False notification advertising
Funny how Zynga sends out all these notifications that it’s time to come play for ‘Big’ wins. Then I go play & do 50 spins with maybe 1 ‘BigWin’. Then the slots are ice cold again. The slots have been ice cold to me as I have “not made a purchase” for a month or lil longer. Once in a blue moon the slots can be fun to play due to playing wins.

Not fun anymore
This game has gotten so bad. Since take 5 taken over HIR it has become so greedy. They have made all the challenges so high and the bet requirement so high that makes it hard to reach without having to purchase coins which I guess that was your goal. This last couple of weeks I have purchased more coins then ever and it seems that the more coins I purchase the faster I lose them with all the small wins and dead spins. So disappointing and not fun anymore.

This game is pay to win I managed to complete the whole 12 card sets after buying multiple coin packs and got up to - trillion coins the game offered me a purchase which I declined and instantly started losing tried to scape free coins from my email it told me I’m not eligible for the reward probably because I refused to buy something I thought the purchase was optional but if you want to keep winning it’s not

Used to be fun,but Hit It Rich has gotten greedy…Dont waste your money buying coin packages…Has bonus games u r never allowed to win……Very disappointing…. Apparently they care nothing about their customers……Some of the games r fun but if u want to level up,it takes forever,even buying coin packages doesnt get u far…..Shame on you Hit It Rich for ruining a once great app…

Appeases my post cruise casino slot yearnings
Ive had this app for so long. Im kinda mad because i had unlocked a certain slot through an earned bonus, and then they made it VIP only. So they sort of took it away after i earned it. At least they havent deleted my other favorites yet.

Lost everything when I was asked to sign in
I am playing this game for 13 years and three days ago I go to sign in like normal and just hit the button and it takes me right in but this time it asked me to sign in password so I sign in put the password and everything was gone it was like a brand new account. So upset I lost some of my own money buying certain little things lost it all.

What a joke. Any of the good games you want to play they are locked out. You have to be a vip member which basically you have to spend money and even than you will lose that money in 15 minutes tops. I have spent easily over $20 in a couple weeks and no where close to the Elsie/vip status. Stop ripping off your customers. Money purchased lasts only a few minutes. Rip off.

Your app is actually great and fun to play! The problem I have, I watch and see how you manage your app to have us loose after winning or moving up in race weekly! I will drop you in a heart beat, never return, if you want to keep your customers, STOP monitoring, I see app stop me from getting many bonuses!

Ripped off
I opened the app in the morning about a week ago and all my money was almost all gone and my ruby status was changed and so was my ID picture was changed. I still haven’t gotten much from support either. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from support yet about getting my stuff back. Are you on spring break? Still no response.

Update: I received a response from this developer, which was a bunch of garbage like I’ve been getting with no results. I was encouraged to reach out to customer support in game as I already did and didn’t get anywhere so what’s the point!
After admitting the game was malfunctioning customer service pulled the game and fixed it but then tried to convince me my loses were due to normal play. I lost over 10 billion coins during this problem and was the one who alerted them to the problem but rather than restore me it’s business as usual with them. Excuses and all! Why would any one want to spend money purchasing coins after their lack of fair commitment.

Stole account
I’ve had this account since 2016. I’m at level 247 and had billions of coins. I have about 50 friends if not more. I was forced to log in today and was put down to level 1 without any coins. This company is a joke
Losing a dedicated player
After a decade playing this game I can’t believe I am going to delete it! Shocked and disgusted with their customer service. It’s going on three weeks with no response either through email to my VIP account manager or chat. I have enjoyed playing it, but it has definitely hurt my pockets as I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on this game, but they will not get another red cent from me or another minute of my time Adios HIR!

It’s also discouraging when I spend money, reach out to my VIP, Nick who is not timely in his responses & failed to give me my 20% bonus coins after this most recent purchase. My wife brags on her VIP services from Daniel who is very responsive. Please do better overall with the gaming experience & increase the winnings to avoid having to spend a lot of money.
