I was sad that in February when my iOS was updated and the watch was updated, I lost all of the heart rate stuff. They recommended this app, but it does not work for my system. It keeps telling me that I need to add my birthday to my health app. But it is there. I would like a refund. This doesn’t work for me.

Just downloaded the app and set all notifications and allow app to read Health app. Unfortunately when I go to open the app it pops up a window indicating “You don’t seem to have entered your birthdate in your Apple Health app.” Checked my Health app and confirmed my birthdate is entered. Don’t understand why I’m getting this message but if this app can read a simple piece of data from my Health app then I seriously doubt it will accurately read important data like my heart rate, etc. . .

Junk Science
You would think that if the Tantsissa Autosleep app is giving you wellness and readiness scores of “Rest” and “Bad” that this app would not recommend you do 24,000 steps and 12 miles for the day. Furthermore, that amount of activity would require burning TWICE its recommended calorie burn goal!

HRV Tracking is not a priority here
Direct quote from support on HRV tracking when asked if this app could pull and analyze all HRV data, including Beat to Beat data from Apple Health:
“HeartWatch uses Sleeping HRV and Waking HRV. These are the gold standard as the body needs to be in a stable and comparable state to use trends effectively. HRV measures during the day are next to pointless.”
In my opinion, if it were pointless, the Apple Watch wouldn’t track it and make it available to developers. I believe this is quite shortsighted of this developer and you should reconsider using them to track your health.

This app has bugs in the watch complication. I sent an email to the developers and was ignored.
Attempts to Make Multiple Charges
I already paid for this app. I reformatted my device and it downloaded every other app. I’ve already paid for other than this one. It won’t download this app until I give them another credit card number.

It was working great.
Because of this app, I now have appts with a string of doctors needing to check my heart. But the app stopped working 2 days ago and I can’t get it to work. My doctor wants screenshots of my daily heart rates and I can’t give them to him and I’m freaking OUT
Inaccuracy
Downloaded the heart watch app after only hearing good things but I’ve noticed when comparing to my Apple Watch data it’s completely inaccurate. The high recordings are much lower than my Apple Watch or any other app records. I am honestly disappointed I spent over $5 downloading this app when the accuracy is horrible.

This app is wildly inaccurate. You’re better off just using the Apple health app. The accuracy of this app leaves you wondering if you are ok or need to go to the emergency room. It’s that bad.

Shoddy and scammy
With the one time payments of their apps, this company seems great at first glance until you realize that behind the paywalls, their apps are shoddily done and terrible, but by then it’s too late because they don’t accept refunds. The characters are infantilizing and terribly designed and there’s no option to opt out unless you don’t want to see the rings tile at all. The design is not helpful and I feel like I got scammed.
ECG doesn’t work
Every time I try to use the ECG feature it tells me to hold my hand still as my hand is on a flat surface not moving. It use to work but the last year it will only go for maybe 5 seconds before it resets to 30 seconds

Overwhelming complexity
The philosophy behind this app seems to be “everything everywhere all at once”.
There is so much information and such a bewildering number of configuration options that I can’t even be begin to use. I’m sure there’s some great information in here if you’re willing to dig, but I, for one, would much more appreciate a simplified interface that surfaces a few key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Doesn’t work right anymore
Loved using this for workouts for years but now the app on watch won’t let me stop my workout it glitches and keeps going and I have to discard my workout and can’t save it

I don’t know what to say other than this literally has not worked on my watch for like a year. I keep forgetting & randomly go to press it on my watch face only to have it infinitely glitch.
I guess I kept waiting for an update to fix it on either my phone or my watch or both, & it never has.
I’m deleting this app and the sleep app, as both are broken now.

What happened?
HeartWatch was awesome and worked well for years. Now it doesn’t. It no longer displays my heart rate and when I force it to take readings, it crashes. Yes, I’m on the latest version of iOS, WatchOS, and HeartWatch. I have removed it from my complications and replaced it with Heartrate.
It had a good run, but based on the current non function, I can’t recommend it.

Great app
Everything is an upgrade from the native health app EXCEPT for one thing: the watch app needs to fit the SE watch screen. I can’t access the 2 minute recovery button because of this. Will change review to 5 stars when this change happens.
Relies heavily on logging workouts
I often don’t log my workouts as separate activities so this app seems to think on some days my ‘non-active’ heart rate is much higher. I’m not sure how this is helpful or why I spent $6 on this app.
