Worst customer service
Slowest, and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m 6 days in, over 2 hours on hold for what they claimed is a 17 minute wait, only to have the rep give me the wrong info. Messages are on a 3+ day delay and if you do get a response, it’s not helpful and you have to try again. At this point I’m so frustrated I never want to use their products again.

I waited so long to write this review but after giving them a chance with the third medication and receiving the same treatments by the team I thought this might be helpful to some new members. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Terrible app
The app is confusing to say the least. They send you products that you haven’t ordered and if you refuse the package unopened and shipped back and have communicated with them you did not order the product they still refuse to give you a refund.The messages aren’t accurate to the area you need to reach. Messages have no real answers does not have a customer service phone number

I used to love using HERS as it was cheaper and easier than seeing psych for my sertraline. However, the company has switched over to AI and it’s now nearly impossible for them to function properly. I get a supply of my meds every 3 months, and for the last year, I have had to call numerous times each time I needed a refill because there’s always a “technical error” that keeps my prescription from being refilled. I get it, system errors happen but every time? I don’t have enough time to sit on hold for hours to get something that should just be billed and sent out automatically. Not to mention since they’re SSRI’s I have to go cold turkey on meds waiting for them, which leads to withdrawals and brain zaps. They really don’t care about their customers and it’s all a money grab now. Just consider something else because this isn’t worth it.
Ongoing issues
For two days, I’ve been trying to sign in and I can’t sign in. It’s got a circle of death. You fixed bug issues a few days ago and it’s still not working. When are you gonna fix it right thank you and have a good day.
Hard to reach customer service
I should be able to reach out to customer service via the app. Well… I can’t. It asks me to sign in and then never takes me to the page to send a message. It’s a loop of clicking “sign in” and being brought back to the same page over and over- and this is through the app AND the website. I’m trying to cancel a prescription and can’t get ahold of anybody 🙄🙄 this alone will make me not recommend this app or program.

Negligence & money grabbers
This company is a prime example of what’s wrong with our healthcare system. If you have any questions regarding your health or perscription the doctor changes with every message so they fail to read the chain of messages and never end up, solving the problem. I was prescribed to prescriptions back to back and charge for them when I couldn’t even take them with the condition listed. The physicians were arguing in the messages while failing to tell me what to do. If I could take any, take both, take neither. I paid $400 (200 for one 200’foe other) only to be told I take neither of them due to my pre existing condition they knew about due to screening. But they don’t do refunds. Tell direct you to the self pay pharmacy who doesn’t even know who the provider is and can’t give a refund on medication. MEDICATION HERS PRESCRIBED wrongfully. So.. ya out money and still can’t get anybody to communicate a solution.

Even then, trying to cancel online or on the app is so difficult. They just repeatedly say to send a message but there’s no chance of that char robot completing your request within the hour. Additionally, if you do manage to find your way to the account manager and cancel your account they will lie and pull random excuses out of their sack to deny you the refund. For instance: you weren’t cancelling your most recent purchase/membership-you were cancelling an old membership from 2024! Even though you had already cancelled that and weren’t receiving any medications or membership benefits…
The company is a scam and are in blatant disregard of the FTC ‘click to cancel’ ruling. I smell a class action in the making.

Steer Clear
If you need any assistance with an order it is nearly impossible to contact customer care. Am currently in a loop where when I go to customer care on the app, it pops me out of the app to chrome. When I go to contact support it tells me to sign into the app. . Rinse and repeat. They totally screwed up my order and I have zero recourse.
The app glitches and dead-ends
Not a reliable app. Can’t get through the “change medication” module without the app completely freezing up. Also, everytime you send a care message you’re talking to a different person and have to start the conversation over again. You can’t talk to a real person.
DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE
Be aware that when you pay for the first month of this subscription service, this app does not utilize medical insurance and all medications are to be paid for out of pocket. Zepbound was $300+ a month at beginning dosage, and the higher the dose the higher the out of pocket price. They will not offer a refund after you are given the medication options stating it is too far in the process to get a refund offered but all I did was answer questions in a questionnaire. Never spoke to a person, nor a provider.

They advertise the cost as $149, but it’s only after you pay the first $39 you find out it’s $149 for the prescription AND another $149 per month for the membership, so the actual cost is almost $300 per month. I cancelled, but they got my first $39. Awesome. I went against my better judgment in paying that, and I was taught a lesson. I hope other people read this and don’t do the same.

I paid up front for 6 months of a glp1 and this has to be the worst service and product I HAVE EVER used. I didn’t lose hardly anything because the potency was so weak and every time I tried to contact support to help they never could help. The “doctors” they have are quacks. If you’re looking for a GLP1 you’re better off getting it from another provider! I ended my subscription and only had it 2 months and they only wanted to refund me $389 when I paid $1194 for 6 months which is $199 a month they owe me $796! This is a nightmare company STAY AWAY

Huge scam
Ai healthcare. A medication given to me made very sick- I reached out told them I wasn’t taking the medication again- got an ai response never got to speak with a medical provider. THEN I was charged 149 a few days later for their ‘consulting’. Hers also refuses to give me a refund- apparently the cost to be ignored by an ai chatbot at hers.com is 149… honestly I’ve never once left a review on here so that’s how strongly I feel about hers and how they treat their customers
The worst customer service
I’ve had a prescription with them for two years - it’s fine if you are on auto pilot, but anytime you need an adjustment to the prescription, you get most robotic responses from customer service, and they won’t scroll up to look at the history of the conversation so you have to repeat yourself over and over again. Then you get a doctors’s response finally… But none of the customer service people read the doctors response and so you are stuck in this endless loop. It’s the worst, and I’m trying to find another company right now.
No response
The app says ‘average reply time 4 hours’ but it’s a lie. Do not expect timely responses and plan ahead. I don’t mind AI but for what I pay per month I do expect real medical professional support for questions and issues. Next stop is to cancel this subscription.

This was a waste of time and money. They will start you off with the most affordable dose(low dosage) and wont tell you the next price of a higher dose. Personally I had a $144-300 jump. And its crazy because they dont even prescribe it right. Wegovy(the pill I am taking) Only works taken daily. Theyre treatement plan is every other day, which will do nothing to you. So you are forced to want to pay the next big dose for $300. Its an absolute scam. The “doctors” that are there to help you, dont care about you. Its AI, these are not real doctors. Dont waste your money here, please go to an in person doctor for this if you truly need help.

Not about the app
0/10 they are misleading about what the are offering I paid $2883 and have not seen any results with significant changes I reached to “my team” and was told pay around $2000 bucks for the real thing basically which is wegovy or ozempic which is what I thought I was getting they need to refund me for the full product or next steps will be taken they have a class action going on already.
Do not recommend for oral weight loss - terrible
Terrible experience. The app UI is not user friendly for people taking oral medication. There is not good prescription support, clear instructions and for the cost the value is just not there. I never felt that I had real medical support and I do not recommend. If you were to have a problem they would not be able to help you.
Terrible customer service. Misleading information.
Paid an initial payment and then after reading about the drug I decided it was not something that I wanted to proceed with without looking in to it further. This was within 12 hours of first payment, nothing was shipped. The information is not clear until payment is made. Very misleading. I was going to do some more research but after talking with customer support I decided that there is no way I will ever use the product.

Intentional Lies about promotional Price
I signed up for the app after reading that the first month of medication was at a promotional price of $39, afterwards the price would go back to $149. Lies on lies, $39 is for membership so beware of Hers lies of any promotional weight loss medication. Of course there is no refund on membership payments. The website worked perfectly untill they got my credit card information. And asked me to download the app. I have tried to log in to my account more than 6 times and it says the password is invalid when I have changed it 6 times!!! I am starting to think this is not serious and they have my credit card information...

Literally won’t refund me after realizing the 50 dollar subscription is just to talk to someone to get the meds and then a you got to pay damn near 200 dollars to get the medicine too. I didn’t like that and asked for refund and the lady said I can’t so I will be disputing this charge. So irritating I will always tell people to never try the scam bs
