Crash at least once an hour
Crashes when spending resources or when joining a battle. It consumes the resource, crashes, but does not restore the resource.
Pass
One of them let’s add new characters so no one can’t gather all and need to buy loot boxes. We players use to be called loot junkies. Gaming companies turned that around.
Great game
I”ve played a lot of games of this type, this is the top game. The creators really put some thought into it.

Says “slow internet “ and I click reload and it does nothing. Never experienced this in my life I have a gig internet connection. lol
Used to be great
Worst pull rates of similar hero summon style games. Events aren’t well thought out or grindable, recent William tell event everyone wasted weeks until final event where only luck could allow finishing the event. Without changes this game is doomed to the graveyard of greedy developers who didn’t listen games.alliances serve no real purpose and drop rates on everything is atrocious soon to be deleted was ok the first yr waiting months in between pity pulls gets old, and ridiculous false advertising of 10time drop rates is laughable,still.5 pct shot if you somehow get that then a whooping 5. Percent to get advertised character
Great but greedy
The game is well done, but is the greediest idle rpg in entire iOS catalogue. I’ve played for hours now- only 21summons, nothing higher than a 3*: you’ve been WARNED. (That’s with me spending $!!).

This is what a customer service representative told me when I reached out with an issue that never was resolved. Ever since the customer service representative told me this, I quit playing and deleted every INNO game off my kids phones. No one in this house is allowed to play Inno games.your outto bud thanks for making it easy for me customer service rep.
Not Happy
I had to replace my iPad unfortunately the game I had spent a lot of time in a little bit of money on was nowhere to be found once the backup came back. Was great until rollback
Game was going great in the Minoan era and I was thinking of buying another construction queue until it glitched and rolled me back a couple hours. Boooo! The play on browser feature was great so I didn’t kill my eyes with all of the tiny text and buttons on my phone screen.

Game is not good at rewarding for the time you have to put in and play iv been playing almost 3 month now no matter how many legendary pulls I saved only got 1 5star hero at the very beginning of the game 0 since then Iv saved my pulls and only get 2-3 star heroes and i barely get water heroes im giving up the game unless you guys update and fix that I can’t keep playing
Horrible customer service
The customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen! Banned my account after they doubled charges me. I went through Apple support to get support for the double charges and got a refund. Apple support clearly see the issue but yet, customer support couldn’t see it and still banned my account. They lifted my account ban and when I logged in, all my gems are gone and I even have -30 gems lol.. putting their paying customers through this and expecting a good review? Come on… do better..
The game model is good. I did enjoy the game enough to spend, but customer service turned me away! I would hate to see developers working so hard then get customers turned away by bad customer support.

Fun game, just hope you’ll never need customer service/ support. They seem like they don’t care about the players at all. Personally I cannot support a game that doesn’t care about its players
DEVS NOT UPHOLDING THEIR END
I played this game for years on the PC and excited to see that I could play again on my phone. I truly enjoyed the game until recently. We received 200 gems and an antimatter and when I used my gems for silver ring research, the game glitched and reloaded. Unfortunately I lost the gems and the research was never completed. I contacted support and they said I never received any gems. Why would I lie???? Why would my alliance members lie??? They received the same thing and the same exact thing happened to a couple of them too. I guess we’re all lying about this. Now I’m going to delete the game. It’s sad when developers don’t stand behind their players. I have no reason to lie about this. Thanks for nothing.
Developers don’t play the game, so why should I?
A new China expansion came out recently. They give you buildings to place, but not enough available land to place them or way to get more land.
Wish I would have known this before investing time in doing this activity. Didn’t the developers at least consider this ?

I’ve been playing for quite some time (I have a couple of level 70 heroes, for reference) and it is a fun game. My only issue which is frustrating is how often the game crashes. Literally 5 or 6 times a day, seems like usually during arena battles and summoning heroes in the portal. I don’t think I’ve ever lost a hero and the arena battle is still available after I log back in but it does get frustrating.

Completed a task and the chest expanded to the whole screen now I can’t continue with the story mode

Lots to do but frustrating progression
It’s true you can play for free, but any progression beyond a snail’s pace (this makes a snail look fast) requires money. The fact that there is so much to do is both good and bad. This game is unusual in that you really need to progress a lot of your heroes. You can’t rely only a few. And progressing them is agonizing. This leads to one of the biggest problems with the way things work. Equipment. You need Embers to progress equipment Not only is gathering them slow, but each attempt to Level Up has a probability which decreases as you go up. A super frustrating thing is that by level 8 you are down to “Medium”. Wouldn’t you think “medium” is about 50% more or less. My experience over dozens of attempts is that it is way less. I have frequently had 6 or more straight failures at Medium. This process is enough to make you want to throw your device against a wall. One other major flaw is how often necessary stats are not immediately displayed where needed, but you have to back out to find them. The worst I’ve seen is when battling and you temporarily run out of stamina, a pop up offers you two methods to replenish (including spending gems) but there is no display of how much you need so you can’t make an intelligent choice. Finally, connectivity is fragile. The game crashes multiple times per day, often in the middle of a long battle. I have had this in multiple wifi locations on multiple devices.
DO NOT SPEND MONEY
First I’ll say, I do enjoy the concept of this game. I cannot say it is a bad game in a lot of aspects and I will actually continue to play for the time being because I do enjoy the progression.
Im also aware majority of phone applications are designed to funnel your money in cash grabs. Which I don’t mind spending if I enjoy the game.
With all that said..
These developers are con artists. The major historical events are a scam in which they will deliberately not let you achieve all the rewards even if you spend money. Support is also non existent with bot responses.
First look, you can only get so far without spending money in these events, there are about 20+ rewards you CANNOT reach. Which is pretty greedy for starters, but I looked passed that because I enjoyed the game. Then I decided I wanted to start going for those rewards, spent about $50 on a couple different events and realized, some of these historical events, don’t even have enough natural built in farms to keep up resources with you spending, so no matter what you spend, the cap on specific farms couldn’t keep up with supplying resources to what you can increase through spending. So achieving the rewards is impossible. I also noticed flash updates during each historical event but paid it no attention at the time.
Another historical event I spent over $150, determined to max rewards, maxed out everything, spent over 6k in gems, bought out every location excavation, and purchased all the luxurious buildings. First, the game started crashing when submitting materials, taking 8 hours worth of materials at a time and not unlocking anything. Then when I’m able to upgrade too fast, the game goes into an update AS SOON AS I submit materials, but I was able to catch the next upgrade materials required before the update, when I got back in the game, they completely changed the progression of how many materials I needed going forward, making it three times as hard to progress in several different ways. They also blocked off the last 3 farm nodes from being unlocked so my buildings that I purchased overpowered the farms and rendered everything useless.
I submitted tickets and the only responses I received “ we have notified the developers and they are aware of these issues” and then proceeded to tell me to be patient.
Moral of the story, I wasted money on these events in which the only real issues were deliberately caused to keep you from completing the events. DONT SPEND on historical events.

Don't bother if you're handicapped...
It's only a bug if you're handicapped, neurodiverse, or PTSD.... that's their basic attitude, evidently. It's an entertaining game -- I suspect more entertaining for others. But their cavalier attitude toward their customers makes this game a washout. (And *never* give them money -- jeez what a horrible business model.)
Level Up Failed?!
It takes me days to build furnace fuel enough to upgrade equipment. Level up failed is insult added to injury. You do your paying players a disservice. Between that, the Chrono gems given in place of actual upgrading of heroes, and the abysmal odds of getting a hero actually worth something (even in special events), this game is becoming increasingly disappointing. What a shame, it had such a promising start.
Good in the beginning
