My game won't connect to Facebook and it's how I also back up my game save so I don't lose it. It needs to be fixed!
Still no damn update for iPhone 11
Still can’t visit people still no damn update available. Y’all worse than the old owners. Update: been a full week and App Store still no update so I’ll never be able to visit anyone. Today is the day I say goodbye. Kim kardashian needs to bring her game back. This went downhill fast. After being level 997 I deleted the game. Y’all are worthless to treat the players like this. Been 1 week and still can’t get the update to visit no one can’t even complete tasks.

Disappointing.
The only reason I bought this game was because the Kim Kardashian game got taken off the app store. Very similar games, but there are soooo. many. issues. If you don’t want to spend money on clothes for your avatar, don’t buy - you won’t progress in the game, it’ll take you FOREVER. if you don’t want frequent ads, don’t buy. If you don’t want to feel very left out of the fun without spending money, don’t buy. there have also been multiple times where it says i can watch a video to surpass certain tasks and still get my task rewards. i spend 2 full minutes watching this video and THEY GIVE ME NO REWARD. this has happened so many times and only started about a week after playing pretty frequently. they reel you in and it’s fun at first, then frequent ads, everything costs money, you don’t get enough diamonds to sustain yourself, and constant glitches that ruins your gaming experience. i have so much more to say. my god.

Can you guys please update this game for iPhone 16 plus because I’ve been playing for years and I got a new iPhone last year from 8 plus to what I have now it works amazing on my old iPhone but I rather use my new one than my old one it just white boxes when I open the app

This game is basically unplayable for me. Every time I open Hollywood Story, my screen is completely black. I can hear things happening, but I can’t see anything at all. On top of that, the few things I can access are extremely limited, so there’s barely anything I can actually do.
I’ve tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling it, and nothing fixes the issue. It’s really disappointing because I used to enjoy this game, but right now it’s broken and not worth the time. Please fix this bug because a black screen makes the game impossible to play.

To Expensive
It is hard to progress and upgrade wardrobe without buying diamonds or packages. Plus if you don’t buy the story starts to exclude you from events. Also you can get more energy but if you are already full it’s pretty much pointless. On top of all of that the prices for the clothes are kinda ridiculous and way to expensive for a person who is trying to just play the game and not buy diamonds. Like dresses for the arena are like 100-200 diamonds you don’t even collect that many diamonds so the only way you could buy them is by purchasing them. Will be deleting app due to this there are definitely better apps like this with less money needed to be spent to enjoy the game.
Black screen
I updated the game twice and it still shows a black screen so I can’t get dressed and the mini game icon is a white block while the other stuff does show I can’t do anything until my character gets dressed which she can’t do
TERRIBLE AND NEEDS WORK
I’ve played this game for a month now and it is WAY too hard to get gems and how easy it is to accidentally spend them. Also, having to wait 5 extra minutes to have your energy refill. this game is too hard to play and takes too much time to get any progress whatsoever. Make it easier to play. This game needs a lot of work.
Doesn’t work
Stupid, not even a game. You collect 1000 items but they never count, it just keeps telling you to collect things and when you do they don’t show up. When you buy hairstyles or lip colors they don’t stay purchased you have to constantly re-buy them. All eyeshadows are pink, no other colors.

Data doesn’t transfer over
Don’t even think about changing phones. Your data will be lost and there’s nothing customer support can do for you. All the purchases and time spent just gone with the wind smh. Besides telling to restore from a backup they were super unhelpful

Glitching
Absolutely love this game been playing since I was about 13 years old but. The only problem is that the game keeps glitching when watching the ads to receive free items or boost very frustrating probably will delete the game.
In game issues
I love the game, it’s so fun. However when I try going to different places the screen is just black. When I try to play the mini games or duel in the game, it’s all blurry and doesn’t show.
Fun but needs help
I love this game and the adventures you go on, I just wish not everything costs diamonds. I save up so much money to only use it for apartments. I wish there were easier ways to gain diamonds that way i can truly continue the quests I am supposed to be doing. I keep wanting to restart in hope that I can save more diamonds the next time but it doesn’t work.
