Now you have to pay 6.99 per month if you want to use the basic measurement feature. We give you all our data for free and now you want us to pay you to give you all our heart and movement data? Greed at its finest. I deinstalled the app. Companies like that deserve to go broke.

Not real
I put a red cup on my camera It took a few seconds and then It started measuring a heart rate tree even tho it was a cup. I think this app should be deleted cause some people might have gone to the hospital thinking they have problem but waisted time because of this app!
Doesn’t Work
I was with my doctor testing this app out along side an Oximeter. Takes about a minute of holding your finger to the camera to get a final reading, while the oximeter is instantaneous. I held my finger there while I watched the oximeter. After it was done taking my reading it said my BPM was 86. The oximeter had my BPM at 122. It was 122 the whole time. So if the heart rate is inaccurate, that makes the app useless and not worth money.
Misleading
There appears to be only options that charge a weekly, monthly or annual fee. A simple free option appears to not exist.
Too greedy
Just using phone flash too is not free. I’d rather feel pulse and count for 15secs.
Not reliable
I almost had a heart attack today, I am exhausted and the App was saying I had no stress and a lot of energy, come on people
This app is a scam and lies just to make u stressed
So u can be pressured to spend money. When I was stressed it claimed I was fine now I’m at peace relaxed and it’s the opposite smh I know this app just wants to make money don’t fall victim to lies just go to your doctor
Very innacurate
My Apple Watch was showing a Resting heart rate of 86 while the heart rate monitor was showing 85, meanwhile this app was showing 103….
This app is very very inaccurate.

Too many Ads

Deceptive
I thought that this was free until you chose the premium version. But I never chose premium yet got surprised that they were charging me 6.99 per week for the last 3 months and I wasn’t even using their app. Anyway l cancelled and need to monitor these subscription charges as you never know when so called free apps start charging.
Ugh
Not as advertised. Also vastly different rate between iPad and iPhone AND it does not work on iPad. Get a refund? FIRGET IT.
NOT ACCURATE
The app is super inaccurate. Apple Watch is much better if you want to take your BPM and other health metrics
Not sure about the accuracy
Really wish I hadn’t spent the $29. This app is terribly inaccurate. It’s basically a scam. The stress level is always at crisis levels even when I’m napping. It should be pulled from the App Store.
Not Reputable Company
I have deleted this app twice and they still keep charging my account with charges. Not once a month but twice a month at times. I’ve emailed the company twice with no reply. Very frustrating. Do not sign up because you will struggle to cancel!!
Free??
Free trial but you already charged me . I’m not impressed. I work in the medical field and the only thing I’ve heard of is the heart rate
Nope not Free! Scammers!
You told another person you have a “free version “ (& the 3days free then $6.99/wk)
WELL…???? Where’s the free version. I have to delete this app now. I’ll just walk to the hospital to chk my bp, heart rate, etc. FOR FREE!
Wow, SMH! Some ppl are just ….
Whatever! I’m done! SCAMMERS!

Bug to much
Do not do app. Please day day up
Ripoff
A WEEKLY subscription charge. Seriously???? Total ripoff
Not Worth The Money
This APP is too expensive for what is included. It’s obvious the developers are in it for the money or other reasons and not to improve people’s health. IMHO.
Nope! Not for me.
Did the free trial to see what it was about. Felt like it was burning my skin & left a small red welt where the camera was, the readings were wildly inaccurate - I went from 1% “Call the doctor now!” to “you’re doing just fine!” all without moving the camera on back to back (“try again”) readings. This is so incredibly inaccurate. I don’t know why it hasn’t been pulled and cannot fathom anyone trusting their health with this.
Unfortunate
It is unfortunate because this is a great app that cost 6.99 a WEEK. $363. A year. Cannot afford that. I am a heart patient but my medication is expensive. I’m fairly young 53 so I really could use this but nope. I’m out.
Works but is not reliable at all!
Initially, I was convinced that this app was working well for the most part. But after paying the premium but not getting features I wanted to figure out why I could no longer access my premium benefits, which were available only for the first day. I started testing out things to try and resolve it and what I learned is this:
I have a red iPhone wallet case that flips open. So, once when opening the app the case was flipped open covering the lens. The circle appeared red as it does when holding your finger over it. I didn’t think it would actually work, but then it started pulsing like it had a heartbeat. Then, it started advancing the percentage to give me a readiness rating. So, I did it again. And the same thing happened. The readiness was very low the first two time. The next few times I tapped on the screen to mimic a pulse rate and the readiness improved dramatically.
Either Siri’s actually alive or this app is broken. Test it out yourself and see. Lay it on a flat (red) surface, it only works if it’s red. The info on the app was pretty good which is why I gave it 2 stars, but anyone can google that info for free. IMO it’s not worth the money or headache, especially when you could just spend the money on an Apple/smart watch that actually does work. but has future potential if they can correct those discrepancies...maybe. But until they can improve it to where it actually works I think this should be 100% free. I have cancelled my premium but still can’t access the features with the remaining time left. This was a ripoff.

Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service
The app itself is good, with a lot of useful information, but the subscription service is expensive and their customer service is very poor.
I strongly advise against using Heartify due to its deceptive billing practices and lack of customer support. I initially purchased the service in July or August of 2024 but stopped using the app in October. Despite canceling my subscription, I was charged $29.99 per month for five additional months.
I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but each time I attempted to log in or contact them, my email address was not recognized as having an account-even though they were still charging me. After persistent efforts, I finally got through and requested a refund for just the last two months (a reasonable request, considering I had canceled long ago), but they refused to issue a refund.
This experience has been frustrating, and I feel like I was scammed out of $150 for a service I didn’t use and had canceled. If you’re considering Heartify, beware of their shady billing practices and nonexistent customer support. I regret ever signing up.

Deceiving! Where is my blood sugar reading and the rest of the stats promised by the app
Ghghgh
Work on tech
It’s burns when you cover the light and it take for ever to do how am I suppose to k w if I’m having a heart attack if it take 20mins to load
Subscribe is too high
$363.48 per year is too high and open the app and says 3 days free and $6.99 a week not a month so I just deleted the app. You can buy OMRON at Walmart for $54.00 and works with your phone. Need monthly or yearly options not weekly.
Flawed or Fictitious
I put the camera against my mattress and it started registering as if the bed had a heart rate… I’m not convinced whatsoever that this app is accurate or legitimate. I wouldn’t trust it for a second.
