Harassment at its worst
I entered my business’s phone number onto this registration, and they would not leave me the heck alone. That number is dedicated purely to customers and so I answer it on a consistent basis. I’ll be honest one of the worst sales tactics I’ve ever seen. I’m a busy man. I do not have time to sit here and chat!!!!!. Not to mention their estimation software is so far off I would’ve lost $10,000 in 1 job alone!!. Terrible software I gave it a simple task to generate an estimate for a general contracted 1500 ft.² house. And tested it on previously done projects because I know the entirety of the scope I’m able to tell it exactly how much work it actually is and so I told it that and it was off by approximately 25% low!!!! they say AI is the future of our industry, but clearly they don’t have any idea how to program true national averages
No Refund

Worthless
App has potential but my second estimate the app just shut off. The team should cancel all the subscription and make the app better first. Got potential but zero power. Dont spend money in this app yet. I hate to say that but thats reality. Again: huge potential if the team fix thismajor issue. You are not supposed to stop work in the middle of an estimate and dont save all the pics and details. Unacceptable.
Don't waste your money
ChatGPT 5.0 does a better job and is $20.00 per month! You can use ChatGPT for other things as well

It won’t let me login. It won’t let me create account. It won’t let me do anything. It says I have an unknown character in my phone number ???? What does that mean what I’m using 10 digits and all of them are numbers don’t it’s very annoying.
A scam
Just charged my card again. I told julian to cancel my account right after i opened it. Told him nicely that it dudnt work for me. They keep charging my card

So buggy it’s unusable
I spent $150 per month on this subscription and it literally wouldn’t work at all. Immediately requested refund from Apple. Good idea in theory but the execution is not there
App just in a loop
Can’t even login as it keeps going in to a loop, phone coses dont work.. too buggy

Five minutes into using the first test estimate, a very quickly realize that the results are extremely inaccurate. For example: for building a deck, a called for 2 x 4 blocking and 2x6 rim joist. The nominal depth of each of those should match the floor joist nominal depth.. it also called for 2 x 6 to make staircase stringers. It also overestimated the floor joist by about 25% and linked me to a Lowe’s pricing of $1.50 a linear foot. Then when I checked Lowe’s, it’s closer to $2.67 a linear foot. Those are the first mistakes that jumped out at me right away, so I’m sure there would be more if I decide to spend more time on it. I only gave a two star because if you do your homework and you have a lot of patience, you can update all the right numbers in the system. So it’s like a good template, but need you to give it a lot of input.
