Giving this app 1 star cause after downloading and opening the app for the first time I was asked to review the app. Not even a minute had passed. Maybe don’t bombard people with app reviews so early?

Wildly off
Cracked open previously graded cards and scanned them to see how close this would be. I noted all the flaws each grading company pointed out prior to starting the scan.
On average it came back roughly one grade higher (if the card was an 8 it came back a 9) on the app. If I could give it half a star, I might.
What’s worse is the customer service; I asked for a refund, and while grant it I didn’t really expect one, any sort of response would have been great.

Searching is Broken
I was using this app to search for cards I want to add to my collection and it was working wonderfully, unfortunately something messed up (maybe new ai slop searching) and now if you type in Charcadet all of the Charmander line pops up or if you’ll looking for Clefairy, Clefable comes up as well. It renders the search essentially useless if the name is even vaguely similar to another, which is a shame because before the app was the best way to actually search cards for specific Pokémon but now it is horrid.

I have been collecting and scanning on this app my sports cards and now they got rid of it

The only reason why I got this app was to ai grade my Pokemon cards but I have to pay as much as most streaming services for a little app. Stupidity.
Missing calues
Many well-known Pokémon cards added to my HoloDex portfolio are missing well-established PSA10 values. Only states that the values are TBD, why?
Make it unlimited without pro
I just got this app and I noticed you only get a few scans but you should have unlimited without pro
Random Grading and Innacurate
I submitted 3 gradings that were definitely within 45/55 and got a 9.5 with a centering comment stating that it is around 60/40. I then submitted a comically off centered card that’s basically a misprint and got a 10/10 for all categories. Very inaccurate.
The ads lie
All the ads I see about this app say it’s an AI grading app. But it’s not it’s the same as TCG player and price charting. Except you have to pay for a membership to use most of the features. You can only scan in 35 cards unless you pay for the $30 subscription you can’t use the AI grading (which is the only thing they show you in the ads) unless you purchase the $30 subscription. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time on this app
Edit : it also says the app is for 13+ in age so are they trying to scam the kids that are into Pokemon cards now by making them pay $30 If they wanna use the app!!

Horrible AI grader
All my cards graded the same and it makes literally zero sense
A little useful but not in the advertised way
I’m leaving a one star review because the app cost money to AI grade your cards and that is the number one way it’s advertised as far as I can tell. It does have a few uses like it can tell you the value of your cards, but only up to a certain point because it only gives you a certain number of free scans before you have to pay for them as well. Not a worth it app you should just have a professional like someone who would works at a card shop to look at your cards before sending them in instead.
This is a terrible app
I bought the plus prescription thinking it was gonna grade my cards fairly. I graded this card that was clearly not in good shape to test the app even the human eyes could see that this was not a 10 but after the app graded it, it turned out to be a 10 do not buy this app. It is a scam.

This app is honestly falling behind hard. The pricing is nowhere near accurate enough and updates way too slowly to be useful in a fast-moving market. Half the time the values are outdated before you even look at them. The AI grading is decent, but nothing revolutionary. A solid in-person grading tool or even an experienced collector can do just as well, if not better.
The most frustrating part is that the app doesn’t even connect the grade it gave your card to the actual card in your portfolio. That completely defeats the purpose. What’s the point of using an AI grading feature if you can’t track, organize, or compare the grades within your own collection afterward? It makes absolutely no sense and turns what could’ve been a premium feature into something that feels unfinished and not worth the money.

Pay or it’s pointless
You get 35 free scans period not updated daily forcing you to pay if you want more scans lol

OK, why should we have to pay to see something that we have to pay to have in person like on the adIt showed them directly grading the card no payment nothing see this is what I hate about apps nowadays.
Worthless app, especially paid version
Really is worthless AI scan grade isn’t accurate, imaging is terrible, values aren’t close to TCG, and there’s no way to sell or list. Wasted $40. Thanks for nothing.

SCAM!
Payed $12.99 for a monthly and they took $51.99 out of my bank. Disputing it definitely but want as many people to know they are scamming. Also rating they scan same exact card in a lot of these reviews and people are getting different grades. Hope many people see this review.
Great if you don’t have eyes
Graded 1 card came out differently each told me centering was a 9 even though I know the centering is good. It’s great if you are blind.
Not accurate when grading
Very inaccurate grading. It doesn’t even work when scanning all older cards it can’t find them. Do not recommend paying for this app. It’s not it.
False equivalence
False information for psa pricing and shows the wrong pictures of the cards I scan

So Rosa’s Encouragement #123 POR, the banner at the top is split down the middle between the words “supporter” and “trainer. The app only gave the surface a 5 saying it was damage. THAT IS THE DESIGN!

AI Grading Sucks
I payed for the premium specifically for the AI grading, I realized it was kind of iffy. So I then purposefully put a crease down the middle of a card and the AI grading gave it a 9.7. It said everything was a 10 besides centering with an obvious crease down the center.

Other App Are Better
I paid $35 for the subscription to start scanning my collection of cards totaling around 5k cards. I already use another app, but wanted this one as I see vendors use this. The problem is that this app doesn’t provide any variation. No Chinese or Korean language options. There’s no option to add Cosmos Holo cards. You can add any notes from what I see - it isn’t the most user friendly app. This app clearly prioritizes grading and selling instead of those who enjoy the hobby as just collectors.
I personally recommend the app Dex. It also has a scanning feature and it organizes all the Pokémon by dex number as well as gives you multiple ways to log in cards that includes every variant realeased. It’s super easy to use and is definitely geared for people who want to organize quickly and efficiently. I regret the $35.

Review
It’s cool for scanning all your cards into the portfolio but def don’t spend money on the app it seems like it’s in early development it struggles a lot with scanning cards and grading i have tried multiple cards to grade and it says retry everytime.
Mis advertisement.
If you see an add that says “ai grading” don’t download this expecting that except if you want to pay like 20$ a week

You see I got this app because I can scan cards with it however you only get 35 scans then you have to pay for premium if you want the ai grading premium
There should be more scans
There are only 35 scans then they don’t reset the only way to get more is to buy pro. Because without the scans the whole point of the app is useless and this app is not good.

Nice for building your collection and getting comps but that’s really it, AI grading isn’t reliable at all, just kinda guesses never sent in a card and gotten the grade it estimates, pretty much just tells you you’re getting a 9 or a 9.5 unless there’s noticeable damage to a card, would not recommend buying the premium service , cause it’s not worth it.
Ai grading needs work
Needs work withe the ai grading. It is not accurate. It just gives every card a 9. Even ones I sent in to PSA and they got 10s. And I paid for the app unfortunately. You need to allow the user to adjust the measurements on the boarders like how the other card centering app does.

I was happy to get HoloDex and then whenever I start scanning a randomly stopped I’m only allowed 20 skins but I do have over 6000 good cards and they’re making us spend money

Unreliable and inconsistent
This application needs a lot of work. Scanning cards doesn't work 75% of the time. Then when you go back to correct your portfolio the card do not edit, or edit themselves to incorrect cards. I've made multiple portfolios and it has happened to each and every one. This affects the price accuracy of the portfolio and is extremely irritating. From my experience this is not worth the price you pay for the service.
Terrible Centering Measurements
Really wanted to like this app. It has excellent user interface and really gives off that professional grading vibe. Unfortunately, it incorrectly measures centering so badly that I found it to be unreliable. I used several other apps to measure centering including magnifying in to 20x and aligning the centering tools. Most of my cards are 48/52 or better. HoloDex consistently rated these cards as being outside 60/40 ratios. I tried re-grading the cards in the app and they kept coming back with centering issues that aren’t accurate. Bummer, but at least I only paid for a month subscription so I can cancel.
LIES!!
The app overview says it has its own grading system but when I scan one of my cards it wants ME to put in the grade!! Stupid, just stupid.
