Constantly crashes during matches sometimes in the shop even when you’re going through your own cards, for a game that’s this old and market it as a mobile game it’s ridiculous how often it doesn’t work or you lose matches because you can’t get back into a game that’s failed update. It’s unbelievable what it’s got even worse since I wrote this review.
Connection issues
Connection drops every 1-4 minutes. Won’t reconnect without force closing and reopening the game. Have to constantly do this during battlegrounds whether on wifi or data. Has been occurring consistently for about a week now

App previously crashed on adding friends and scrolling market. Now it crashes every minute.

Server stability sucks, always getting disconnected from games
Unplayable due to crash
The game is becoming increasingly more unstable every other patch, until recently completely unplayable, this is almost unimaginable in the AI era from technical perspective. What makes things worse, there is no player expectation management, I cannot find a reason not voting one star :/

Hearthstone has been one of my favorite apps for a long time, but recently the lack of addressing issues with the mobile version has soured my enjoyment to new levels.
I have been playing months despite constant crashes and issues. Even buying things with real money crashes the client. These crashes have only become more common and I can't continue to push on.
I just had a limited run event crash while I was winning and instead of reconnecting after a long time (like usual) it just booted to the lobby and I eventually got my loss credit. Terrible

Pull the Plug Already
Total waste of storage on your phone. Requires almost no skill, just a credit card. This used to be a good game, but now after endless expansions, it’s become a pathetic cash grab.
Side note: when a spell whatever is supposed to fire at “random enemies” and then proceeds to hit the same target 5 times on a board full of minions, that’s not random.
Take a statistics class. Do better.

DC’ing constantly
I never had a problem with this game until the last month it DCs constantly. Its unplayable for me on mobile now and I didn’t change anything

iPhone 13, in ranked it literally crashes 6 times per match. Unplayable. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded, no help. Great game, but it’s not playable on iPhone 13 apparantly

I’ve had HS installed since launch. I have an accumulated a massive card collection and have spent hundreds of hours playing it. Probably a few hundred dollars too.
Over the last few months, the game has become unplayable on iOS. Crashes every turn, regardless of mode. I can’t believe they just put out another ‘update’ to it this week and the issue is as bad as ever.
I’ve deleted it off my phone and iPad. If the Devs can’t be bothered to release a game that I can actually play, it’s not worth sticking around. It’s a shame because when you can play, the game is fairly great.
They seem to be moving into way too much processing load with the recent patches - animations, stacking buffs, etc. Stupid move, because when you can’t run a game on a iPhone 15 or an iPad 10thGen, something is really wrong with your development plan.

It was fun while it lasted
Loved this game but it has been slowly breaking each patch. It has finally become unplayable on my iPhone 13. iOS is clearly their last priority and the lack of response is crazy.

Don't bother downloading this game off of IOS. It's unplayable.
Take my advice. You will be sorely disappointed.

The game is fun but for over a month now it is unplayable on mobile, fully crashes and requires rebooting after every single turn, usually costing most of if not the entire turn timer. Very disappointing for a major developer to have this issue for so long.
Worse and worse
The game has been struggling to run on mobile phones for at least a year now with constant crashing every other game but now you can’t even finish a turn without the game disconnecting without being able to reconnect without restarting the game. It gets bad enough where a restart is required every 30 seconds or so just to play the game. I have never played such a glitchy game in my life on any device. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now with no end in sight as it isn’t listed on patch notes as a known issue. I really can’t recommend this game in its current state to anyone on mobile.

Battlegrounds gives the illusion of choice and appears to be random, yet every match is pre-determined and they flaunt this by only giving you the cards you’ve been searching for the turn immediately before your death. Remove the illusion of randomness and allow the game to be random.
Scam App do not give money
The app will not load and crashes, freezes and d/cs. This is with everyone who has an IPhone 12-13-14-15-16-16 Blizzard will not fix or patch the issue. Do not give them money. Scam app

存在严重的内存泄露问题，我不得不为了它买了个新iPad才带得动。也占用很多存储空间。页面不流畅，经常卡顿或者直接掉线。双排功能常常故障，经常两个人一起被卡出去。还有每次更新我都会遇到显示故障，卡牌文字显示不全，只能边猜边摸索着玩。常常在思考为什么自己还在坚持玩这个游戏……

Когда нибудь вы оптимизируете игру что бы она не крашилась о всех анимаций на телефонах, будете засовывать в приложениях меньше анимаций в главном меню и конечно возможно дадите игрокам выбор что оставить в настройках когда нибудь когда вас купят и сделают все это👍🤡

I’m just joining games and the moment it says disconnected, I’m leaving the game I’m not going to sit here and play that reconnecting game every single round.. I’ll just keep leaving every single game until they actually decide to fix the game…

I know it’s been an issue for a bit where it could crash every now and then, but I’ve had it constantly crash every turn now, I know it’s an issue through iOS, because there’s a whole post about everyone thats been having the problem since the new update. And they’ve done nothing to fix it. I love the game, even though the ranking system has no diversity. I used to jump on battlegrounds to kill time

Current version not stable on mobile
Ive played this game on and off for nearly a decade. Currently the app crashes in mobile on every game, every time. I get through 1 turn and it disconnects. It is impossible to play, I have not been able to play a single game since the recent update two weeks ago. iPhone 13.

This game used to be good until it made too many overpowering cards with no balance at all it’s no balance in wild what’s so ever why create standard and wild with so many cards if you cannot properly balance game out it’s horrible because expansion after expansion just more trash!!!!
Verify Human
Would love to play this game but their “verify human” is next to impossible to do. If you get one out of 6 wrong you can log in. Can see what the guy is standing on!

Интересно, а так и задумывалось, что хрономальная лягушка - имба? Почему предсмертный хрип лягушки работает на существ, которых не было на боле боя во время ее смерти? Это же шок контент, вам даже не нужно играть с усилением своего комбо на зверях, нужны только существа 1 уровня, которые призывают жука 2/2, барон ривендер и (в идеале пару сточных крыс). Когда умрут основные жуки (если получится их убить) то крысы будут уже 5000+/5000+.
В самом начале игра была довольно интересной и крутой (когда были стабильные колоды, и первые дополнения вроде Наксарамаса). Но когда разрабы решили сделать из нее казино (во всех планах) играть стало максимально неинтересно и душно (что и убило игру)

Battlegrounds crash every single turn
I have played Battlegrounds since the beginning but recently the game disconnects me nearly every turn. Ive tried everything in the forums but nothing seems to work.
It seems to only be a problem on ios devices.

I’ve played this game for the past 14 years. The last patch has made the game unplayable it’s been a whole week of this constant disconnect without any patch or word from blizzard. Please update.
