I have been playing quite some time and enjoyed the game, but yesterday I was in Panama City, and today it threw me back to Sydney for no reason. I can’t even contact you guys through the game because it won’t let me; thus, my review. I did not delete the game or do anything to it. I am not going to start over.
Help fix my account

All my progress disappeared after this update
I have played for at least seven years and today when I went to open the game, everything was gone that I have earned since then I started playing. It took me all the way back to Sydney, which is the first game when you start playing this.. I’m really saddened because this was my go to game when I was really bored or I needed to get my brain functioning in the morning. I’ve sent a message to Support, but I have yet to hear anything from them. Unfortunately, if I don’t get all my goodies back, some of which I have paid for I’ll be forced to not play this game anymore which really makes me sad.
Stop updating/changing
Over a year ago you updated I lost consecutive days changed, coins, etc..Had to start over.. then I couldn’t use the usual way to obtain coins.. then after a few weeks I couldn’t use, now I can’t again and I am not giving my credit card info again.. very frustrating

I have played this game since it came out years ago. I enjoyed the theme, its delightful graphics and subtle humor. But now profit and greed took over as seen with so many other developers. The award system of the gameplay now strongly focuses on viewing ads. While I don't reject decent ads as part of our marketing world, the developer increasingly turned to low tier ad networks for quick money with the result of more and more scam ads, and more recently even malicious ads. I feel sorry for this talented and hard working designer team. Your soul has been sold.

Difficult
I have been plying this game for years. You don’t get free power ups daily like most games and as you get further into games, levels become so hard you cannot complete in Required moves. Now almost requires you to make purchases to buy green gems or more moves to compete levels. Waste of money!
Love the game, but the promo prompts are ridiculous
Every time I open the game I have to deny at least 9 pants to pay for some stupid bonus. Unless you want to bombarded by ads and prints to pay more, don’t get
Changed
My gummy drop game was deleted by the support staff at level 190 a few months back. They ended up installing a new version which is not even close to the original version. One can easily accomplish the goal however, you never have enough points, consistently. I am now stuck in New Delhi needing 500 plus bricks with no where to earn them. Each level offers gems but no where can you earn bricks. I’ve played for over 25 years but looks like I am done.
Crashes and unethical practices
Before you get started on this game be warned at the game crashes a lot. I was playing this game for 10 years all of a sudden I could not get back on the app all of my progress was gone all of the coins I earned we’re gone and all of the cities I completed were gone. They did not replace my progress and all of the levels that I was playing were now worth half the amount that once were. Will you get your “free” spin, 99.9% of the time you will only receive one extra move. Add if you are waiting for your Free to come and you switch screens chances are when you switch back the game will have Reset and you will lose any progress you made. The boosters are the same amount of money they once were but the coin prices are half as much. The levels become extremely hard to the point where you can’t even advance it doesn’t even give you a fighting chance. It was a really great game for a long time but now they just sucked all the fun out of it bye being unethical.
Commercials are a minute
I’ve played this games for almost 10 years, but they’ve increased the commercials to a minute and I can’t stand it! F this game, I’m done with it.
You cannot win without buying boosts
This used to be my favorite game, I’ve played it for years. In the last few months I noticed it getting harder and harder to win even one star levels without boosts. I’ve been buying boosts and extra plays, but when I hit $250 for one month that’s when I removed the app. I’m not into playing levels 20 times just to move on, and then having to pay for the supplies you need to continue playing. Plan on spending a LOT of money for a mindless match 3 game if you play this.
Sadly
I have enjoyed playing this game for several years and it has helped me during some stressful times. Sadly, I cannot update to the newer version and unable to access the game :(

Today’s upgrade creates non-ending ads. It will now be easy to drop this game from my morning routine.

Saying goodbye
Long long time player, time to delete. The ownership changed. It’s not the same Gummy Drop we know and love. It’s really a shame. One of the longstanding puzzle games ruined bc of greed.
Glitch Filled Disaster
The game developers owe me about twenty of each style power up to replace the ones I’ve lost due to freezing!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME IT IS GEARED ONLY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!

I’ll be looking for a new game to play. All of the extras were taken away and levels are impossible to pass. This game is no longer fun to play. Game was sold and apparently the new owners don’t want to help users.
5.12.0 update is terrible!
This has been one of my favorite games, but the most recent update has removed several features that made the game more difficult to play. I have a streak of 2300+ days playing but seriously considering deleting it.

Used to love this game. I've played it for years, but the last upgrade has made so many negative changes. The game continues to freeze on both my iPhone and my iPad to the point that I no longer try to reset it it's getting old and it has not yet been fixed and it's been that way for a couple of months. As a result, I'm now moving onto a different game and letting this one go.
Purchase
I don’t understand why I was charged more for an in app purchase. It was supposed to be $12.99 and my credit card was charged $32.96. This has been a terrible experience.
Plagued with bugs
Does the developer even maintain this anymore? On the last couple iOS updates the app randomly becomes unresponsive or makes you acknowledge literally a dozen pop ups for “special events” that were from months ago. Trying to play has become more trouble than it’s worth and after ten years, I’m taking this off my phone.

Game has changed ownership and is no longer reliable. Freezes frequently during game play. Doesn’t save game totals correctly including game progress and coin totals. Game support doesn’t respond

They have lengthened the time of adds significantly! I will not be extending play! Please limit the time for running adds to 15 seconds! They are now running over 2 minutes!

Glitchy game, zero customer support
I’ve played this game for years and really enjoyed it. However, the latest updates to the game make it glitch out ALL THE TIME. Can’t spin the wheel to earn extra moves, can’t click on the extra moves I’ve bought to continue a level, can’t close out of the screen, can’t use tokens to buy power-ups, can’t move pieces around like I should be able to. Contacting customer support is a joke; you’ll get no response. My advice? Don’t bother downloading this game unless you want to be completely frustrated.

Played this great game for almost 3000 days! Used to have very good response. No more!! I have repeatedly lost scored points, and no response from HELP. Ruined the game!!

I know so many people that are deleting this game because it takes over a week if not more to get to your new city all they want you to do is to spend money. I think I’m gonna be one of the ones deleting don’t bother playing this game. I have now finished all the other games and it still has not opened the new steady. This game stinks anymore. This game is not worth playing anymore. I’ve been waiting to move to for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I never see reviews like this on your website.

CRASH
Every time a line crush tournament ends the app freezes. I can’t get by the screen where it shows the rankings. Fix it

Glitches have been reported but nothing gets resolved. This time it freezes on tournament results and shutting it down doesn’t resolve it. Developers don’t seem to eager to help out.

I’m not sure why people rate this game as 5 stars and then almost always go on to complain about the game freezing! This has been going on for years and yet the developers don’t seem to be able to fix it. I have lived with it by deleting the app and reinstalling it, just because I like the game so much.

I’m in the middle
I thought it was me but after reading the most critical reviews, I am realizing that the loss of seven years plus of playing, wasn’t really my fault. I had a week of working 12+ hours but made it a point to play at least every two days, yes I would pay the 20 coins to keep it but it was worth it. After the last day of that crazy week, I seriously slept for two days! Went back to the game, there must have an update because it had reset me to day one! Not cool!

New owners
I think the new owners have rigged this game to get more money out of you. Some countries cannot be won without you buying more coins. Disappointing. Also they have brought back timed games, who care difficult for persons with certain disabilities.
Ads
I always enjoyed this game until recently. The ads are now too long. I don’t mind the short ads but these are now 2 or 3 minutes long. I will not play this game if these ads continue.
After all these years
I've been playing more years than I can say. I didn't realize so many are having the same problems I am. Today I didn't even close the game and when I got back I had been pushed off the level and lost it. It had recently happened the same way but I lost a couple of cities. Not fun. Presently, I'm way back in Sydney and, once again, had to start over. Started over this afternoon and came back to Sydney step 1. I wouldn't mind so much if I got sent back a couple cities but kept coins and scores but I won't be going back to Sydney. I guess that means I'm done??? Do you all ever answer our complaints or compliments? I'm very disappointed. I agree about the ads especially the weight loss that gives 10 seconds over and over again (more than 5 times and once 8). The 53 second ad that adds 7 seconds to the ad. I especially have a problem with the weight loss because I've had serious cardiac problems the past year which has caused severe weight loss. Not fun to play the game calling out my abnormal eating.

Fun until it is not
Not a fan getting to the levels where you have to clear the entire path for the items. Boring!

Used to be great - no more
Played every day for 400+ days no issues. Then it froze and kept freezing. So they told me to delete and reinstall. Lost everything I gained. Now it freezes after every bonus or challenge ends used to correct after shutting phone off 2 or 2 times. NOW TODAY yep it won’t unfreeze again and yes I keep up on updates. This time I’ll delete for good, they aren’t interested in fixing all the crashes. Really disappointed.
