Drown in Ads and Rigged Game
The constant ads is insane. Also, you can tell as you are playing, the next tiles provided are purposefully chosen to ensure you lose so you can watch ads and replay. Don’t bother.
Terrible customer service
The game itself is quite fun. It is pretty expensive if you want to play it optimally. Unfortunately if you have anything fo wrong at all the customer service is absolutely terrible. The agents that help change with every email and the new one doesn't read what was previously discussed so you have to repeat the whole situation. Even with proof of what you paid for and didn't receive while experiencing problems with the game on their end….they return less than 10% of what was lost. Very little consideration for their customers. Do not recommend.
addicting but stupid
i tried to buy another life with the 39 coins i had (30 coins for one life) and it said “ok here you go!!” and put me right back where i was the move before i died with no possible options for escape/success. i end up using a gosh darn power up and THAT STILL YIELDS NO SUCCESSABLE OPTIONS. are we so serious right now!? i spend so much time on this game for what!?

Really enjoy the game but it gets really annoying when I spend coins to get another life and the game opens to last played game I already lost and counts it as a life. Like o shouldn’t be losing two lives from the same game play. Please fix it. It’s a rip off

I’ve tried contacting support and it never gets fixed. Waste coins on new lives so I can play again but it brings me back to the old lost field no matter what I do. Force closing game doesn’t matter so I lost two lives just from trying to refresh the game. F these developers who don’t actually care about games and just put up ai trash! Deleting this game! Don’t bother if you don’t like something called “ad breaks” if you swipe away from game longer then five seconds. I was messaging friend in between playing and everytime I swiped back it would throw up another stupid ad. Greedy a**ho***!

Frustration
I’ve played this app for years and I’ve always enjoyed it up till now the last week or so level don’t increase when you complete them and there’s no way to complain or have anybody fix it so I’m saying goodbye will be deleting it cause it is no longer fun!

Hexa Scam
I have been playing doggedly for a few weeks. I joined an event and started at something like position 136. Two or three games later I had moved to #2. Behind a player named Pink and in front of labada. In one I’m #1.. pink is 2 points behind me, labada 2 points behind pink. For two days, no matter what time u play or if I take a short or long break. The positions down the line stay the same. 2 points behind me and etc.
I do not mind solitaire games. I do not mind games with events or races. But they are making one think there is a competition or some event against other players when there is not. Points, wins or loss mean nothing. If they lie about that then there is also no randomness in the game. Algorithm decides it.
I loath when the rules change and it is all manipulation tactics. I have deleted the game and made note of the developer. I will delete anything of theirs and never ever get another app they are associated with.

Worst game known to man
This is the most rage inducing game I’ve ever had the misfortune of playing in my entire life. Like most mobile games, it is engineered to milk money from the player, rather than be fun like a game should be. It forces you to lose stages over and over while dangling micro transactions in your face. Even though I’m being PAID to play this game through another app, it’s not enough. This game is so awful that being paid is not enough to make me want to play it.
Frustrated!!!!
I have played this game for several years and for the last five months or so it has been glitchy and crashing!And I actually spend money on coins, which is something I’ve never do on any other game. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it is still glitchy 😤They need to fix this. It’s ridiculous if you’re going to offer a game, you need to offer one that works! And apparently they don’t wanna know this because they will even allow me to submit this review!
Different game than advertised
The ad I saw for this game showed a tower to twist and sort, it is a completely different game and not even a little bit similar. Disappointing as I only downloaded it for the game advertised.

Gets boring fast
After several levels the tile field starts getting smaller with stupid explosive hexes, blocking elements and it is no longer fun. I want bigger fields. Also whoever added the “build an art diorama” interlude between games should be fired. What a stupid waste of time.
Disturbing Ad
I just saw what looked to be an AI made ad on Hexa Sort starting with a woman holding a baby and a man back-hand slapping her. It stops just short of the contact, but the motion is clear. That is disgusting and sad to see. You need to do better vetting the content that is shown through your app.

Lagging all the time
Update-and took my rating down another star. Now there’s an ad that literally will not close. For goblin mining. I need to find a new game. Hexa has become much too frustrating.
Fun game and I would love to keep playing, but I am so fed up with the game constantly lagging. I have followed all of the suggestions to clear the cache and reboot my iPad and delete the game and reinstall it. Nothing helps. When I try to chat with customer support, the game is lagging so badly. It doesn’t even allow me to type and keep up with it. This is not an old iPad. There is plenty of memory. No other games I play have any problems like this.

Overheats phone and gotcha game
Thought this was similar to the discord game but it’s just a poorly programmed gotcha game that gives you impossible combination so you spend money on perks. Makes me iPhone 15 pro max so hot it won’t even charge
Okay
Why is every level hard or super hard? Have y’all never heard of progress overload? I played up until like level 60 because after that they make every level hard and you need some sort of boost to pass it or you’ll have to retry the level 100 times. Not enjoyable or relaxing game. Not good for casual playing. But I guess if you like games where every level is hard this could be for you.

Concerning add
I deleted this game due to an add popping up that basically said I had been hacked and if I didn’t want them to reveal that I was visiting certain sites I needed to click on the link. So I feel it was not safe to use their app and it was offensive implying I was visiting questionable sites.
Doesn't play well with iOS 26
60+ second long ads are ridiculous. Ability to close ads is blocked by the new iOS 26 changes. Ads in the middle of play are ridiculous.

Too many processes
This is a great, fun game. But unfortunately after playing for just a few minutes my phone begins to get very warm. After about 10 minutes, it’s so hot that I get a message about the temp and the battery. This is the only app that this happens with. What ever is running in the background of this game, is eating up the battery and making the cpu work overtime.

WAY too many ads!!
There’s an ad after every game. Wasnt much of a problem if you close and reopen the app, until around lvl 20 it started making me redo levels AFTER completing and winning anytime I closed it. Not to mention almost every level after 15 is “hard” or “super hard and take all 5 of your levels to complete singularly. Girl I’m not paying 5 dollars after every 20 minutes of gameplay, be so for real.

This is a copy of one of those color tile swapping games, but much slower and less satisfying to play than most other clones
Needed knowledge
Games ok. The genuine FORCE they apply to ads are the reason I’m uninstalling… I don’t mind ads, I’m the time to watch them for rewards but even closing out of the app and coming back in it FORCES you to watch an ad regardless of anything you do. It’s a chance you’ll get the stacks you need and you’re punished for its lack of stability. I’m so irritated to sit and be told no matter what I have to watch an ad. A WASTE of my time. I’ve had this game for almost a year and I’m saying this so genuinely DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP.

Buyer beware: Charges $9.99 3 times without my knowledge
Has happened 3 times now! Deleted app they charge and hope no one notices. Two time now when I wasn’t in the game I was notified of being charged 3 separate charges of $9.99 one right after the other. Reported it to my card and working on getting the last 3 charges reversed. Then cause it’s shady I tried to delete my account and it would allow me to. Claims I don’t have internet access.
Mind stimulating and irritating at the same time!!
The idea behind this game of sorting out color is a good one but there is always ads. Whether I clear the level or not, even if I pause for 10 seconds, ads start immediately and that’s very irritating. Sometimes I feel like the game itself designed in such a way that I can’t go on to next level unless I purchase some coins or any booster. Such a shame that this game is so much money oriented
