Can’t customize blinds
Downloaded the app to a virtually new iPhone to see if I could customize vertical blinds. It would allow me to change the width but gave no drop-down menu for length. The reason I downloaded the app was because I am unable to customize blinds on any of my computers either using chrome or edge browsers. There I get all the drop downs but unable to submit/save/place in cart. I guess I just have to go to Menards.

Looking up orders is very difficult. You have to open each one and it list by the order number. Home Depot has pictures, you have a basic picture so you could scroll down and see what you’re looking for. It’s much easier when you have many orders they described through order numbers that you do not have on hand. Plus, the app is slow and malfunctions all the time

Nothing I order on this app shows up correct if anything shows up at all. Now you can’t even see past orders. Home Depot essentially ruined this company. Chadwell is far superior in every way.

Something change recently and it won’t let me sign in.
Delay delay delay
I ordered one set of sliding doors and it’s been more than 3 weeks and I continue to wait. Costumer service is not useful at all, for two weeks I called every day and they all told me the same thing: that it was “in transit and it would arrive today before 5 pm” like programmed robots. Every day the same thing, they told me they would send emails and I would get a response but nothing. This has been a waste of my time and now I’m behind in my project. First and last time I buy from this site.

Cannot login to the app at all. No problems logging into the website from my PC. Using a password manager so it’s not like I am mistyping the password. I even made the password visible to verify that it is the same.

Everything I search for does not populate any results.

The app works fine up until I want to open an item link from my search results. As soon as I click on one of the results, the app closes immediately and clears my search.

Stopped working
Was working well, now can’t get any item descriptions or details. Can not make orders!!
It’s not easy!
You can’t just scan a bar code or an item number! Every time I do nothing happens. I literally have to manually type the item order on the website. What good is the app if it isn’t easy to add parts to my order? I might as well just submit my order on the desktop!

HD needs to field test their app before they make it available to us customers.

If you enjoy making low-quality pieces of crap apps that don’t function then HD supply wants u! Please be a part of our team in making the worst app ever! Want to feel like ur using an app developed for a flip phone then this is the place to work! While the rest of the world is jumping on the Mobile market world be prepared to be impressed by our data pigeon caring app that makes u feel like u just travel 100 years into the past.

App Makes It Impossible To Order!!
Cannot see past orders, selection buttons do not work and search takes forever to not find anything in the end. Taking developer too long to update making customers just buy on Grainger...

Impossible-to-order APP
A year ago, the app was functional.
Now, It won’t even perform a simple text search. Tapping on many of the features results in no response. Very frustrating indeed. I mean, did the developers bother to check the functionality of the app prior to its release? Jesus.

From bad to worse
App was ok before, not great. It looks better but it’s non functional. I can’t save anything to a list anymore. I hit the back button and always get sent home forcing me to go through the menus from scratch. Can’t tap on items in the cart to go to the item anymore. Not very efficient.
Nice idea horrible app
Functionality is terrible. App won't keep you logged in between visits, won't remember log in info correctly to make log in faster. Pops up with correct information then erases it before you can input password. Freezes up constantly.

Light bulb lengths are in inches at times and feet at others so searching requires multiple attempts for successful shopping. Takes far longer to complete an order but easier than the website. Meh.

To many bugs within the app. Especially when charging an arm and a leg you think they would have a better app.

The site never shows when a delivery will be made. Some items are on back order for moths. Delivery says next day? But it’s weeks. This company is going down hill fast.
