Forced information sharing
Before you play, it makes you check boxes that you agree to the terms. The last box says you agree to share your information with third parties. I didn’t want to do that so I left it unchecked. I tried to continue without checking them all, then the game checked the last box for me. This means, you’re sharing your information with who knows what company, government, or scammers. Immediately deleted the game. This is unacceptable.
Don’t transfer my personal data
I do not agree to transfer my personal data to 3rd parties… didn’t even get to play because that is ridiculous.
Too many bugs
This used to be one of my favorite games but lately it’s been super buggy. It crashes so much that it’s impossible to enjoy playing. It started crashing on my iPad first about a month ago and just yesterday it started doing the same on my iPhone. Both my devices have had the most recent updates and I have tried to delete and then redownload the app, but nothing works. It just keeps crashing. It super disappointing, especially after I’ve spent quite a bit of time and money playing.
Freezes and can’t reset
Just started the game. Got to screen that I assume is suppose to upgrade your hero except it’s frozen on the page. Nothing works. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, still caught there. Fix your game and I might fix my review.
Scammed
They removed all feedback options and continue to ruin what was once an enjoyable game. Should be able to sue for the emotional distress because of the loss of time and money caused by this game. I myself and many others are on the verge of leaving, they ruined a once good game that got me through hard times in order to try and fill their pockets. The ignorance and lack of care from their team irks me, if they listened to their fan base I could see this game thriving and continue to be beneficial but they continue to frustrate dedicated players with each update.

Before the update, the game ran reasonably well but still crashed every 10 minutes or so when loading different screens. After the latest update, it won’t load at all. I even checked the App Store, downloaded the newest version, and it still fails to start - it just sends me straight to a Support button that offers no real help or solutions.
I liked the core gameplay at first, but newer updates seem focused on adding fetch quests and padding playtime rather than improving what originally hooked me. On top of that, it quickly became clear this is a heavy pay-to-win title. I understand games need to make money, so I’ve only spent when absolutely necessary and mostly played for free - which means very slow progress. That was manageable when the game actually worked, but right now it doesn’t.
If the loading issues aren’t fixed soon, I’ll probably have to quit. If you’re thinking of downloading this, just be aware of the technical problems and aggressive monetization.

Downloaded, but never signed in. I’m not giving permission to give all my information to third party. I get enough calls and emails as it is. Give us an option to deselect, and I’llplay

Game closes its self out on first battle not allowing to play, Should not crash that early in game.
Crash and no support
App crashes every 1 to 2 minutes when toggling between menus. Can’t play, can’t use earned resources, can’t even use support chat because it crashes when trying to report all the crashes. Queue the AI response with no actual timeline on issue identification or resolution.
Glitches constantly
I used to enjoy this game. After latest IOS update t will not stay open and constantly glitches and closes. I have tried everything but nothing helps. Do better

Super easy and fun in the beginning but the bugs that continuously kick you out of the game and the scams to steal your resources is beyond a standard thief status! And then charging over $100 per upgrade to keep your team competitive. Almost as bad as Game of War but way less fun for the cost.

Extremely predatory
The game only designed to extract money from you. You have to spend thousands just to have decent account. They also have fraudulent advertising that shows a completely different game. I am not exaggerating when I say you have to spend thousands to survive in this game.

Scam Alert!!!
DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I played two weeks, spent a little over 20 dollars, and the game kept crashing every 20 minutes or so. Got to level 61, and then the game crashed again and when it rebooted, all my information was gone and I was reset to a new game. Customer support wants EIGHT pieces of information to recover your lost account. Then every 8 to 12 hours I had a new case worker all asking for the same thing over and over. I gave them everything they asked for plus more and they just claimed my account was non existent, even with all the Apple Store receipts. And they won’t do anything to compensate me. Spend at your own risk.

This game is expensive if you want to be competitive but the devs make changes in game play that disrupt continuity. When this happens another round of spending is required to remain competitive. A true money pit
Realms ruined this game
The fact that so many people have put hundreds and maybe even thousands of dollars into your game, and then you completely change it by adding realms- is disgusting. I get mad just loading up the game that I used to look forward to playing. You absolutely betrayed your fan base. Beta? How on earth is it a beta if it completely changes the scaling of the game and does irreversible damage to the game mechanics? Hate is a strong words and I never use it. But I HATE that you developers added Realms to a game that needed nothing like that. People go their whole lives trying to escape realm building games, because they’re everywhere, and tasteless, and then you add it to a great game, and absolutely ruin it. You will never never get my money again, ever.
Glitchy not good
I downloaded this game and thought this is going to be fun. I was wrong first game was shooting or something, then all the sudden it glitches out and takes me out of the game.
Constant crashing
I’ve been playing for over a year and I was really enjoying it. Lately, it just constantly crashes, and the new Realm mode (which causes the crashes) isn’t even fun. Recently, I was close to reaching a goal with lots of rewards, but I was kicked out of the game causing me not to reach the goal and not get the rewards. Anytime that I tell tech support, they just blow me off and tell me it’s my fault, even though it’s from the game glitching. After a year of playing, I just don’t enjoy it anymore and don’t see the point in wasting my time.

Game mechanics not bad feels rather fair for people who don’t want to pay but there are some major kinks. For 1 the app icon sucks, 2 legends draft keeps saying that I lose when the timer runs out and I have more legends alive than the other team, I have screen shots to prove it, it’s really annoying especially since it consumes a resource. And the other issues are mainly with beta parts which I’ll leave those out since they’re in beta. Oh and the servers seem super empty. Trying to find an active guild is a pain. I’m Lohci in game.

Fun game, but don’t bother spending any of your money. Unfortunately, this app crashes every 2-5 minutes and prevents you from participating in the events or even logging in to collect your daily rewards. They’ll update it sure, and then a week later it’s crashing again. I enjoy the game, but for such a widely advertised and seemingly successful app, it’s utterly unacceptable for it to run the way it does. Do better please, thanks 😒
