Missing key information
I love GuildSomm online but not being able to access the study guides that are available online is a huge miss. I never use the app for this reason.

Subscription is a scam
Non membership subscription only gives access to an extremely limited “compendium” with no interactivity or real functionality. Nothing a google search wouldn’t do.
You broke my work reference guide
I used to be able to pull this app up while on shift (working in a restaurant as a sommelier - this app’s main audience). I could quickly step off the floor and fact check my theory before addressing a table’s service needs at any minutiae that may help. Now, every time I go to the reference section of this app, it takes several minutes to automatically update itself. I can appreciate what the app is trying to do, but it was better when I could control when the app updates rather than at inconvenient times.

Cant login, doesnt recognize my subscription. Not sure what I’m paying for.

I love this app, ridiculously much. Well, used to at least.
Some countries navigations load, but others, such as France, is completely blank. Leading to no options to select.
France is NOT the only country experiencing these problems. This is extremely frustrating! Please address this ASAP, as this has been occurring for some time now. Not only for me, but for team members during our pre-shift meetings.

Can't sign in after the latest update
I'm not sure what went wrong. I can't even sign in after the latest update
Needs significant updating, bug fixes
Content should be updated annually at minimum. Has a lot of links (pronunciations) that don’t work. The AVA guide needs details about each AVA. Not just the year they were established. Because the content is not updated frequently, this app isn’t as useful. I have to go to internet instead.
