When I first got this by mail, it was kind of new so that’s why I prefer to return it and stick with getting a new Fitbit… so then again I prefer using the Fitbit charge series instead of using any sources of third-party wannabe Fitbits… no offense to those who use these more often.

App asks for code but my watch never gives it

Hard to apply
I don’t know what the problem is. I turned it on and it was on a different language. I worked on in a few days got it back to English took it all off the phone put it back on. I still can’t get it to start.
Will not sync
I’ve tried multiple times to change my password but it keeps saying invalid code and changes the code on my phone every 30 seconds. I’ve tried 2 different emails and cannot hook to this app or the watch. I think I’ll return it.

The app said my session had expired and to sign back in. I went to sign back in and the app would not allow me to sign back in. So, I tapped on forgot my password and the app does not send a verification code to your email. I’m locked out of my account and cannot get back in. No way to contact support either. The App Store page leads to a phishing site immediately asking for your apple password. I don’t know what scam the developers are trying, but I would avoid this app.

I like the watch it has all the features that I need, but without a fully functioning app that sinks to the watch it’s useless. I need to be able to track the watch data on my phone so I can screenshot it and send it to my doctor. That was the entire point of buying this watch. I hope the developers are reading the reviews and work on fixing this.

Has anybody had any luck finding where you can monitor the game playing time. Download the app and there is no option to set restricted hours on gameplay. Appreciate any help thanks.

Terrible completely unrepeatable company. Should be illegal. Changes program on you, will not work if you don’t give location and other security information. Remove delete immediately
Not happy
I tried registering but no code was returned although a message said code was sent. This locks out the app and you can’t get back to the functions. I tried eliminating the app and reinstalling it but the registration page keeps coming up and I’m locked out - can’t get to the other functions

Not getting an email code from this app
I’m giving it one star because the watch is useless as is. I logged in with my Apple account. Then it wanted me to sign in again but wouldn’t accept my password. I had to use “forgot my password” and it said a code was sent to my inbox. I waited a long time, hit < button multiple times trying to get a code. it’s been almost 24 hrs and still no code in email or junk mail.
App needs a lot of work and does not sync any important data to Apple Health
I just can't believe that this app still does not sync any important data to Apple Health even though it's competitors which are based on the same base application code so. Not even heart rate, BP, O2 or even sleep data even though it says it will sync sleep data. Application's interface is pretty bad, especially the charts and you can't even access the data and have apple health show it instead. I had another rewatch which used Fitloud pro that looks like it is using the same codebase but does a lot more and send all health data to Apple Health.
I hope developers work on this and implement it soon as I believe the watch on iOS is totally worthless and useless without this integration.

Disappointed
I suddenly cannot connect my watch to my app. It prompts for a 4-digit password, yet I never set one up before… I don’t even know where to find the password for something I never set up in the first place.
The sleep tracker is VERY inaccurate. This could have been better, but the feature that I do like about this is the custom dial settings.

The watch won’t let me change the military time as the app will not let me get past the sign on process to change military time!
Not fully functional
I haven’t been able to fully connect the watch with my iPhone. It connects with Bluetooth and all but not too functional. Won’t count my connect to my health app on my phone. App isn’t too user friendly. Does the band have a sound?

I would not recommend this product to anyone. I’ve had this thing two years and it will not connect or stay connected it is totally garbage.

Was Great, used this watch ⌚ for several years and LOVED IT! Now not hardly working! pedometer is the only thing that seems to be working. I have reset everything multiple times to no avail, very sad and disappointed.

I don’t really like it
Every time I try to open the app it automatically just brings me back to my home screen which means I can’t do anything on my watch
Overrated
I paid the highest price and what I got is a mediocre watch at best. The Blood Glucose level is not even close to being accurate. The confirmation and saving of the weather switches to Celsius and won’t stain Fahrenheit setting. The software is not user friendly. The only thing that works and is really good is the battery life.

There is an email communication problem when resetting the password. There should be a support email on this app. Must be an app made in China. Also. Please don’t change my review with broken English while trying to put a positive spin on the comment.

Won’t Exit SetUp Mode
Recently received the watch and have the HBand s/w installed on my phone. All parameters variables are set up and saved, but every time I exit the s/w and reenter, the watch is in the setup mode again (I.e. select the language, scan the QR code to download the s/w, etc…). I have been thru the set up several times but do not see a definitive save/exit for s/w installation. The watch still wants me to go thru the set up mode each time it “wakes” up. Any suggestions?

Sad. Shouldn’t be this difficult to connect the watch to a new version of iPhone.
Behavior on connectivity
I got this smart watch as a gift. Tried it out today to find out the user’s interface is not very intuitive. The cell phone sound would even get linked to the watch without my permission and there’s no way to disable it. The record & update on sport activities are not spontaneous.

This is my second review since there is no other way to communicate with the developer.
The sleep app almost never works. It never includes more than two sleep sessions per day, and sometimes randomly erases the recorded sessions mid day.
The blood pressure monitor is relatively accurate and steps are recorded. I don’t know how accurate the other function are.

Losing connection
Keeps dropping my watch off or vice versa, not sure but it’s a pain that I’m counting on my watch to show me the notifications while I must work with my hands and I don’t have the time to keep checking my phone which is in my pocket. I have 4 bosses and they message me here and there throughout the day and I miss their texts. So annoying. I wish I knew what app I have to use with my watch. Seeing the reviews I would have not bought it.

My first watch worked wonderfully, however due to circumstances beyond my control it ended up dead. So I got a new watch! Great however now each band will not connect with this watch. I have tried everything that it says to do, and no matter what they will not link together. Absolutely frustrating. So now I have a regular time piece!
