The game only designed to extract money from you. You have to spend thousands just to have decent account. They also have fraudulent advertising that shows a completely different game. I am not exaggerating when I say you have to spend thousands to survive in this game.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I played two weeks, spent a little over 20 dollars, and the game kept crashing every 20 minutes or so. Got to level 61, and then the game crashed again and when it rebooted, all my information was gone and I was reset to a new game. Customer support wants EIGHT pieces of information to recover your lost account. Then every 8 to 12 hours I had a new case worker all asking for the same thing over and over. I gave them everything they asked for plus more and they just claimed my account was non existent, even with all the Apple Store receipts. And they won’t do anything to compensate me. Spend at your own risk.

This game is expensive if you want to be competitive but the devs make changes in game play that disrupt continuity. When this happens another round of spending is required to remain competitive. A true money pit
Realms ruined this game
The fact that so many people have put hundreds and maybe even thousands of dollars into your game, and then you completely change it by adding realms- is disgusting. I get mad just loading up the game that I used to look forward to playing. You absolutely betrayed your fan base. Beta? How on earth is it a beta if it completely changes the scaling of the game and does irreversible damage to the game mechanics? Hate is a strong words and I never use it. But I HATE that you developers added Realms to a game that needed nothing like that. People go their whole lives trying to escape realm building games, because they’re everywhere, and tasteless, and then you add it to a great game, and absolutely ruin it. You will never never get my money again, ever.
Glitchy not good
I downloaded this game and thought this is going to be fun. I was wrong first game was shooting or something, then all the sudden it glitches out and takes me out of the game.
Constant crashing
I’ve been playing for over a year and I was really enjoying it. Lately, it just constantly crashes, and the new Realm mode (which causes the crashes) isn’t even fun. Recently, I was close to reaching a goal with lots of rewards, but I was kicked out of the game causing me not to reach the goal and not get the rewards. Anytime that I tell tech support, they just blow me off and tell me it’s my fault, even though it’s from the game glitching. After a year of playing, I just don’t enjoy it anymore and don’t see the point in wasting my time.

The game is nothing like the ads. Feel free to play if you are into grinding games with too much going on and you have time to waste while progressing.

Buggiest game on IOS
Since the recent updates involving realms, this game crashes so often that it has become almost unplayable. Even after uninstall/reinstall. It randomly crashes during battles and replays (I can make one of these crashes reliable). The frontier mode was also buggy but has gotten worse. Now, I will invoke a crash in 1:3 sequences that’s aren’t auto… sounds livable until you reach 6 team matches so if you’re trying to beat a hard level it’s nearly impossible to finish clean. Watching the battles IS essentially what this game is about. I’ve been a relatively moderate spender but I don’t want to play anymore. FIX THE CRASHING!

Nothing like the ads
I am very annoyed and angry because when I started having fun with the game mode where you have numbers on your head and fought the guys. And the other game mode where the barrels come at you and stuff but when I reached the end I could NOT play the game modes anymore there was only campaign so I tested it out and it is NOTHING like what the game said it’s. Not even the categories said campaign please get rid of the campaign and go back to what the ads were saying what it was actually like and why I got this game in the first place.

Game crashes all the time now that they’ve introduced Realm. Customer support is no where to be found even after you’ve put thousands into the game. Very disappointing! If you’re thinking about starting, don’t! Find something else.
Ill advised expansion and major instability
Was fun, but has always had a dismal stability problem. Prior to the recent expansion it was not unusual to see predictable patterns of crashes in excess of 17 incidents per day. Recent additions outside the character collection/development/team synergy framework have pushed that up to between 56 and 71 crashes per day. Requests for support are not addressed or are waved aside with statements that you have to have over 5GB of unallocated RAM to play and no support is available if you have less. This isn’t addressed in the game description here. Players are quitting in droves through frustration. Spend your money elsewhere and skip this growing disaster.

Disappointed
I started this game and have been enjoying it but I only got to the 3rd part of the beginning of the game. It won’t let me beat a boss that I have over 500 more power than and I can’t restart the game to reset my stats differently. I tried to contact the app support and it was extremely unhelpful with prompted questions that did not apply to my issues but I was required to select one. It’s unfortunate but I’ll have to delete.
Generic game, wrong demographic
Just your standard RPG game where you build characters. It apparently has a character gacha system and is somehow targeted towards teenagers. Why is gambling being promoted to them?

My App isn’t Working!
My app hasn’t been working for the past week and I can’t figure out how to resolve it. I tried reaching out via App Support but have not heard anything back yet. I also tried the latest update but that dud not resolve the issue. Otherwise the game is very fun to play!
Constantly crashes
Certain paints of this game are unplayable due to constant crashing. I have never played a game this unstable…. Instead of adding more to the game, how about fixing what you have.

Fun game but BIG PROBLEM
I think it's a great game super fun and all, but there's a big problem. Some of the female characters are a bit showing im 13 and I think that this should be atleast 15+ which is why I'm uninstalling this game.
Bait and switch
This game lures you in with ad content that isn’t even part of the game. False advertising is illegal. Don’t tell me “the game is still under development “ because that’s a bald faced lie. I am reporting this game and its developers to the Federal Trade Commission for using illegal bait and switch tactics. We consumers are sick and tired of downloading a game based on false ads. I’m making a list of all the developers who do this and turning it over to the FTC. You have been warned.

Makes you accept giving your information to third party services
I downloaded this game, and when I read through the terms of agreement, it says you must accept giving your information to third-party services and will not let you clear the screen without hitting the acceptance continue button. It is a pathetic move to try to get your information to sell.
