Whoever runs this app won't tell me why my application got rejected, which isn't very helpful.
Too Difficult To Create Profile
I tried this app as a recommendation from a friend. It will not accept any of my photos and ask way too many questions before even starting. It feels like doing a job interview or background check just to join a simple dating app. It has a few absurd guidelines for photos such as no sunglasses. I wear prescription transitional lenses and it will not accept any outdoor pictures. It also asks many personal questions about faith which a dating app should not ask such deep questions. Those should be saved for personal conversations with matches. It appears to be a ridiculous app.

A man I dated from this app became reactive when I no longer wanted to pursue a relationship with him. He must have reached out and reported me and had my account deleted, because I was currently only talking to him on the dating portion of the app. I have reached out to customer service to contest this, however, they have not responded. Permanently removed without any warning or reason given. I have safety concerns with this man now.
Don’t bother downloading it. It doesn’t work.
They only have 1 person that handles customer service. They just kick you off the app and leave you hanging. Fake copy and paste replies.
Money hungry app
I think the app isn’t all that. Even in FRIEND version you have to pay to see who waved at you. And when you go to “discover” it doesn’t bring that person to forefront, so you literally can’t even make a friend without paying for a subscription 😂 if you want to pay to make friends touché, this is for you!
Worse than tinder
Writers and founders are clearly not Christian. Just more disgusting capitalist pigs who made an app to prey on hopeful Christians. Know what youre looking for dating wise, want a good standard for dating, want to see high value people, want to get to know your future spouse? No that will be a ridiculous fee. They arent here to help u they are here to scam u leveraging religion and love. Crooks

I never leave bad reviews, unless...
During my application, I messed up my location information. I was on a trip out of the country and it looked like I lived there. Boom! Banned for life from Holy.
At least that's the reason I think it is. Because I sent two separate chats to "support" days ago, asking if we could resolve my mistake, to no avail.
I don't leave bad reviews just whenever I'm angry or disappointed. But no good faith? No communication? No effort to even look at my case? You get one star, zero if I could.

I am a modern day prophet, I have come to relay a message from God because you have made it unable for him to tell you anything because of your lack of faith.
I can tell these people how to run their app or give theology that comes from the Lord but they simply ignore it, how much more do you ignore the Lord?
And the consequences of your sin are evident, I cannot find one righteous, “Christian” on this app.
You simply are not willing to be surrendered to the Lord.
I met an incessant prideful Calvinist on this app and it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life, but it seems you partake in the splendor of believing whatever you want to believe regardless of what truth is? I told you baptism does not cleanse sin, faith does, no change. How could you be so selfish? Not only does your lack of faith affect yourself but so does it affect every single other person on this app. You have turned your back on the Lord.

No different than other dating apps
They work hard to help you match with other believers as long as you pay your tithe to them in the form of likes and messages. You have to pay for everything. Someone likes you and holy wants to show you but only if you subscribe and pay. Want to be a really strong holy user, subscribe for 3 months. Sick of dating apps like this

People who match on the app are quick to judge and will ghost you afterwards. Some of the people on the app have hidden agenda other than making friends or dating. Better stick to Bumble or Tinder.

I would like to support christian business that helps building the community, but this app is way too expensive just to view people who waved at me.

I have proof that I ended subscription but it charged me anyways an still no response from support when they would respond only when I had the subscription.

The app overall is pretty terrible to begin with. Most people are over 150 miles away. You have to wait hours to get new suggestions. Don’t waste your time with this app at all. Get a real dating app.

They might as well have asked, "Are you a blanket? If so, how many, and at what time?" It's just ridiculous. 😂

This application unfortunately when I shared feedback severely limited my visibility on the application where as other apps I used same photos had many matches, this application I had maybe 1 or 2 folks literally be careful what you say when they ask for “honest feedback” I don’t read responses to my ratings as they are MY true experience I’m sure the developers will respond for “optics” but this application was unpleasant for me met one person virtually and he was insane no joke. I love the scriptures they put but that’s all I can say that was good about it for me folks should be screened more idk, I was terrified with the person I did match with there.

Doesn’t match with anybody in your area even when you clearly specify in preferences. Then once you stop paying for the app, they stop matching you with anybody and stop replying to any of your questions.

Just another expensive dating app
$15 dollars a week unless you get the monthly which it’s $7 a week. But for a Christian app they are charging a substantial amount for the value that you get from it. The two stars are that at least it’s cheaper than alternatives but I shouldn’t have to pay so much money to see pictures and communicate with people. That just seems ludicrous. I desire connections but these subscription models are built to keep you on the app, not actually find you a life partner

After going through the entire registration process, right at the end-during the verification step-the camera screen goes blank, and I am unable to complete the registration.
Long Distance Dating
This app does not have correctly functioning distance filters. Putting distance to 60 miles is showing me people over 1,000 miles away. This is one of the few non paid preferences you can put in and it does not work properly. One person can be 250+ miles away then 500+ then 20+. All of these apps are the same.

Clueless support team
I'm extremely disappointed with the Holy app. For no apparent reason, my account was banned from the platform, leaving me locked out and unable to access my connections. Reaching out to support was a nightmare, responses took WEEKS, and when they finally replied, they had no idea what happened or how to fix it. Their team seems completely untrained and unprepared to handle basic issues. I'm still banned with no explanation.

Dealbreakers not enforced even at paid tier
App only allows you to narrow location to 60 mile radius, basically makingg it a long distance app. Majority of feed is outside of preferences, which defeats the purpose

I wish it were free to view who waved at you. Not a fan of the required payment.
