I strongly advise against buying this product. I bought it from Shein, and the device is very difficult to connect to the phone. Even when you connect the phone to the watch, you can barely change the watch face! I do not recommend it!

I got this watch from SHEIN and I had download this app at first I was really excited but me logging in. It keeps saying that that I’m not registered and then whenever I try to register it says user is already registered and then the watch keeps shutting off and it won’t turn back on and it never came with a charger so and I can’t sync it to my phone on Bluetooth because the watch shut off and it won’t charge with an Apple Watch charger or a flat pad. iPhone charger. and I can’t text on it and it said I could and whenever I try to call people on it it starts glitching. I was going to use it for school to text my mom. I don’t feel good but I can’t because it shut off.

With a design that feels as cheap as a toy from a bargain-bin vending machine, this monstrosity manages to combine the worst aspects of modern horology-unreliable movement, an absurdly fragile build, and a strap that feels like it was made from recycled plastic bags.
The display is a nightmare, barely legible in anything but perfect lighting, and the backlight is so dim it might as well not exist. The battery life? Laughable. You’d get more longevity from a candle than from this excuse for a power source. And don’t even think about water resistance-this watch seems to absorb moisture out of sheer spite, fogging up at the first hint of humidity.
To make matters worse, the timekeeping is atrocious. The watch loses minutes every few hours, making it more of a “guessing” device than a functional timekeeper. If you want to be consistently late to everything in your life, then sure, this disaster of engineering is perfect for you.

don’t buy the watch or download app.
When you press the iMessage app, App Store, twitter, or Facebook app on the watch all that shows is a link to the HiWatchPro app? the only real app is the calculator.. and the health app but its only connected to ur phones calculations. There is only 1 boring game allowed. You cannot respond to texts. You cannot change the military time mode. You cannot decide how many wallpapers you want. No password. Very glitchy and cheaply made watch. The list goes on; I wish I read the other reviews before I bought it, it was a waste of money and time. I hope to see some improvements in the app and watch.

Multiple watches
I have multiple watches. 1 for work & 1 for going out. It would be nice if I could bind/pair more than one watch to the app without removing one to bind another.

The watch takes an amazingly very long time I am in school so I think hmm the watch could get my steps in BUT NO it takes a shootton of time to connect

Whenever I connect my Bluetooth, it doesn’t connect. It connects the wrong one and I have it connected to why I think the watches and it says that the watch is connected, but there’s two things that pull up that say the watches name and I’m like what can you fix that please and also like the other person said add sound to the alarm and add sound to finding the watch and let us be able to call reply to text stuff like that please please that’s what I ask of don’t make it and whatever it is it I can read it actually
