Awful interface
I haven't had such a poor onboarding experience in a long while. i wasn't even able to login because the keyboard was floating all of the place. I wasn't able to access my passwords either

I got a flyer in the mail to redeem $10 in W dollars (?) and earn some Unity points. I signed up for the app thinking I was getting useful rewards. In reality, you really can’t win real money aside from what’s given away in the contests you have almost zero chance of winning. This is fine if you like this sort of thing. I found the whole app EXTREMELY deceptive and confusing when it came to redeeming the W dollars though. It makes you play to level 13 to redeem them, so it makes you feel like you’re doing something to unlock a genuine reward. Then when you finally go to try and cash them, it makes it appear as you’re redeeming them for $10, when in reality you’re being charged to gain another useless $10 in W dollars. It’s essentially like getting a gift card to a business that kicks you in the nuts for $10. I’m a frequent sports better with Hard Rock and this honestly may drive me to close both accounts with them if I’m not at least refunded that $10 that I pretty much feel was stolen from me. I’m not going to use those W dollars or this app, but I’ll continue to use the sports betting app if customer support makes this right. I’ll even remove the negative review and treat it as an oversight on my part if customer support at Hard Rock makes this right. Apple Support is useless. Please someone just refund my money or at least give me some credit for the sports book. I’d advise anyone who likes prefers serious gambling to mindless games to avoid this app like the plague though. And as long as this review remains up, I’d advise you to avoid Hard Rock as a company because this is outrageous if they keep my money in this situation.

Hard Rock Neverland
Neverland always had 7 to 8 hundred percent coin bonuses. However, greedy Hard Rick only cares about filling its pockets with you cash. Such a greedy company! I surely will never visit any of your casinos because l am sure you have same pay outs as this game. Shoddy practices for sure!!! POS Company after destroying Neverland. Horrible support
I spoke to the in game support to inform them that one of the games was not giving me the features even though I was getting scatter. They asked me for a screenshot and I sent them several instances of not getting the scatter bonus. The support told me I didn’t get those scatter in a single spin. I assured them I didn’t and I also took of video of the same thing happening about 10 more times. They then agreed that I didn’t get those scatter in a single spin but that I had scatter in reels 1,2,3,5 and therefore did not meet the requirement of the game. I asked them to take a second look at those screenshots because they were absolutely in reels 1,3,5. And then they proceed to ask me how many coins am I missing. I’m not sure because I have no way of knowing what the bonus is because I’m not being given it !! Support is terrible and very argumentative. This game glitches so much. I don’t even have sound anymore.

They have an ad that if you complete offer through adscend media that I would get paid shown them proof I made purchases in game and they refused to pay me. Then I contact support and their marketing team(advertisers) is acting like they don't know so they don't have to deal/pay me now I'm out of money at least do the right thing

I’m over this game. If you think the casino is bad, this one is twice as bad. Yea (developer) i get it, i know already what you are going to say: “Slots are random, blah blah blah” yea they are but you control the RTP and obviously on this one is horrible. Programmed to have so many empty spins and throwing on ur face constantly the so call “deals” so u can buy more coins..i have spent real money on this nonsense and no matter what bet amount i do, i always get so many empty spins and end up losing all my coins like it is not even entertaining anymore. Worst game I’ve ever played.
Rewards you with money just to steal it all away reminds me exactly of the casino itself! Save your time and sanity and go do something else. This app and casino isn’t worth the sweat off my balls.

I don’t see points ever getting added to my account… this was supposed to be fun. No wonder I stick to arcades. The odds there are probably better than hitting a decent plot in any casino.

Not fun at all
Signed up because I noticed the game was included with my Hard Rock brochure. They credited me when 2.5 million to play with. I played the main game, and after about 5 minutes on a 75k bet, I was broke. No bonuses, no big wins, just an offer to use real money to purchase more credits. As if id really do that after seeing all my credits fly away. I’ll stick to Pop Slots and MyVegas, at least I get bonuses on the game and good hourly credits. Never spent a penny on either of those apps!
Another rip off
Didn’t enjoy the app. Nice variety of games but extremely hard to get a bonus. Spent over one billion and not a single win.

A complete fraud
I spent hundreds, and was promised a spin for prizes and a possible million. They even sent me a text with my entry number. They sent texts and emails for months. I find out the day of the promotion that my state is not eligible. Then why did they send and keep sending and texting and emailing me things telling me I was going to have a chance at this. So fraudulent and WRONG. When hard rock reopens in Vegas, I won’t be going. I canceled my Florida trip, to go to Hard Rock. The game is rigged. It’s a complete rip off.

Horrid customer service
Well the game has a great “presentation” but the algorithms are 100% geared to empty your wallet. It appears like you may “win” but every single day no matter what time I played it flipped into NEVER winning and wanting me to spend my cash WHICH I WOULD NEVER EVER DO WITH SUCH ATROCIOUS AND DECIDEDLY UNCARING CUSTOMER “SUPPORT” I will admit I do grade games and this is easily one of the worst at demanding money with zero customer service…….enough of this style to fill the Library of Congress several times. I’ll stick to the well oiled customer friendly games. This is utter garbage.

Horrible UX Forces Purchase
This is the only slot game that has a Max Bet Button next to the Spin Button. This is purposeful so you max bet and lose all the coins you’ve paid for and built up so you have to BUY more. I have had it. I won’t play it anymore. Shame on you Hard Rock for these deceptive practices.

Downloaded the app couple days ago no charge for it. Now all of a sudden I get a charge on my Apple billing for 799 for the same company Neverland give me my money back.

Went from 60 million coins to 0 coins in 1 session betting 50k a spin. They want your money. RTP must be set to 0.007%. Not fun, you’d have better odds going to the sketchiest casino in Vegas.

No sound
Been playing this for a little while now and the sound just suddenly stopped working I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn’t there and I checked I had my volume up fully on my phone. I just uninstalled it and decided to keep it gone half the experience of a casino app is the sound.

Lotta fun great way to rack up tier points, but be careful I had over 1.4billion I made get taken from me. Apparently every so often it change your bed if you’re not paying attention, it moved me from a 1 million coin bet to over 130 million a spin in the middle of the game I didn’t catch it till it wiped me out.
