I reached out to they about it they sent me this email “Thanks for contacting our support team.

This Sucks
I placed my order for my song over a week ago and have not received it. I tried to contact customer support but there is no way to on the app. Find a support button through their website and the “page cannot be found” Real scam if you ask me.
Doesn’t work.
App doesn’t work and it took my money immediately instead of 3 day free trial. A scam
