Misleading Privacy Claims and Undisclosed Data Sharing
• The developer claims that user data is not shared with third parties without consent.
• In reality, it is obvious that user data is transmitted to an external LLM to generate the “AI Coach” commentary.
• This directly contradicts the developer’s stated privacy claims and demonstrates clear dishonesty.
• Given this lack of transparency, it is reasonable to question whether sensitive health data is being improperly shared, resold, or otherwise exploited.

I got no value from this app
I use Garmin devices, Garmin connect and Fitbod, which all communicate with Apple health. I would like Apple health to synchronize all of these, but Apple health Activity monitor and Move. Monitor are never the same. Based upon the reviews, I thought this app would help synchronize these workouts to give me more consistent numbers on Apple health on Apple activity monitor and move monitor.. They did not noticeably change the inconsistencies that I get on Apple health. I am deleting the app.
Many flaws
Doesn’t sync data with Garmin Connect. Workouts sync settings are blank.
Doesn’t show GPS data.
Doesn’t show GPS data.
no csv export for all detail data

Excellent app
If you are using Apple Watch for your workouts you should give a try to HealthFit. It’s awesome! It takes all your workout data from Apple Health app so there is no manual upload or syncing. Works flawlessly and you can use it on both iPhone and/or iPad. Enjoy!
Explicitly state it needs other apps
I do not have an apple watch nor do I use the health app for iphone. This app is worthless if you don’t use either.
Does NOT work with Garmin Connect
A waste if money
Good but doesn’t tell you what anything means
It has lots of information so it seems like a good deal. However, I wish the app explained what all the statistics mean. Sometimes they will link out to a Wikipedia article about the topic, but it’s impossible to know if my stats are “good” or not in context. They really need some in-app tool tips. For example, my “training load ratio” is “high” which is presumably bad? But they don’t tell me what it means or how I can lower it.
Edit: YIKES!! I was reading other reviews and noticed how rude the developers are when responding to bad reviews. Doesn’t look very professional, you might want to stop that.
Another edit! I gave Stephane Lizeray a chance to change his attitude towards customers, but he just continued being rude and obtuse (yikes!). Changing my rating to 1 star. I don’t suffer fools gladly, Stephane :)

App Does Not Offer Support
My app suddenly decided to convert into the metric system. While I totally support the metric system over the ridiculous American standard system, I don’t enjoy doing conversions. I submitted a bug fix ticket and have not heard back in over a month. If you want a bug ridden app with no product support, this is the app for you!
Can’t export to .FIT or .GPX
You cannot export all your past workouts to .FIT or .GPX files as advertised. Wasted $7
Notifications problem
I was curious about the app but after getting 30 notifications of 2 activities I decided to uninstall the app. It was too annoying
Too scientific

Good Data Tracker, Terrible CTL/ATL/TSB
Edited after developer's comment: This is NOT how CTL works. Yes, CTL is the 42 day training load. ATL is the one week training load. Agreed. But go to any search engine you want, ask any AI you want, talk to any professional trainer you want,,,CTL will not go from 120 to 44 during a 3 week rest period. Most will tell you it should drop slightly over 10%. You DO NOT loot a year's fitness in three weeks. If you believe that, you do not understand the CTL/ATL/TSB model. Have a food day.
This app is both great and terrible. It's great because it gathers all of the data your watch collects during each workout and presents it in a clear and easily understandable manner. If all you care about after your workouts is time, distance, pace, heart rate, and these types of basics, this is the app for you. BUT, they claim to give you accurate fitness (CTL), fatigue (ATL), & form (TSB) data, which in my opinion they DO NOT. I started the year with a CTL of 44. I ran through the spring and moved to my bike in the summer and took my CTL up to 120. I then took three weeks off as i transitioned back to running. In that three weeks off, they dropped my CTL all the way back down to 43! Running outdoors in November brought it back to 67. That was last Sunday. This week i did 5 treadmill runs: 1 in HR upper zone 2 and 4 in mid-zone 3. I took Wednesday and today, Sunday, as rest days. Today's CTL is 64, three points lower than last Sunday. At this rate if i run all winter i'll get my CTL back down to 44 again and show ZERO fitness gain from 430 miles run and 1,240 miles on my bike. Nonsense. Bogus. Laughable.

Garmin ?
I bought this to sync Garmin data - it appears to no longer be a fitness platform option. Looks like a great an others wise.
Not worth it
I wanted an app that would exports detailed heart rate data. I got this on a whim and it literally just exports a single row with some generic averages. I am upset I spent any money on this.
