I paid for the subscription and it doesn’t show me any proper hairstyles, I think my actual hairstyle suits me well than those in the app. I tried contacting the customer support and the website, but the xlabs website is not at all available anywhere. Please do not waste your money. They’re scamming people.
Free Trail isn’t FREE
Downloaded the App to try it out and hit a pay wall” but they offered a 7-Day Free Trail. Wasn’t happy with the app so I canceled my subscription and deleted the app. I was still charged. Apple wouldn’t grant a refund! NOT WORTH THE download.
Deception with Trial and Awful Intergration of Hairstyle onto Picture
In the beginning it tricks you into thinking that the trial is free but actually worth a lot, I didn’t realize it was $12.99 for trial until I purchased it…a trial is supposed to be a period of time that you can experience the product free of charge before making up your mind about the product. Also it only has a small amount of hairstyles you can use and is also very bad at integrating it onto your face…absolutely not recommend, I hope this app gets taken down or boycotted, absolutely horrendous and manipulative…

I never intended to subscribe to the trial for $12.99. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app immediately but they refused to refund. Horrible experience

Scam and Bad Product
They scam you into a “7-day trial” that STILL costs $14. They take advantage of how all other apps give you a free trial, they market it as a free trial, and then it ends up charging you. The app itself is also a trash product as ChatGPT can generate better images. It essentially just erases your hair, throws on clipart hair, and doesn’t even adjust it based on your face.

Waist of money . Got this to find a hair cut style for my son and it just keeps making him Chinese good for a laugh not much else and is overly expensive for cartoon effect.

I’ve never been charged for a FREE trial but I guess there’s always a first for everything. I had canceled the trial on the day the app was downloaded. How does this generate a charge? What is the developer’s definition of a “free trial”? You can save your copy and paste developer response to demonstrate that you don’t give a damn about the users. What’s really disappointing in the experience was Apple’s absence of care. I filed for a refund and explained the situation but it was rejected by Apple with no explanation and stated “the decision is final”. I even reminded Apple to have a look at all the reviews of this app warning other users about this suspicious charge.
Boy how I miss those days when Apple cared more about user experience and customer service.
Anyhow, dear fellow users. I hope you’re seeing this review and many other ones warning about the same . Save yourself from this frustration.

Beware the 7 day trial costs money and it is not worth paying for. Colors are very off from the actual color you click on the app.
