Trash
It double charges me and then if it does charge me the right amount it doesn’t send the packs I paid for. 12.99 and sent nothing twice.
not relaxing, very stressful actually
this game becomes unplayable after awhile because the hole moves too slow and you're given basically no time to finish each level. if you die you should at least be given an option to watch an ad to continue but nope you have to spend coins and you only get 15 each level you beat so you're stuck spending money on coins. i really liked that this hole game is one that only includes cute food items but im disappointed that i cant even play it for more than 2 minutes
The game eats money just like the hole!!!!
I downloaded this game because I have one similar and assumed a switch up would be nice. I noticed that I was making purchases and the purchases were not being credited at all. I reached out via email and was told to contact Apple for a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want the many items that I purchased to be credited. I lost about $80 because I made most of these back to back. No real solution. Apple will not refund either. I don’t recommend this game to anyone especially if you’re like me and don’t mind spending
Payment punishment
Love the game but when I paid to have the ads removed it stopped giving me the option to extend my gameplay by 45 seconds without paying 900 coins. So now it’s just a money grab.
Can’t beat level 480 or 488 without purchasing boosters
Many levels you can not win without purchasing a booster to grow bigger. Stopped playing it’s a rip off

The game is amazing but gets so glitchy after 1 round

This game is so fun and addicting but if you don’t spend money every day or every time you want to play it’s impossible to even get to the next level. Without extra time or a bigger size you’ll just be stuck playing the same awful level and running out of time on repeat until you get lucky. Very cash grab heavy and not worth a single penny. Each purchase felt like a complete waste.
Warning
If you leave a good review, they change the game. Stuff gets stuck in the hole. Graphics just repeat. Some stuff will not fit in the hole even if you increase its size using a power up. They never give you the top prize when they have extra mini games going on. Even if you win that top prize, you can’t collect it. Then if you win all those levels and prizes, you lose once, they will make you play every level all over again. Then when you land the curser on the x3 or x2, they slide the curser off of it and give you the lowest prize of 1.5 .. No money is worth a game that they do not take care of. Certain levels have glitches where the whole game shakes as well. Plus forget about any updates, that will not happen either.
Freezes
I can’t play a level without the game freezing my whole phone to where I have to reboot my whole phone.

Level 16 it's telling me to get an apple yet i have tried the round NUMEROUS times after restarting the game etc. and there is no apple? i'm just wasting lives at this point. do NOT reccomend
Stole my money.
I made a purchase for coins and it took my money and never gave me the coins. There is no way to contact the company. Fun game. Just don’t buy anything.
Freeze
The game literally keeps freezing on me and does not let me play for more than 5 minutes. It glitches my whole iPhone and forces me to close app :(
Glitchy
It’s really something to play a game that glitches and screws you out of the boosts you pay for. This game freezes constantly. The only way to get out of it is to app kill which spends your boosts. It’s a straight up scam.
TOO EXPENSIVE
I have 11 of these “hole games” on my phone and jump back and forth among them. This one sucks. The play is fine, and the levels are fine, I just hate that it’s so expensive for everything. You shouldn’t have to buy nine dollars worth of tokens because a bomb goes off. And this isn’t just me being bitter, there are literally some levels that you cannot defeat in the time given, and are forced to purchase coins. And I’m sure they will come back and tell me “every level has been tested and is possible to defeat!”, which is very easy to say when you’re the people designing the game. It’s worth playing for the first few hundred levels, but eventually you’ll get to the point where all you do is purchase coin after coin after coin to get past a certain level levels, and it’s just not worth it.

Unbeatable without spending money
Loved the game up until level 75 where you can get every single thing on the board except the last 4 cakes and you’re not able to get big enough to get those cakes without spending money on power ups. Huge disappointment.

This used to be one of my favorites but now every time I close the game it sets me back as if I lost the game. Ads are also locking the game so it forces me to close then re open therefore setting me back once again! Not fun any more 😞

Greedy
I’m over level 5,000+but I’m finally fed up when the creators start out with an awesome game and then get really greedy by changing the game play to make it even harder to play and I don’t mind spending money but when they make it even harder so you will spend more money I don’t spend anymore money I delete the game. Now I do hope that you know the creators are Chinese. You can tell by the way things are described. There are other games like this one was so I’m deleting this one. Take care. Used to play for hours
Took away my ability to watch ads and play for hours like I used to without having to use lots of coins. So, won’t be playing this anymore and neither will my family.
Don’t pay for “no ads”
Love the game so I upgraded to no ads. Mistake. Now I no longer have the option to watch a video before a game to get more time or a bigger circle and no option to watch a video to extend the game for a minute. I burned through all the game coins in a matter of a few days. I wish I’d never upgraded. I have deleted the game now. Waste of money.
Frozen
I downloaded and played the game for a few minutes, very fun! Then, I went to play again later and the game was stuck on the loading in screen for about 8 minutes after multiple attempts. It could have been longer but I stopped trying after so much time.
I tried turning on/off wifi and loading other games, so I know it was only Hole Master specifically. I hope this is fixed soon!

Faulty
The app when you first download it, is amazing and super fun! However if you go out of the app and then try and come back in to play it just says “Loading….” And never lets you back in the app!!! I deleted it then reinstalled it, it did the exact same thing on the exact same level! I’m so irritated! This app has soo much potential

Ad Overload
This is a game where you spend 30% of the time playing the game and 70% watching ads. After a certain level, (not too long into the game) they purposefully make it to where you can’t win a level without needing more time. You can either spend 900 coins for more time, which is absolutely ridiculous since you only make 10-20 coins per level, so it takes FOR EVER to make enough coins. Or, you have the option to watch FULL ads for more time. Almost every level you’ll end up needing to watch 2-3 FULL ads to complete the level with the time you need. When I say full ads, I mean 1-2 minute ads. So, on almost every level you’re watching 3-6 minutes in ads. No joke. Then, ON TOP OF THAT, once you complete the level, they make you watch yet another short ad. These ads are at least only 5-10 seconds, but still. There is an option to purchase “No ads” “forever” for $6, but that ONLY gets rid of the short 5-10 second ads. So you’re still spending 65% of the game watching ads.
The concept of the game is quite fun and addictive, but there are several other games out there that have the same concept. I’d definitely pass on this one and see if any others are better about ads.

Not fun anymore
Gave 2 stars because it was a fun game but once you get to mud levels it is impossible to complete without buying boosters or watching a ton of ads. The mud slows you down to the point where all your time gets wasted. On a purple level I watched an ad to get additional time. After the ad it went back to same screen and said no videos available so I had to force quit and lose my progress. It’s no longer a fun way to pass the time.
Fine until level 90
After about 90 levels it becomes almost impossible to complete the game in the time allotted. And the birthday cake is too big to enter the hole even after eating everything else available and forces you to use a power up to finish the level
Bugs and ads
I absolutely loved this game at first but now there are way too many ads. At first it wasn’t bad, 1 or 2 ads here and there, but now it’s an ad for everything. “You want to play another level or go back to the home dashboard? Watch this minute long ad and then wait forever for the game to even load after the ad👍🏻” The game glitches while I’m in the middle of trying to beat a level and I end of glitching over to a bomb or I’m completely out of my way making me down on time. If you want people to play this game, do better.
Level 16
I can’t get past level 16, it shows I need an artichoke but it isn’t on the level.
Hard to gain
Love the graphics but it is so hard earn coins or win extras. Been stuck on a level for like, a billion attempts so far. Like the daily challenge though.
Keeps freezing
I’ve only had this game on my phone maybe eight hours and it freezes so hard, it almost shuts down my whole phone. Just about half an hour after I downloaded it, it stopped everything and I couldn’t even lock my screen.
Paid for no ads but still have ads after every game?
A complete rip off of every other game like this except this game manages to do two things worse. I paid for no ads but I still have an ad that I have to click away after EVERY level. The other thing they do terribly are the bombs. Other games have managed to give you a highlight of a bomb if it’s under something but not this game. Save your money, play a different hole game.
In app purchases required
Game and graphics are fun but after so many levels in app purchases are required to win. Game becomes impossible unless you’re prepared to watch tons of video or spend lots of money.

I’m pretty mad because I paid to remove ads but this game crashes every other level.
Loved this game
I loved this game, until they had updated it and it wouldn’t allow me to watch ads to earn more time to complete levels. Now they feel impossible to complete without making a purchase.

Why are all these games the same and NOTHING like their ads?! It’s eating fruit and stuff, not a lot of huge towers and no different landscapes.
