This game is such a dumpster fire. Dev company constantly under-delivers and as of April 2026 will actually revoke content you’ve already paid irl money for without compensation for their mistakes. Currently struggling with AI generated content stealing art from other independent creators and having to clean up their messes on their playerbase’s dime.

Sweet collection requires spending $100 TO GET. They haven't told anyone if they're being refunded or not, what happened or why it wasn't released. This game is purely a pay to win type of game. It isn't worth it and they won't tell us anything or address problems.

I am absolutely obsessed with this game, I mean hours a day every day for the past year. However, a large feature of the game is the ability to chat with other players, which isn’t always a bag thing. But seeing as there is NO moderators on this game, anything can be said by anyone and there is nothing stopping children from seeing things they shouldn’t. Predators have been outed on this game more than once, cocone can’t possibly be ignorant of this fact, they simply are not getting involved. Risking children’s safety is one of the worst things a person can do, we need real moderators, as in REAL PEOPLE watching chat boards to ensure young players stay safe!! There also NEEDS to be a feature where you can report scammers, BUT not to where if your account is reported enough times it gets banned, but so when an account gets reported a REAL PERSON can look into their account and all accusations.

i loveee loveeeee sanrio and decided to download this game, but as soon as i opened the app it was really weird and looked i guess coded wrong? the screen was not where it was supposed to be and i couldnt even tap the icons without pressing in a certain area where the buttons were not located. i assume its because im on ipad but it might just be me? please fix this game! it looks fun!

i lost 30 dollars worth of coins due to their error and they will not help nor refund. also seems like whoever replies to the problems doesn’t even read the messages. disappointing. will no longer buy or fund this company.

This game is a cash grab masked under the veil of beloved Sanrio characters. Endless problems and schemes. If I could go back in time and never download this game I would in a heartbeat.

as much as i play this game, its garbage, dont bother. they mistreat darker skinned players, are greedy and lazy with updates, and never fix any problems the community has. im really just waiting for another similar game so i can jump ship
The Developers Aren't Doing What the Community Wants
Cocone (the devs) pushed out an event recently where players feel more inclined to grind a lot on the game, but then they schedule a maintenance period right in the smack middle of it. The maintenance was for an update with the community boards/chats but when it rolled out, the entire chat board (community tab) was outraged about how the update only messed things up. Special fonts were color-swapped and invisible, emojis were darkened or removed altogether, text wrapping cut off words, and the mention player and search features promised were not even present. We demand the developers work with the community more instead of pulling out surprise updates that only ruin the game experience.

Predatory monetization scheme
You have to pay $300+ to unlock a certain tier and this month, they released special benefits to this tier, yet despite these people paying closer to rent money just to have access, cocone still wanted them to pay an additional $510 to get these items. Thats a total of $810 just to get access to 3 items, technically. Absurdity. The game is designed to make it extremely hard to generate coins, and if you do, it means spending 4+ hours on the app grinding for them. And don’t even get me started on them requiring 6 fruits for a party but only giving you 100 energy, why they didn’t choose to require 5 fruit so that you can get exactly enough fruit for 2 parties is beyond me. At this point they’re just trying to make our experience a bad one. Lastly on this rant is the fact they never listen to what their players want, even after those stupid surveys.

Why does the app glitch whenever I clicked on the hair icon?? So I got a present at my house in the game and it was from the management team sending back the items that I gave away for no reason I have here. And the items that they gave back was hair! When I clicked on the hair icon in my inventory, the whole game just crashes!! Please…FIX THIS!!

Money drain
The exchange rate of real-life currency to in-game currency is **incredibly bad,** even among the genre (predatory gacha gambling cute explosion games). I went in with clear eyes about this, and even I’m shocked. I do think the game is fun, and I am not so dense that I can’t understand a business wanting to make money; but there is something very wrong here.
Cute but has too many issues
This game is super cute, with tons of clothes and furniture. HOWEVER! This game has many glitches that never get fixed. There is nice player but there are more toxic players and literal creeps on here with no efficient way to report them. They’re more concerned with bot accounts than inappropriate behavior or bullying. Their cost of coins is through the roof!! This is straight up gambling at its worst. This is the absolute WORST of gacha games. You also basically HAVE to spend money to get anything decent, and you can participate in certain an events if you don’t spend money. If you just grind out coins you can only make so much in one day because your energy will run out and not refill till the next 24 hr day. The company doesn’t listen to its players wants or concerns at all. With how much people spend this game should be way better. There is so many things that make this game not worth while. I used to really enjoy this game I’ve played for about 1 1/2 yrs, but the more I play the more I see this is nothing more than a money grab and has a bunch of awful players. Which is very surprising for a HELLO KITTY GAME! It’s such a same because this game could be so good and have a huge following if the company actually cared and weren’t so greedy. Even with a recent mistake they made in game, they took back the item from the players. Like you seriously couldn’t let people keep the item? Also the “bags” in this game pretty much never come back. So everything is once it’s gone, it’s gone. The trading system in the game is absolutely garbage as well. Again such a shame, this game could be so much better.
I give up
I’ve been playing this game since it released in America and I’ve had my account wiped twice after taking a long break. The first time my account was “wiped” I didn’t play for 6 months until I finally found a way to get all of my things back. It happened again. Now I can’t find the option to “reset my room” in my settings, that saved me last time. I’ve spent more money than I’m willing to admit on this game over the 4 years I’ve played it. I’m disappointed that my account can bug and all of the things (some I’ve spend real money on) can be wiped from my inventory. The game told me this time their update messed my account up and gave me the option to have my account back, but I “have to wait for an email” it’s been a month now and no email. It’s disappointing because I really do enjoy this game and everything it has to offer, and I have lots of fond memories with it. Also, if you’re a parent letting your kid play this game then you should keep in mind there are “chat boards” in this game. You cannot directly chat with people in your room, but you can post on the chat board and people can comment. Words that are offensive aren’t allowed to even be posted, but there’s ways I’ve seen people get around it.
