Money sucking rip off
What a joke. Any of the good games you want to play they are locked out. You have to be a vip member which basically you have to spend money and even than you will lose that money in 15 minutes tops. I have spent easily over $20 in a couple weeks and no where close to the Elsie/vip status. Stop ripping off your customers. Money purchased lasts only a few minutes. Rip off.

I opened the app in the morning about a week ago and all my money was almost all gone and my ruby status was changed and so was my ID picture was changed. I still haven’t gotten much from support either. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from support yet about getting my stuff back. Are you on spring break? Still no response.

Update: I received a response from this developer, which was a bunch of garbage like I’ve been getting with no results. I was encouraged to reach out to customer support in game as I already did and didn’t get anywhere so what’s the point!
After admitting the game was malfunctioning customer service pulled the game and fixed it but then tried to convince me my loses were due to normal play. I lost over 10 billion coins during this problem and was the one who alerted them to the problem but rather than restore me it’s business as usual with them. Excuses and all! Why would any one want to spend money purchasing coins after their lack of fair commitment.

Double the difficulty, for half the coin reward
I am at level 1702. They have changed things causing me to totally lose interest. I have bought the monthly $5 gold pass for years, no longer until they change things back. The demands in the Pass Challenge have doubled in scale. i.e. “collect 50 bonuses” has now become 90. “Collect 4 big wins” has become, “collect 8 big wins”, etc… for the Rich Pass emeralds. While at the same time Rich Pass Gold rewards for those emeralds has dramatically dropped; the first 4 Gold Rich Pass coins rewards last month had been lowered to 87 million coins each (I swear I thought it was computer glitch). In my case I was at over 1500 emeralds before I saw more that 87m coins. (they have double that to 152m this month, still nothing like it was). The scale is RIDICULOUS I can often hit more than 87m in one free spin. So they made it twice as hard to get half as much. I often completed my monthly Rich Pass challenge completely, because of the changes I barely made it 25% of the way. Why would I buy the Gold pass? For example, the max coin rewards in the $5 Gold Pass, at my level, are like 13b, currently I would NEVER get to half that ( last reward is 6.5b.. definitely could never hit it). If I bought coins from their store $5 gets me 5.6b. (no doubt more as soon as a randomly coin sale hits). So NO incentives to ever buy the Gold pass at this point. New users need to carefully look around at other slot apps. This has screwed over a faithful player that worked years to get where I am. They have taken a fun game and made it no longer fun.

I’ve had this account since 2016. I’m at level 247 and had billions of coins. I have about 50 friends if not more. I was forced to log in today and was put down to level 1 without any coins. This company is a joke
Losing a dedicated player
After a decade playing this game I can’t believe I am going to delete it! Shocked and disgusted with their customer service. It’s going on three weeks with no response either through email to my VIP account manager or chat. Beware! While the games are great, their automatic betting level is made to kill your bank account. I purchased 90 + Trillion coins.($399.00), and I usually bet 80 to 150 million per spin.
But if you have a coin balance, when you start the game, they AUTOMATICALLY boost your bet to what they think it should be. In my case, they set my bids at 3 Trillion coins per spin. I selected 50 spins, and then ran to answer the door. I come back to find out I had lost 70 Trillion coins.
I contacted support, and they returned 3% of my loss, despite my multiple calls to support.

I have been playing this for years. The new updated rich pass really sucks. I was getting a large amount by the end of rich pass before, and now I hardly get anything. I have spent tons of money on this game and on the gold level Rich Passes, so I think this is really terrible. Not only do you hardly get anything at the end of rich pass, it is twice as hard to complete each new level. You have to get 7 big wins instead of 3 or 7 bonus games instead of 3. I will never spend another dollar on this game because you do things like this to long, loyal customers. If fact, I think I will delete the game

Not fun anymore
This game has gotten so bad. Since take 5 taken over HIR it has become so greedy. They have made all the challenges so high and the bet requirement so high that makes it hard to reach without having to purchase coins which I guess that was your goal. This last couple of weeks I have purchased more coins then ever and it seems that the more coins I purchase the faster I lose them with all the small wins and dead spins. So disappointing and not fun anymore.

The worse of the worst !
I gave this game an honest try for a couple days. Even spent a good amount on replenishing my bank roll just to give support since I loved their poker game that I’ve been playing for years. But this slot game is 1000% a money grab. You don’t win for long and the joke of the “free” coins when you bankrupt is ridiculous; you’ll never recover and are forced to quit playing or buy more. The rare bonus games payouts are even more laughable. At least offer some lube before you give it to me so hard. I am deleting. Very disappointed long time fan of Zynga.

On average I spend about 500 a month on coins, I never win anything, I never get my status changed I’m always in the bottom ranking, the good news is I’m looking for a game that’s fun. I've played This game for over 10 years when it used to be fun then recently over the last couple of months they have tightened up the games to wear. You don't get a bonus round until you've made almost 100 spins like in a real casino. they lowered the amount of coins you can buy but not the price. Their treat pet that can increase your free bonus on the wheel no longer pops up occasionally to give you free spins in a slot. There are many games. I don't play because I've never hit a bonus round in the 10 years. I've played them. It's just a terrible game now. What's really sad is the fact that Zynga hasn't even commented On this review, I am now deleting this game.

When I first started this game I got over 2 trillion coins by playing then after I reached a certain point in the game it “updated” and added a bunch of new slots and new challenges to complete but with this came nerfed jackpots and caused me to go completely down to 0 all in attempts to try and make me purchase the stupid piggy bank to restore half my spins. Its a shame this was a great fun game with great potential but they always find a way to make money off of people who are just looking for a good time. 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I’ve played this game for years and Wizard of Oz even longer only to watch all my coins go without winning on one hand recently. Zynga has made it more difficult to win anything, taking the fun and enjoyment out of it. I made several purchases in past few weeks only to see it go in a flash, and that was betting conservatively. Plus games I use to play are now much more for minimum wage. Also, downsizing on phones and Zynga refuses to upload nearly 609 billion to my other account for Wizard slots, as they say they can only do it one time. Really??? With the money spent on coins they should be moved over. PERIOD!!!

10/29 Update
This update 10/29) has never fully loaded and no games are available. This means there is no way to complete the Daily Challenge and the 7 “bones” used to boost the hourly wheel spin for additional coins timed out before the games loaded. These were loaded about mid-afternoon on 10/29 and app is still not working as of 6:00 am on 10/30. Nothing is working except the timers at the bottom of the screen. I had not sent the above and found the app started to work with some problems still occurring, ie., games requiring rotation of iPad would not work and same with the extras. Today (12/5) the app took 3 hours to load and still had significant pauses and, finally, a warning and no reload would overcome it. I really enjoy this app but the problems with these updates are discouraging me from playing.
Game no longer fully loads
I have been playing this game for over 10 years and just recently I can not get this game to react. Every game says coming soon, I can’t get my hourly spins because the buttons are not reacting to touch. I have lost so much time in installing and re installing for nothing to work. I would be giving 5 stars but recently I’ve had to go in other directions for my slots games.
Don’t bother with this app!
This is a losing app! I’ve been faithful to this app for years, now I have to claim the hourly bonus just to build money to play. Even at that 8 times out of 10 I land on 26 m, the other 2 times I land o. 24m. It’s too bad I used to love this app, they have terrific games, but you can’t win. I encourage everyone to try a different app and have fun. Oh ya, I’ve spent money on this as well…still can’t win.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with their support team two times, and each time they end the conversation with no actual resolution. I wish I could include a screenshot, but I bought 1 deal on 11/21 for $4.99 and 3 deals on 11/22 also for $4.99, but I only ever received the 1 on 11/21 and 2/3 on 11/22. I will include the support teams response below (again, since I cannot post the screenshot) they do not mention that 3rd purchase on 11/22, even though I sent a screenshot to them showing that it was taken out of my account.

Zero maintenance
I have had this app for years. And I enjoyed it. Probably invested hundreds. Lately, games have disappeared or frozen. Zero customer service. There are better apps out there.
Too high of challenges
I always loved this game and would always buy the Rich Pass. Now all of a sudden my goals are way out of reach and I can’t even play anymore. No more will I buy the Rich Pass. May even delete the game.
