App Crashes Constantly
I used to love using this app, for the most part. My only real complaint was that I never got notified about things coming back in stock and had to check manually if I didn’t want to miss out. Now, the app freezes/crashes CONSTANTLY. It’s become more or less unusable, meaning I almost never shop here anymore.

You’re making so much money, yet you can’t hire a QA team to properly test your app. It’s ridiculous how many bugs there are.

Needs a serious update
This app glitches freezes and crashes CONSTANTLY. You can’t go a minute without having to exit out of the entire app and restarting it. It was so irritating trying to check out 15 times and the app just kept crashing. You can’t use Apple Pay without it glitching and crashing. You cannot switch apps without it crashing. Needs serious work.

Me gusta algunas prendas de su ropa pero el servicio al cliente y su sistema de puntos no es buena. Lástima pasa lo mismo con Zara mejor compra en Shein es la misma calidad en ciertas prendas a mucho menor precio. Porfavor mejoren las fotos de los productos no blanco y negro, ni la foto de la cara o de la axilas de las modelos me interesa el producto y a veces no se ve bien los colores la forma de las prendas.PLS!!

H&M do you hate women/femininity? Every model looks extremely androgynous and underweight, posing like men. I only shop here for the cotton socks and underwear, some of the clothes that aren’t see-through, or have annoying California/New York/elite college logo on them. I had a problem with clothes shrinking in the past, having to throw away pieces. I do enjoy the points system.
