Insanely Confusing
One of the most confusing apps i have used in my entire life, as someone who’s been around technology and all sorts of Ai my entire life. Genuinely use any other app to plan your room. I have now downloaded this app 3 times to see if it has gotten any better and no, every time, no. I even download “Pro” mode to make it easier and still cannot use the app. Do not download this app it’s a waste of time

Deleted all of my designs despite the fact that they had been saved
Not worth it.
The buttons are too small to let me select literally anything in my rooms, and the designs are basic with all the good stuff behind a paywall, not even worth trying.

App crashes on iPad when using AI features.
What is the point of paying for the ai features when the app crashes every time you try to use them. Very disappointing.

A Consideration
I pay you for a week of access to premium features. In turn this feature should work. Instead it crashes as soon as I press the button, on multiple devices. I would’ve gotten more use out of throwing the money I have to this into the garbage disposal. Thanks a lot!
Buggy - can’t even use AI tools after paying for it
This is so buggy. Every time I upload the floor plan for AI to scale, it crashes and closes the app

Does not work as advertised, Misrepresention
I downloaded and tried this app on good faith, with the reviews being high.
I signed up for a subscription as to me, the value it could provide would far exceed the sub $$… however one of the key functions is being able to upload your own floor plan… I tried 3 different uploads, first one was so incorrect, it added rooms over top of each other and cut rooms completely off. So I tried a more basic floor plan…I’m not sure if this was worse but it added rooms and bathrooms in places that wasn’t even on the floor plan… there was more wrong than right, faster to start over than try to correct the inconsistencies. I tried a 3rd time and it wasn’t any better…
I tried to cancel and it’s been a nightmare since.. I’m not going to tell anyone what to do, but just beware, and I’ve yet to receive a full refund. It’s not the money at this point, it’s the principle that a company/app developer can charge for capabilities and not deliver and keep part of your money… I used this for less than 30 min and it did nothing it advertised and yet they get to keep some of my money… there is a word for that…it isn’t good business for sure…

removed all good items
i used to love this app to plan out my room designs but just recently they took out all the good items and features from the unpaid version and added them to premium so you have to pay in order for it to be even somewhat enjoyable to use.

I singed up for a Pro account, paid upfront for 6 months, can’t even get the money back. The catalog options are limited to whatever store they have, which is a very specific product not generally what’s more commonly used in the marketplace. Limited to IKEA and some Scandinavian designs.
The worst purchase I ever made
This is possibly the most useless app i have ever seen. I paid for pro version it does not do anything i uploaded a plan and it cannot convert it and asked me to draw the walls manually what i could already do with free version. Buyer be aware do not subscribe to the paid version

Subscription REQUIRED for EVERYTHING
I have had this app for a while. I really liked it at first but after the last few “updates” my battery drains super fast while using it, my phone gets really hot, and now I can’t even construct a room WITH MEASUREMENTS unless I pay for it. There are no longer displayed dimensions on the walls your building in a room builder app! What’s the point!

I'm honestly super unhappy with having to pay for this app. The floor plan design feature is nice but not user friendly and super glitchy. Also the AI model for redesigning a room is horrible. It always completely changes the structural components of the room. Which is basically useless. I'm so disappointed in this app.
Can’t upload floor plan
I can’t even upload the picture of the floor plan to get started. Lost 9 dollars.
Floor plan didn’t save
I spent two and a half hours creating my first floor plan and the app closed out and didn’t save any of it! What a waste of time!
Pay to use basically
You need to have a subscription to keep using, on top of it just being ai slop that makes the most ugly designs.

Sometimes what I wanted was only available with pro and itt is hard to move or figure out. And it does not allow windows or closets. And when you want to make you room measurement to take an accurate representation you NEED to have pro. 😡

Frustrating
Purposefully user-unfriendly to force you into paying for the app. It’s impossible to draw the walls even a little accurately with the free version
Basic Features Locked Behind Paywall
If you care about being able to design a room accurately, don’t waste your time with this app. Even setting basic room dimensions is locked behind a paywall so this was useless to me. I can understand locking some 3D or modeling elements behind the pro version, but I can’t think of much else that a room planner really has to do other than display dimensions appropriately so you can decide on what furniture dimensions to buy. There are plenty of other apps and websites that allow you yo do this for free. 1/5 stars.

Over it
Ive used this app for about 7-8 years now and I love the idea, but with it shutting down or blacking out every 30 seconds is just ridiculous. I’ve paid for premium for a while and kept up with updates but has only continued to get worse. Wish they would actually fix this issue so i can use the app i love. PLEASE DO BETTER. It’s about time i find another app.
Can’t read floor plans
I’ve tried numerous floor plans and it can’t read them. Who wants to take the time to draw out a floor plan it should be able to read?
Overpriced for basic features
Doesn’t even allow you to set wall measurements without paying a ridiculous price. The free version is useless.

Getting kicked out and glitching problems
I’m paying this app to use and it getting glitches and booted out of your app constantly and limited on doing space, confusing to use and hard to move around things, this app is not worth the money.
Absolutely pay to use
I really wanted to like this app but it is EXTREMELY hard to use with the free version you can’t combine the walls with accurate measurements and to do that you need to pay for pro it was possible but very hard to use the free way it took me a hour just to put 4 walls at the exact measurements I wanted I ended up doing the free trial just so I can accurately measure then cancel when I’m done but it’s ridiculous I even had to do that in the first place but once I got pro it was pretty easy and great so that’s the only reason it gets a 2
LAGGY
I usually don’t even write reviews because typically I don’t care if the app is really bad. I’ll just delete it. But I’m about to move into a new apartment and it’s a studio and I really needed help. Trying to decide how to decorate the place. The idea of this app is honestly amazing, especially being able to decorate a place without having seen it butit lags so bad. It’s insane.
There’s probably a better app out there
This app has so much potential but it constantly crashes. I can only get a few things done before it freezes and I have to wait for it to load up again. I see they now have add on subscriptions for more furniture and architecture but I’m not paying $100+ for any of them to be annoyed the whole time.
Scanning terrible, way too fiddle placing objects
I gave it a couple of weeks but found it way too hard to put together one room. Much cursing and teeth gnashing. Two stars because I finally got there.
Everything is paywalled
I used this app 2 years ago and while there were many PRO functions, the free app was at least still usable. Fast forward to now and everything is paywalled for PRO, even something as simple as adjusting the length of walls requires a pro membership. Like at this point just make it a paid app, people already have enough subscription fatigue.
