Not willing to give my data and my time without better understanding the experience, layout and reporting. Sure there’s a trial period but those are a pain to turn off and I don’t want to share any data without knowing.

There’s no cast to tv option, app can’t stay turned on after starting the workout and no refunds if you don’t like the app. One good thing is coaches are determined.

Be cautious before purchasing HealthifyMe’s plan. Despite paying a premium, the service was poorly coordinated. Diet plans were generic, preferences were ignored, follow-ups were lacking, and communication across time zones was extremely frustrating. A smart scale promised in 15 days was not delivered even after 31 days and counting. Support team and responses are pathetically delayed, and interactions felt insensitive rather than supportive. Overall, this did not feel like a premium health service and I would not recommend it to US-based customers atleast.

I signed up for the premium only because of the AI calorie-tracking feature. As an engineer, I understand AI is not 100% accurate - but this is not a “small margin of error,” this is fundamentally broken.
Even with clear, readable nutrition labels in the photo, the AI snap failed to capture calorie and macro intake correctly. If it can’t reliably read basic nutrition information from a clean image, then this feature is not production-ready and absolutely not worth charging users for.
To make it worse, the customer support is terrible. I’ve reached out multiple times and responses take hours, if they respond at all. There’s no accountability, no urgency, and no real help.

Deleted instantly
Can’t even see what the app layout is like and if it would be something you’d enjoy using without a forced subscription with 7 day trial that you might forget to cancel. Let people see the app free or not just being able to explore it makes a huge difference. Of course all of this is after it makes you create an account answer many questions and allow it to sync with Apple health with no option to delete your account or information

I strongly advise against committing to a long-term plan with this app. The so-called "diet coaches" are unprofessional and unreliable - they don’t stick to schedules and often don’t even bother to call.
I requested a cancellation within the first 24 hours of renewal of subscription, but the support process was a nightmare. They asked me to be available during a 12-hour window for a call - I had my phone in hand, and the moment it rang, it disconnected before I could even answer. Then they emailed saying, “we tried to call you,” and that was the end of it.
It feels like they are deliberately making it difficult to reach support, especially when it comes to refunds or cancellations.
At this point, I doubt I’ll ever see my money again.

App refresh issues
App keeps frequently refreshing. I open a workout plan, look at the next exercise in 5 minutes and have to wait for it to load all over again to the starting page. What losers!

I like the app and I’m a premium user. However I hate the comments developers leave for new updates. They should highlight what is new in the update and which bug is fixed or else why one should blindly click update. The last update mentioned ‘go ahead and update’. Is this a college project?

I opted to get a subscription and the payment charged me twice. I have already been engaged with the customer support for multiple days now and even submitted proof of getting charged twice, where the pictures clear shows transaction numbers. Yet the customer support is dumb enough to not understand the basic issue here and keep asking for more time to look into the issue. Big scammers!! Do not use this app, stay away

I am writing this review with pure, unadulterated fury. My experience with Healthify has been nothing short of a complete and utter nightmare, and I am here to warn anyone considering their services: STAY AWAY!
I placed an order for multiple devices, paid in full, and what did I receive? Expired products. Expired! This is not some minor inconvenience; this is a blatant disregard for customer safety and basic decency.
But the horror didn't end there. I attempted to rectify this situation, to get a refund or even an exchange. What followed was a Kafkaesque journey through their so-called "customer service." It was an endless cycle of:
Ignored requests: My pleas for a refund were met with complete silence.
Endless repetition: Every day, I spoke to a different person, each requiring me to explain the entire, infuriating saga from the beginning.
Empty promises: I was even given the runaround by a manager who swore they would send me documentation, proof of something. Of course, nothing ever materialized.
Six months of waiting: After half a year of fighting, I received one replacement device. And the battle for the rest of my money? Still ongoing.
Refusal of accountability: They even refused to provide a simple statement, as if they have something to hide.
This company operates with a level of incompetence and disregard that is truly staggering. They take your money, send you garbage, and then make it virtually impossible to get any resolution. And to add insult to injury, they have no presence in the US, making it even harder to hold them accountable.

So disappointing. Several items I have tried tracking are inaccurate in calories and macros.
Scam. You’ll pay the initial fee to only have to pay more for your trial. SCAM!
Don’t do it! It’s a scam. You’ll email customer service after the “free trial” which you’ll pay $12 for by the way, and customer service will claim you don’t have an account. As they are charging you $24.99 for an account they claim doesn’t exist. I had to put a fraud alert on my card. I was sending screenshots of the charges and they would just ignore them and kept asking for me email I used to sign up (which I gave them 3 times) You will have to fight for a refund.
Do not get this app!
Their signup options are all messed up. After clicking on an ad on Instagram, they offered one week at $9.99. I subscribed and paid. Then it directed me to download app, where it offer ls 3 days free. Ok, and then asks you to subscribe for a year after trial. Very confusing. I used app three days, i cancelled their annual subscription on apple. And after 3 days it locked meout. I wrote to support asking what happened to my 1 week i paid for? Customer service replied the next day, but guess what? You cannot access the help without subscription ! And now I see they billed me another $24.99. Refund me all the money I paid. Btw, no customer service online either. You have to be active on the app for anyone to help you. Plus, they text your Whatsapp without your approval. They simply use your number and keep texting. There is no pot out like with sms. horrible set up.

When I download this app, it was making me do free trial and I didn’t wanna do it so I closed the app and came back and they still made me do free trial. There are no X and I couldn’t get out that screen. I just wanted to take a picture of my food. That’s all that’s all I wanted to do, but they kept on bringing me to the free trial which I did not want to have a free trial. I just wanted to take a picture of my food and see the calories. That’s all. I don’t need all of that.

This has to be the worst app to ever exist. First of all, the way they tie being healthy along with being a calorie tracker is implying that calories are the number one thing that you need to be aware of to be "healthy" which is completely incorrect. Then, they don't allow the app to be used without the trial? The biggest marketing scam ever. Disgusting and I hate you guys.

Great idea, terrible execution. The food tracking is wildly inaccurate, whether you snap a picture or manually log your meals. Their database lacks many common foods, and even using the AI option with full nutrition facts still gives wrong results. It’s baffling-why does it insist a mini beef stick has 87 calories when it’s clearly 45? Save your money and stick to MyFitnessPal or Cronometer for far better accuracy. This app is not ready for prime time.

I really was excited to use the app and heard great things about it. I signed up put all my info in but it won’t even let me choose a free option. I researched the app and there is a free option but the app itself won’t let mr do anything it is just trying to force me to pay for it. I have never even tried the app so I don’t know if I’m ready to try the premium features

Scam alert🚨🚨🚨 First of all, the consultant kept on talking when I had something to say. When I was trying to explain more about my health concerns, she wouldn’t listen. Also I had to explain the the price was too high but she still didn’t listen. So if you want a happy customer please listen to what your client have to say. Secondly, respect the culture because I told the consultant that my mom speaks Gujarati fluently, but I don’t speak Gujarati fluently and she kept on insisting that I should talk to a Gujarati nutritionist even though I didn’t want to. When I got upset she gave me excuse that my network is having issues instead of her network. Please listen to your clients and don’t give excuses. I know there was no network issue because I am not stupid!!!

The app says a person needs to eat 1200 calories in order to lose weight? How can anyone survive with such less amount of calories per day. And to adjust it, you need premium. Lowkey scam and does not help with anything

Paid team HealthifyMe within 10 minutes of discussion about the diet plan and coaches, it’s not that the pitch of the trainer was good enough but let them understand the urgency, my mother in law is 60 and she’s scheduled for a knee replacement surgery, we just wanted her to shed some weight before her surgery so that it’s sustainable. But the coaches here never contact us, ignore our calls, they want the old lady to schedule a consultation herself, nothing like a follow up call..raised this issue to the customer care but they are even worse with responses, gave me time twice to get a call back and still I am waiting…if you people are so delayed with a response why don’t you show it while you ask us to subscribe for your pro plan?

Over priced app
Long back when I had downloaded this app it was much cheaper and they dint charge for every small thing. Now they have charges for every small detail. This app was affordable at $10 a month with all features, now you have to pay for every feature. Not worth it!

They used to be good. Some product manager probably wanted some goals for the year and decided to change the UX. It’s so bad now. You can’t go back to a previous day to edit your intake. Such a crowded home page. Hate it.
Huge disappointment
This was the worst investment of my money. The diet coaches assigned to me were not responsive, it seemed that they could only work with a pre-determined diet plan and were unable to change it despite my requests for changing their suggestions based on what is available to me. They would call without giving me a heads-up, by far the worst set of nutritionists I have ever seen. The workout coach was far more interested in me signing up for a 2 year program to get his income, and least concerned about my requests. The customer care told me I won’t be given a refund after 30 days of this fiasco but assured me that I would be given a senior dietician to rectify this situation. That never happened. My advice- only subscribe for the shortest time available and see if it works for you. Don’t make the mistake I made.

App is good but their customer support is worst.. I am trying to change my plan but as soon as I say it they disconnect my chat.. it happened 3-4 times.. people are fraud.. their coach are ok.. I do not think it is worth to spend money with their coach and plans…

Doesn’t prioritize weight gain
I guess most of the folks wants to lose weight and mere 20-30% of people would use an app to gain weight. I chose my current weight and desired weight with 0.25kg/week and app tell me NOT to eat “More than 1950 Cal”. Seriously?? Giving 3 stars because it lets me track my calories intake.

Recently purchased one year plan
At the time of taking the subscription the agent talked to me several times.. after that no support regarding the plan ..etc. please don’t fall into their trap. I think there is no option for cancelling the refund..

Nutrition values of some foods are incorrect and the customer care takes forever to correct them. Same with adding new foods, they will take forever which will hinder your progress.
Apps has numerous bugs like cant edit meals, can add items to meals etc but apparently no one cares.
Customer care agents do not read emails fully and respond with half information knowledge that results a lot of back and forth and wast of time.
