I play through the entire interactive ad until it wont let me move anymore tiles instead of trying to play to game now. It is insane that the game i want to play exists readily in the form of a 60 second advertisement and yet remains inaccessible to me. You have incurred a tantalian torture upon me and i take it as the insult it is.

It’s a great game but nobody wants to see a ton of adds you have to wait until you can continue. I’m used to playing one game and I go back later. To many other great games out there that are add free and free!

This is a fun game, however the need to sit through an ad after each level is absolutely absurd. This game tries to force you into paying to remove ads which is crazy. Ive even said “no thank you” to so my disinterest in certain advertised games but it doesn’t matter as they just keep popping up. So why even ask? It only infuriates me more. I’ve gotten to level 70 but I just can’t take it anymore and am going to delete. Too bad.

I actually really like the concept of this game. But I can 1000% promise you that they make levels impossible to win without using extras. And if you don’t have those extras…probably should buy them. Hm…
Frustrating
I love this game, but I am going to delete it for the third and final time as it has become too frustrating and no longer fun. I have played this game many 1000’s of times. Too many ads that I don’t like the content of and if I mark not interested it mean nothing as the same ads still come. Too many changes to lower the number of moves it takes to win the game and instead of getting 5 moves extra to finish a game you only get one and have to watch many videos to finish a game, unless of course you want to spend money to to buy more moves. So now after the third time if deleting and starting over, I am done. Good-bye.

I paid $10.00 for ad free play. When I arrived at no. 230- there is no possible solution but to buy bombs of drills in order to progress onto the next puzzle.

Fun when it doesn’t crash
This is a fun game when it works, but it crashes more than any other game I’ve ever played.
Literally can’t even play
The game literally freezes on the loading screen!!! I don’t even get the chance to play this freaking game. It even looked fun on the ads but holy clickbait because It freezes every time on the loading screen. I’ve even tried redownloading it but it does the same thing. FIX THIS!!!!

This app, while playing, randomly opens your web browser and send you to a page that says your phone is infected with a virus you need need to contact a number to fix it.
No English language support
There is no option to change to English. All of my region settings have been confirmed. This game developer has not given any language support option for this game. It is in Japanese only no matter what I do.
Great until changed
App was great until it changed last week, TERRIBLE update. Could get hammer with ad video, now 1500 coins to use. Could get 5 more moves with video, now 1 move. Other changes but these are most egregious. Why did you do this? Will just delete and save me hours in my day. What a shame! Do not download this game & waste your time.

I downloaded this game from seeing it in an ad of another game. I loved it at first, great strategic puzzle game, but in no time I watched ads waaaaayyyyy more than I got to play. You developers should be ashamed. It’s all about the ads. Some friends of mine also downloaded it and enjoyed it then complained of the same thing. I deleted it gladly, so have my friends. Worst ever!

Defect-Black Screen-Levels Lost
I needed an extra play, therefore I opted to watch an ad. Unfortunately, after the ad I was presented a black screen. I tapped every inch and millimeter of my screen but not returned me to the game, therefore I was forced to close the app and reopen it which resulted in loss of 10+ levels. This defect is infuriating and unfair. Time and energy spent on completing the previous levels were dismissed as a result of this error.

Boring and adds
There are so so so so so many adds and the game is boring. Every puzzle is so easy even the very high levels. It’s not fun and it’s too easy I feel like I’m doing the same puzzle over and over again. Worst game ever

I just deleted the app. It had a lot of ads but I could deal with them since they happened between levels. They just added more ads that pop up during a level and interrupt game play. I let it happen three times before I had enough. Plus the ads are for Amazon. Everyone already uses Amazon. We don’t need to see more ads.

I like this game. I am considering deleting it!THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY EXCESSIVELY LONG ADS THAT KEEP REPEATING WASTING TWO MINUTES OR MORE AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CLICK OUT OF . Making you lose any progress you’ve gained. UNFORTUNATELY, that keeps you from winning a race. I don’t mind short ads, but ad that are well over two minutes are just unacceptable. Also, as they keep repeating ads for fraudulent games that you absolutely cannot win money at. Because that is the way they appear to be set. They say they are partners with PayPal and other products. But a lawsuit needs to be filed against them for false advertising. Also, the repeated ads for Social Security benefits that are nonexistent. This game has been very stressful to play. Causing harm to my health.

Good game but just as you are using adds to get extra moves on a difficult screen, it freezes on the add. Then you have to reset the game having to start from scratch.

Downgraded extra move booster devalues the game
This is a very fun game, but I don’t think I can keep playing it. It used to be that if you ran out of moves on a a level, you could watch an ad to get 5 more moves, but I just updated to the recent version and they downgraded the booster to only provide 1 extra move. This game is already clunky with the sheer volume of ads (ads after every level, ads for only 10 minutes of power boost, ads to play races), that this 5x downgrade to the extra moves pushes it over the edge. I’ve played this game for hours every day months now, and I think today is the day I stop. I have loved Hexa Away, but they clearly don’t love their players back, as this comes across as a money grab to me. There are other versions of this game from different development teams, so I suggest players start looking elsewhere.
Ads are ridiculously long
I get that games have to have ads and I don’t mind sitting through ads once in a while, but the ads in this game are upwards two minutes! You need to watch ads for nearly every round as you progress because watching an ad gets you an extra move. These ads are so long that I’m thinking of shutting the whole thing down. The ads are way too long!
Repeated Levels
Fun game, has the potential to be addicting but multiple levels repeat as you get further along. For example: Levels 60 & 63 are identical. Also there are levels that even if you don’t mess up one single step, you run out of moves, so you’re stuck watching ridiculously long adds for ONE extra move or you spend your coins and buy more. I have not purchased anything on this app, and I am glad I realized what was happening before I fell into that trap. I will be deleting after submitting this review.
It was good until they cheated
I love a good, hard game. What I don't like is a game where I have to purposefully use a help in order to beat a level. I'm on a particular level and cannot beat it. From my research, no one else has beaten it without help either. It's one thing if the level is challenging, but to make it where it can't be beat without extras, I don't like that. I feel like I'm cheated out of a challenge.

The game is fun…if you can actually play it. You will spend 90% of your time watching ads. Eventually, the number and length of the ads made me so anxious I had to stop playing.

Fun but they build levels that REQUIRE power ups
I liked the game, played past 100 levels but will be deleting after finding levels where the puzzle was made to run out of playable moves requiring you to use power ups to finish. Power ups equal money. No, thank you. It’s bad enough I have to watch a million ads but I refuse to play a game that traps me into purchasing extras. Sure you can earn some but not enough if they are going to require it for most levels past level 100. Instant delete for me.

This is a fun game but you have to watch too many ads. The ads are WAY too long. I felt like I spent more time watching ads than I did playing the game. I could have paid $9.99 for no ads but I didn’t want to.

There is so much I like about this game. It’s challenging, good graphics, addicting. But then the ads ruined it for me. You can’t finish a game without ads at the beginning, end, and middle (if additional rewards needed). The algorithm makes sure you need the extra moves so additional ads are needed to be watched in order to finish the game. I have tried to just ignore that fact, but it’s over the top ridiculous how many ads are need to complete a game. I’m finally deleting it.

Level 82 doesn’t have enough moves!
Level 82 is impossible to beat in 60 moves! I always needed just one more move and thought the problem was me. After wasting a week trying to solve it in amount of moves provided I finally tried to look up the answer. What I found was two videos of people who also couldn’t beat it in 60 moves.
I have come to the conclusion that this is either a mistake on game maker’s end or done in purpose to make me watch an ad. Either way you need at least 61 moves for level 82 and they only give you 60; which is messed up because it led me to waste time trying to find the proper solution that didn’t exist.
