Not worth it.
All this for a checklist? Siri would run this for me for free. They don’t tell you it will cost anything until you finish answering all your questions. Should be a free trial at the very least. Disappointed in my purchase. Let me help you out. It says drink only water, walk 10,000 steps, workout 45 min(nothing specific), eat clean (no examples), and read a book. Now click yes every single day for 75 days. Nothing changes. No workouts, no suggestions, just 5 check boxes. Exactly the same. Every single day.
Didn’t meet expectations or hype
It’s cute and I came from TikTok but you go through the initial set up of the app thinking you’re gonna get more. Then you pay $15 to move forward without it really explaining what you get for $15, all for literally just a checklist is crazy.
App is misleading
I wish I would have read the reviews. You have to purchase only to find out it is simply a checklist. There’s no workouts, no recipes, nothing to help you it is simply a checklist. What a joke.
Not Free
You can’t use the app without paying. They should put this at the beginning instead of letting you fill out your info and choosing your goals
Do not buy
Do not get this it’s just a checklist no workouts included. You have to pay so much in the app to start and it’s the only choice it gives you. All that for a checklist.
Fake reviews
I was going to join based on a tik tok before and after I saw. Then I searched her75 on tik tok and all their transformation videos are AI. Some of the girls forget to change the backgrounds lol you can see a sock in the same exact spot at the gym bathroom on day 1 and day 75. lol don’t waste your money on a company that can’t be honest.
Doesn’t work
I was very excited about the idea of this app and was even able to go as far as setting up an account and customizing my 75 hard plan but when trying to actually utilize it, it continues to freeze no matter how many times I restart my phone or delete and reinstall the app
Scam
They use AI in advertising their transformations.
Mandatory Subscription
You have to spend time customizing your goals before it tells you that there is a fee. $5 a month is way too much. There needs to be a free option or something that tells you that you need to pay at the beginning. You could do the same thing with a journal or spreadsheet for free, why would I waste $20 a month.
Marketing trap

The app is horrible. I couldn’t add my friends and it freezing up. Also no one to email or call. Don’t use.
App freezing
I cannot function on this app every time I try to add a code to Find My Friends it freezes. I would love to continue with this, but I cannot do it with this app continually freezing.
Waste of Money
I wanted to like this, but it needs some fixing. Changes don’t update correctly and it’s way too difficult to do simple things
Must Pay to Use
Nowhere prior to setting you goal/downloading the app does it make clear that in order to use it you have to pay a minimum of $5 a week. Cute and aesthetic, but a journal, IPad, or another free app will do the same thing.

I wish this app and those who recommended were transparent that this is not free. It prompt you to choose a subscription and pay after you choose your challenge & customize habits. There are many free apps and it is disappointing that you can’t seem to do a trial first.
immediate pay
i was actually really excited to use this app but i got a pop up to choose a payment plan, without even getting to see how the app works. the terms of service say we get a free 3 day trial but my app is just locked on the screen to choose a payment plan and i dont want to give an app my money if i dont even getting to see how it will work

Great Idea, Poor Execution
It has the right idea to use pictures like a mood board to cross off items on your list but I find the app very simple. My friend and I got it to motivate each other to get healthy. The app allows us to be friends but otherwise there’s no other connection. I see her list but it doesn’t update on my end when she crosses an item off and I can’t see her photos when she posts with the list. What’s even the point of connecting with friends if you can’t truly interact with them? Overall, you’re paying $15 A MONTH for a glorified checklist. That’s more than I’ve ever paid for a decent app subscription. The developers have the right idea but they need to work on this a little more to make it worth the money.

It took me very long to fill out all my info and i was super excited to use the app but then it told me that i have no choice but to pay. Even in the app store by the download button it didnt not say "in app purchases" so i assumed there was a free option. Im pretty sad about this because im a highschool student who doesnt have $15 to give to an app every month. This review was not meant for me to complain, but for maybe a hope for change for the app. Thank you
No workable options for resetting dates or resetting challenge
This app has a lot of the features I wanted: customization, checklists, tracking, options for challenges, but I wanted to restart my challenge and it won’t give me any options. I keep tapping on the dates and nothing happens. I tried changing the challenge to 7 days so it would already have ended, but it would not offer up a new challenge. There is a pause button but no reset option. So today I was gungho to restart but I have no options. And there’s no tutorial or FAQs or customer assistance options. Resetting dates by just tapping on them seems logical, but nothing happens. And I am paying a subscription, so not thrilled.
Can seem to work
I can’t scroll down after the one with the how many L of water I need a day to go to the next question
