoky mountains
