This game is good, but lag out and reconnect in the middle of a game often. Which is so frustrating! Hi developer, why is the sever so unstable? What r you development doing? Too lazy to maintain the sever? Then shutdown the game.

Every “patch” causes bugs that need to be hotfixed. The game is essentially a simulator of who goes first and/or high rolls wins. Very unbalanced game.
BUGS
Love this game, but after the last update I lost cards in my most used deck and had to reenchant them (so I lost other cards getting mana to do so). It also freezes every time I try to play a Standard or Casual game! I can’t even play any matches. Definitely a 5 star game if these issues can get fixed!

Unplayable on a cell phone
For a game labeled as a mobile game, they have done everything possible to make this unplayable on mobile. Long drawn out animations and APM comps make it impossible to compete. I have no idea why there isn’t a way to turn these things off on mobile to make it somewhat fair, but how can you compete with someone on a PC that can do 4x as many actions as you. It’s why the player base keeps getting smaller and smaller

New performance issue
This app has consistently gotten worse over time. The game itself is fine, it’s fun. But the app is so horribly developed that it ruins the experience of playing the game. It crashes constantly, even on the most top end smartphones. And the most recent patch makes it so the game takes up so many resources from the phone that it legitimately becomes burning hot in your hand. For how much money this game and company makes, they should have a high quality, working app.
Not worth the investment
The devs don’t know what they are doing and it’s pretty obvious. They can’t balance their game. They can’t make anything interesting. Everything is up to random chance, which takes any amount of skill out of the game. What a waste of time, effort, and potential.

Great game awful app
Recently the app is coded by a bunch of morons and can barely stay open for one full game. You’d think it would get better over the years but the constant crashes and disconnects while I’m connected to the internet are abundant. For a game clearly made for phone play, it’s stupid how it only actually works on a computer. What a waste of a billion dollar company with a game with a huge buy in to play that thousands of people buy. All that money isn’t going towards coding that’s for sure. It’s lining someone’s pockets. Stopped buying season passes till it’s fixed it’s been 2 years now.
Dumb designers
With every new update comes more imbalance to the game. The days of using your brain to play and strategize have long gone. Whatever the most ridiculously overpowered deck that currently exits is what gets used. There is too mush RNG now. The game is not fun anymore.

Wow dude. I can spend all my time to play against Chinese boosters and bots. Your games need to clearly indicate that they are china owned and that they have no honor or manhood involved. Please someone help me form a class action law suit.

Rigged game. This is the dumbest fn game out. I won’t spend a dime on a game that puts you in a time out for using their reporting button. My opponent always says “your opponent “ so I can’t report a cheater. The game is a joke. Completely jumped the shark. Feels like some BS alphabet gang driven garbage. I like how they have the reviews locked so you can only see the helpful ones. Blizzard is such a sell out company.

Hearthstone is so gay the devs make it so you cant even use certain deck combos in Wild. Dont install unless you’re from a third world country then obviously you have nothing to live for, like this games playerbase.

Худшее обновление, нет баланса, драконы просто неиграбельны, ощущение что разработкой обновления занимались 2 человека 1 час в неделю, никакой заинтересованности в своем проекте) Полагаю разработчикам интереснее читать новости, смотреть тикток и дрочить свои маленькие писюньчики, ибо это обновление достойно увольнения как минимум половины состава разработчиков

I’ve never seen such a lazy act of greed from developers until I seen what these PoS’s done with this game. Crashes out on mobile on ANY gamemode if you play longer than 20 minutes at a time, crashes immediately as you enter to shop to where you can’t even buy packs. Screws over your turns in Battlegrounds to where you lose your whole turn restarting the app and waiting an eternity for the game to load you back in. Nobody should download this game until they fix this but they won’t, they gotta worry about their next new expansion they can stuff into the game and make it run 10x slower than it already was🚮

I can’t play a game of battlegrounds without my app freezing. By the time I close the app and reconnect I miss a full turn. It used to work fine but the recent update has been really bad

Game is infested with bots. No way this game has a 4.2 when I am playing 95% of the time against or with a bot. Come on blizzard this is supposed to be PvP get these bots out of your game. It makes me just want to forfeit every time I get a bot. 12.5 years of the game…I guess it is time to hang it up and move on since this is how they plan to move forward.

Game has so much potential but Blizzard no longer listens to the community. The game crashes constantly and the feedback has been loud and clear while falling on deaf ears. Wish they would fix the technical issues to put this game back on the map. It is a fun game but is unstable as hell. So sad that Blizzard forgot its fan base.

Don’t try to play on IPad
They have a problem with this game and they don’t want to talk about it. iPad crashes and is unplayable. They are not allowed to acknowledge it or give you proper solutions to fix it. They are just going to sunset this game and let it die out instead of putting any resources into fixing the issues. Sad but honest…..

Absolute garbage with each update - constant hangs and crashes
With the latest update the current strategy is to sit there and stare at a hanging or frozen UI. The best bit is that the 10 second timer still continues to animate as you fail to play any moves on your turn. Hangs when searching for matchmaking, hangs during gameplay, crashes frequently. Just an absolutely hot steamy pile of garbage,,, great job QA,
This Game
This game was fun at first but now it has me playing non stop bots in vs mode all named “your opponent”. Can’t message them, can’t add them, can’t report for cheating. In battlegrounds it’s always the same 7 players with the same 7 two part names. Sneakypants, NightRaven, quarkyork, and mixtures of those. No real playing anyone but a bot. Went from my #1 to my maybe never again.

battlegrounds Flooded with AI bots
I would like to play against real people from the very beginning. Playing against bots that are totally incompetent, the next game all bots high roll and make insane builds that make you question the legitimacy of how these ai bots made these builds or if the game spoon fed them the whole time. I have and can make these builds myself, but a bot should never be high rolling to the point where it’s not fun to the actual player. I could understand if the games were short like snap. But these games are half hour plus and it feels like a slap in the face when an AI bot is high rolling. Makes you wonder if it’s coded that way… which again is annoying to deal with. I could accept that from P2P, but not when it’s Player vs code.
This needs to be fixed
I love Hearthstone and have played the game for many years and have never had a problem until now. I play on my phone and have not had significant problems until the last couple of updates. The app will glitch and freeze when I’m playing battlegrounds, forcing me to exit and restart the game. Normally, this is not an issue and I would even elect to do this for long combats to avoid it cutting into my building time because combats are much slower on the phone. After these last updates, when I restart the app it keeps me on the reconnecting/resuming screen and will either not load me back in at all or will load me back in right when i’m about to lose because so many combats have passed. this is EXTREMELY frustrating and I’m at the point where I will quit playing the game if this is not addressed. I’m not sure why this is an ongoing issue now, but please address this.
