Not happy!
This is a lovely game or at least it could be, if it functioned properly. I cannot make it into the first temple without the game crashing. I have tried reloading game on my iPad Pro, reinstalling the game on my iPhone to no avail. Game will not proceed later the very first scene. I have tried support to no avail. I’m told to attach a screenshot, which is impossible since the game crashes after I click on temple door. Support is completely useless and honestly just plain unhelpful. I see no effort being made by support to fix this issue. None. Do NOT even suggest I contact support! Do your jobs and fix the darn game!
Update caused file corruption
Way to go! Your update caused my game to have a file corruption and I lost my data. I was 2/3 of the way done. Thanks for sending me back to the start. What a disappointment. I will not be buying a game from you again, way to many issues with your games.
Hint button doesn’t work
Won’t be purchasing full version. It’s weird that not all players experience glitches with these games but I consistently have major problems with Domini Games, often involving the hint button and inability to progress. I barely made it 10 minutes into this game until I experienced a game-stopping glitch.
Doesn’t work
Bought the full game, but it’s slow, short, and the bonus game doesn’t work. Also can’t update the game to the newer version. Waste of money.
Not a review
I finally was able to download game after trying several times.
Is there something wrong with the domini app because
when I tried to download games it went to Christmas
Spirit game???? I also did no get notified about
Mystery tales til death . I hope this problem will be fixed.
Thank you.

Confusing
UPDATE 9/28 - I wanted to clarify that even though this looks like an EIPIX game, it clearly isn’t. The only thing related to EIPIX is the name Hidden Expedition. They are the ones who used the H.E.L.P team as a game construct, and I believe some players may be confused by that. I certainly was. I expected the same tools and team members I was used to in the EIPIX series, but was disappointed.
First of all I want to say that I have recently realized how much time and effort LynxMinx expends in communicating with developers to get these games released. She deserves a big thank you from everyone in the gaming community who loves this type of game. Please give her a shout out in your reviews. NOW, on to my review. I will begin by saying that with this game I experienced something I have never incurred in my many years of playing these games. Let me explain in detail. I purchased this game at the beginning before the trial and everything was going great and it seemed to be a really good game. When the scene changed to the flight to Acapulco I was asked to unlock the game again. So I indicated I had already purchased and after a couple of tries the game unlocked. At that point I was on a plane so I thought everything was ok, however the storyline seemed strange and not following the characters I had started the game with. Oh well I thought, I’ll finish and maybe it will start to make sense. I completed the game in about 1 hour - wow, really short I thought. Maybe the bonus will be better. Much to my surprise, I couldn’t open the bonus game as it indicated I had not completed the main story. ??? What ??? At that point I reset the main story and started again. Needless to say, when I got to the flight to Acapulco I expected to be on a plane as I had before. Much to my surprise the story took off on a completely different track altogether. I had not played any of the ensuing scenes before and was totally confounded. I couldn’t understand what was going on, but continued playing. After completing this new game, which was a decent length, I came to the end without ever encountering the original flight crew I had met in the previous game. It was when I opened the bonus game (it let me in this time) I realized that when I was asked the second time to unlock the game I had been taken directly to the bonus section. At least now I didn’t feel as though I had been in the Twilight Zone. I finished the bonus game and other than this unfortunate experience, the game play was very good. If it had proceeded as it should have I would have rated it much higher, but unfortunately, this is an unacceptable occurrence. Hope no one else has to go through this, but if you do, know you are not alone.
