White Pop-Up Makes App Unusable
I like the app and widgets, but you literally can’t use it because of this white pop-up from the bottom of the screen that you can’t get rid of. I’ll update my review if this is ever fixed.
Data is not accurate
Like the idea of this app. Like the information provided and the analysis, but unfortunately the data is not accurate. Analysis doesn’t even make sense. For example, it will say my sleep for the previous night of 7 hours 45 minutes is well below my average of 6 hours 30 minutes.

I was offered “90%” off through the app with a stated cost of $5.99. When I purchased in app content I was billed the full $59.99. This app and these developers literally stole money from me. *DO NOT PURCHASE*

Love the app but ended the premium after 1 year. I recently signed up again cause the app offered a 90% off offer. I was charged full amount and emailed customer support without getting a response. If they respond and honor their deal I will adjust the review.
How did it get its rating?
I paid $$$💰for HealthView premium and it is not nearly as good as Tidy Health app which is free! 😳Do not know how this app got such a high average rating since it seems 90% reviews are so negative.🤷

I was on the fence with this app and was offered a promotional price of $5.99 for the year and thought why not for that price? I made the purchase and realized too late they charged the full price of $59.99. I disputed it and Apple rejected my claim. I’ve resubmitted it with the hopes that they’ll review it. The app, in very large print, stated a rate of $5.99, a savings of 90%, from the standard rate of $59.99. I chose to purchase the app due to the savings, however I was charged the full $59.99 price, not the advertised price. This is very deceptive. I immediately canceled the subscription and do not get a refund. Very deceptive.

Will not process a refund when requested.
I have contacted the developer after contacting Apple for a Refund and they plain just ignored me my kid was the one who signed up for this without my consent and they refused to refund something I will not be using or didn’t use at all.
Scammy price model
During onboarding you will be offered a “deal” on an annual membership, 50% off of the usual $60. But if you reject that, within seconds you will be offered 90% off.
This really rubs me the wrong way… Apparently the app is comfortably worth $5/year to the developer, but they don’t mind tricking people into paying 6x that price if they can get away with it.

Shady Developers
Developers advertise in the app for “$5.99 Annually” but charge $59.99 annually. I requested a refund immediately after I saw the charge but the refund was denied.
Widgets don’t tint in iOS18
Was a great product, but the widgets are blank when I use monochrome tint.

When you click to go into this app, you cannot find any information. What I was looking for was my list of medications and could not find them anywhere within the app.

This app promises a lot. It offered a free trial period but it charged me for a year right away. I still couldn’t get the app to take my temperature or blood pressure, so I selected another option. It charged me another $4.99 for the month. I cannot find any instructions to take your temperature or your Blood pressure. I’m wondering if this App is compatible with my phone. iPhone SE

So I downloaded this app and immediately started having trouble with other apps on my phone. Most noticeable one being my Lexus Connect app. That app wouldn’t work AT ALL until I uninstalled the health app. So I can only assume this health app was in my phone looking and doing something to other apps I have on my phone. 🤔 Hard pass for me.

Get heart watch. This app lets health app write for it. So if you hair issues, def get something better. HeartWatch. It’s way cheaper and does a better job. I got this on the super cheap and regret it. Clunky.

I will update my review once I’m hear from the developers. I’ve sent several emails with no response to a basic question. I like the app, but I’m not excited that support seems non responsive.

i think it hacked my icloud
i installed this app and around 3 days later i got an email saying my icloud was hacked and if i didn't pay the sender (the email was sent from my own icloud email) that pictures of me would get leaked on the internet. i recently discovered this email in my junk folder and i think this app was the cause. read the things this app has access too before installing, as they seem a little excessive and unnecessary. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP ON YOUR PRIMARY OR ANT VALUED DEVICE.
Ads in paid version
If you buy a subscription, every time you open the app you will still see ads for the developers other stupid apps. It pops up and covers the entire screen. What’s the point of paying?

I bought the promo deal for $5.99 a year canceled the subscription because they want $60 next year. The subscription is still active until 2025, but I lost access to the premium apps because I canceled my subscription. I paid for the subscription for this year and they will not give it back to me because I canceled my subscription. I paid for the service for one year, and now I can’t use it. They don’t really respond back to and didn’t give me access so if you want to use this app, don’t cancel subscription because you will lose access which is terrible customer service.

Misleading offer price
The app will offer “$5.99 annually” but if you read the payment pop up before confirmation, you’ll see it’s $5.99 for the first year and $59.99 a year after that. Very misleading. Annually means every year, not once.

App and system are very poor.
App is way less user-friendly than the Fitbit app. Information is hard to get assigned to the right person when you have multiple people with iPhones and Apple Watches, such as when a family shares an Apple ID.
