This app is full of bugs and glitches, some of which will cost you scores, event placement, items, and money. Don’t expect their customer service team to do anything about it. Their customer service is purely for show and will never actually help resolve your issues. No matter how at fault they are, they’ll tell you there’s nothing they can do.
This is also one of the most slimey, dishonest apps I’ve ever played. The odds are always stacked against you. Certain crews are given special treatment by the game and nothing has been done to break up monopolies and cheating.
Spinning wheels will always give you the lowest available prize, prices have gone through the roof and quality has gone down. Digital pets cost +$60 and don’t render properly. So much of their content and media is made with AI despite having thousands of artist players willing to work for digital items/currency.
Don’t download this game. It’s not worth it or even fun unless you have thousands of dollars to throw around on an app that might shut down tomorrow. Hi back in 2020-2023 when I used to play this game I had a lot of fun but back in 2025 everything went downhill I had my account since June 3rd at midnight through July 15th at like 2 something Pm in the afternoon because that’s when I got banned because I got a retaliation report against someone and fallen into a trap against a minor and staff accused me of soliciting which I never freaking did by the way and I got my account denied even though I told the truth and showed evidence that I never did it and they still REFUSED to give me my account back and I accidentally made a new account which was a bad idea and got banned again I appealed 30+ times and no luck this automated support thing is trash! I went to bed crying that night because my best friend on that game who’s now my enemy got me banned for revenge just because she didn’t like me I get that we argued but come on now but other than that screw this game i’m NEVER playing this game ever again! I thought this game was my legacy but no it’s filled with mature content inappropriate outfits mean people and a corrupt staff please FIX YOUR GAME and get me unbanned but until then never again! 😡

Boring and unfair
I played this game a lot. I enjoyed it, but I would get creepy messages all the time! Adults asking for pics, social media, or inappropriate content. I got caught up in one of these interactions so I played along with it so I could see if people got banned for these things. Guess what, I got banned because someone else was sending inappropriate messages to me. Would not recommend this game
Please read before u install as the game has changed
Wow this game went from being amazing to just ignoring the people playing and being greedy now they prefer ai over artist. This game was for artist and now it’s not. Fashion is not ai. I no longer consider this a fashion game. I only hop on because I unfortunately spent money on the game. They are extremely greedy and would have more success with listening to the players and what they want. They would have more players if they were less greedy. I’m not paying or supporting ai. At one point I adored the game but it isn’t the Highrise many of us love and knew. Change is good but this is change for the worst. This used to be inspiring for fashion and they took the worse turn possible. It shows with the lack of players how downhill it’s gone it used to have so many more people. Unfortunately once prices are up you can’t go back down. They would have more sales if they had things cheaper and I spend hundreds of dollars and am very disappointed as someone who really adored Highrise and their artist.

We are BOTHERED by the fact that competitive has become outrageously expensive for some pixels and is rigged in favor of not the community but specific group(s) who hog all the rewards with alt accounts and/or sell them dirt cheap except for the 1st place item.
How is that okay when we all spend excessive amounts of money for pixels too-that is disruptive towards the market and towards the community who already is struggling. NOT ONLY are we struggling IRL with our economy- we are in HR too??? Only the deepest wallets are allowed to have nice things? That’s insanity, stop allowing ALT accounts in high rankings to give YOUR communities a chance at rewards too.
I can understand letting alts in events but alts need to be capped after getting the ticket rewards. They should not be allowed in competition.
Most competitions don’t allow more than one submission and that should be the same for participating in competitive grounds.

This game is money hungry, shows very obvious favoritism and use of ai. Things like Bullying, predatory behavior towards children, have not been resolved and continue to go on even with evidence. Certain items of clothings are incredibly inappropriate and suggestive, children are not safe on this app. People are toxic and staff are toxic and reporting people does absolutely nothing. Ive been harassed, people have tried to groom me, and others. I’ve witnessed it all and nothing happened, no action was taken. Prices are absolutely THROUGH THE ROOF as well especially on grabs where the odds are incredibly unfair and very obviously only seeking more money just to give us less and less.

New Update is FILLED WITH BUGS!!!!!
I loved this game, been a 3 yr long player of it, but recently with this new update NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE. I can't see messages and the texts are all over the screen. HUGE BUGS and horrible update. I have been very iffy about Highrise playing it for the last four years on and off but recently is gotten to the point where it’s not even fun anymore. Everything is just about spending money. You really can’t do anything as a free player. Let’s take a second to talk about a certain crew and also the staff. there is a crew that has continuously been number one in every single event, and they also have alt accounts and alternate crews for their alt accounts that are always in the top 10, which is completely unfair and also against the terms of service, but some of the staff members are friends with the people in this crew and since this crew is also one of the top ones that spends a bunch of money high rise staff won’t do a single thing about it!!! also this exact same crew I’m talking about and I’m sure a bunch of people know who they are if your reading this they are horrible people!! Last night there was a incident where this crew had a fake giveaway and were supposedly exposing a catfish, which turned into them harassing this person and telling people if they repost the picture of the guy that they could get a pet worth like $12,000 and what takes the cake is that there is a high rise staff member that was involved in this this. It is absolutely disgusting and I’m not gonna play this game anymore. if you don’t wanna know what I’m talking about and you play this game. PLEASE LOOK UP THE CF INCIDENT!! we need to spread awareness around this.

I absolutely hate that this game allows people to make multiple crews. ESPECIALLY THE UNBOTHERED CREWS. There is like 20 crews they have created and is just ruining the game for the rest of us. some people are disgusting on here and nothing gets done. me and my partner used to hang out in one of the rooms (forgot the name) and just talked to people as they passed. the mod got mad at my partner for a JOKE and "punched" them (like a command thing, they put in the chat "!punch (user)".) but suddenly they go afk when my partner is being hit on by an ADULT. we are minors, mind you. we reported it to the mod and even reported it through the game, but nothing ever ended up happening. my partner said this happened a lot. (im new to highrise, they played for a while before inviting me.) im disturbed that this is allowed and that this happens so often. i don't know what staff could do about this, but something should be done. maybe answer reports more seriously and take the players more seriously.

I’ve been an everyday user since 2023 and never had any issues until last night when I went to what I thought was the official website to get a flash item and my account got hacked I immediately reported the problem and have since been completely ghosted by all of the support staff ! when i first joined in 2017 i used to love the game items was easy to get they gave you free items and people was nice you didn’t really have to buy gold but now you have to spend a lot of money for good items and it’s very hard to get gold these developers became money hungry and don’t care about the players anymore all they just want is money you literally have to pay big amounts of real money to get something u want and that’s very weird and sad i really do hope this game dies down a lot.

I got this app in 2016. Spent tons of money because that’s all it is is a cash grab for fake items. Well someone got into my account after all these years and claimed I sold it to them.? Highrise banned me , after 2 months of them dodging my emails they said I’m banned and tried to sell this, I didn’t. So all that money after those years means nothing , I had very nice items. This scammer got into my emails even and it’s been a nightmare , they recovered something from my email and even used photos from my PHONE. It’s an unsafe game for kids for sure! Stay AWAY!

I been on this game for over a year. I have put money into this game. I will be refusing to play from here on out. My account got hacked and HR was ZERO help in trying to get it back to me. Sunday 7:00 pm I watched my account get drained of everything my rooms emptied. I can say with full certainty I don’t recommend this game to anyone! If you do play DONT PUT MONEY IN THIS GAME!

I’ve been playing this game since 2020 and this game used to be so much fun! But now, everything is so expensive and this game has turned into pay to win where people with money to spare get the best items and pets. EXTEND FLUTTER PARK FOR 1 WEEK
Ever since the massive bug happened while introducing the prank event, many people that paid for Season Pass suffered not being able to complete the challenges.
To compensate us for our time and payments, we should extend the event for a few more days so people can catch up and complete the tiers.
THIS BUG LASTED 4 DAYS before ANYTHING was done about it, causing people to not be able to complete tiers properly, just wasting time and grinding 10x more for very little output.
There are only 2 days left of the event but I still have about 7 tiers, I will never be able to achieve them and it's all due to the massive bug.
This has incredibly deterred me from even playing the game at all.
Please take this into consideration, it will greatly change my mind that this company actually listens to it's consumers, and not just interested in the finances of it's players.

I’m sorry, but this is one of the worst games I have ever played. I honestly do not know how and why it has players, you’re better off playing games like hotel hideaway or IMVU because this game is horrible.

I’ve played this game for years and at first I really enjoyed it. I like the events and I made a few friends in the app. But as I played it more and more, I began to see all the problems with the game. The moderation of this game is garbage. Racists and predators are practically everywhere in this game to the point it’s hard to avoid. On top of that the developers removed features that made it easy for free players to enjoy the game and replaced them with features for NFT buyers. Without these features players now have to pay real money for in game currency just to get basic items. Overall this whole game is just a cash grab and playground for child predators and racists and I wouldn’t waste my time with it

This company only cares for how much money you can give them, and even then they can and will sometimes ban you for no actual reason and little to no response when you contact their team. I had been playing their game for years when I got an IP ban and went to appeal it when they just said I broke rules and blew me off

This game gets players stuck in a mindset where they will never stop playing because of how much money they have sunk into a fake avatar. Snugglins have only proved to be another cash grab to me, and I actually doubt anyone won the Snugglin raffle that’s happening “every week.” Communities that are made by actual players make the game fun, but every aspect added by developers brings it down so much more.
