I have contacted them and my credit card and know one knows how to cancel it. I cannot log in to cancel it says I do not have an account, however it keeps billing me. Be very careful. I am being billed $38.99 and can’t stop it.

Broke what used to be a great app
When I first started using this app, I was able to customize my workouts by choosing exactly which days for each type of workout (I.e. cardio, strength, stretching), how many times a week and add or remove extra workouts. Now I am limited to only twice a week for each exercise, including low intensity like yoga and stretching. AND I can no longer choose which days I get to do them. WHY would you break a great app for no apparent reason?! It no longer meets my needs at this point and I have cancelled the subscription.

Terrible
When you first download the app, it ask you multiple questions and continues going on and on and it seems like you’re about to get correct help and progress until your plan is made. Then your only option is to pay for the app which is ridiculous.
Is this a scam?
I enrolled but over time forgot my password. In attempting to reset I used the website which recognized my email but informed to reset my password on the app. When trying to reset on the app I am told my password is not recognized. I've paid for the past 6 months and just notified that payment was made for another 3 months. Despite writing for support several times I've still had no contact. I'm beginning to suspect this app is a scam since it seems to me there is no customer service concern or care. If I don't get a response in the next week I will be requesting intercession of my state's consumer Consumer Protection Agency, the FTC and Econsumer.gov.

I canceled my membership long time ago they keep charging my card and would not reimburse my money. I highly do not recommend it.

Terrible Experience!!
I decided to try the 7 day trial and canceled promptly on the fifth day. I have a screenshot of my cancellation which shows the date. FitCoach continued charging me for March, April, May, June, and July, unbeknownst to me. I have sent three emails in the last month, received one response saying they have a heavy workload and will get back to me ASAP. There is no phone number to call. I have had to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I canceled this months ago and deleted the app too. It doesn’t show in my apple apps as being active BUT they are still changing me and I can’t find out how to contact them. The website makes you download app and the app wants me to reinstate my subscription but I’m not risking another unauthorized charge!

There should be a law against apps that make you sign up just to visit their website in the first place.

Once u sign up if you don't like it even if you cancel your subscription they will still charge you!!!!! Just call your bank and reverse charge cause you will never get them to refund! You've been warned!!!

Their cancellation policy is a rip-off.
They get you out to their website to pay the subscription for two reasons:
1) to skirt Apple’s cut (don’t blame them there), and
2) to keep you paying as long as possible.

I am confident this app content is helpful based on the reviews I see. My negative review has to do with how they conduct their business which I believe lacks customer responsiveness, integrity, and fairness. I had a subscription that I did not use, and the renewals are on auto renewal. I received an email of my auto renewal, and immediately went to cancel the subscription, and following the process given to contact the app owners sent an email to their support as well as a message within the app requesting a refund of the money just charged me for the next three months of use, which I was not going to be using. I received an auto reply saying customer support was busy and would get back to me on my email, as well as a separate “sorry to see you go” message. I’ve seen no response to my request for a refund, and I’ve sent another message, and still 12 days later no response. Since this app is not through Apple, but directly with Fit Coach, you have no assistance with customer service nonresponsiveness, or issues with integrity of fair business practices. My lesson is you should be wary with allowing this Fit Coach business to process your money based on my experience.
Horrible experience
I downloaded this app a year ago and paid for a subscription. I never got on there and utilized the subscription so I went in canceled it over a year ago and just got a charge that overdrew my account 2 times.
Unauthorized Charges
I signed up for a promotional deal and was charged an additional $49.99 for a service I did not request. When I reached out for assistance, I did not receive a response, and I am not receiving the services I am being charged for.

This is a very difficult app to cancel. This is the second time that I tried to cancel this subscription from within the app. It automatically renews without any advice!

They say that all of the info is in their terms… BUT THESE TERMS DO NOT APPEAR UNTIL AFTER THE PAYMENT OF THE PROMO went through, AND CANCELLATION’s BUTTON IS GREYED OUT- so no cancellation until AFTER the second payment is extracted from you.
The phone number attached to this company never goes through. The support email did not answer when I stated that I had already canceled.
I will be complaining to Apple and any other service due to BAIT AND SWITCH MARKETING TACTICS. No way to contact customer service as of yet (more than 3 months). The excercises I purchased were supposed to be Pilates but they were exercises on a chair for a grandma. There were nothing like wall Pilates or barre ballet exercises. Again: The promo does NOT allow the CANCELLATION BUTTON to activate UNTIL THEY CHARGE THE ADDITIONAL 66.65 dollars!!!! Be AWERE!!! The app cancelation button DOES NOT WORK. Moreover: There is NO WAY this app has 4.7 stars without BOTS!!! I went one by one through all the reviews NOW! And 98% of the helpful reviews were ALL 1 stars!! This definitely needs to be reported up to Apple and Samsung companies to be deleted and investigated further.

Bought app and coach- SCAM
The first day the coach was to meet me at 8 pm did not show up after committing to the schedule I cancelled it next day but no refund for the app or coach that i paid. Have sent 3 emails to support asking for refund but no response.

Made a mistake!
I thought this was more of a easy exercise then these hard workouts. They’re not really hard but they are for me. I have five different injuries and I’ve had 82 surgeries so there’s not much I can do so. I’m gonna have to sign out of this class, but trust me if I would’ve beena lot younger than I am and no injuries I would do this. It looks like a lot of fun so I’m gonna have to cancel.
Can’t use it
I had used it before and I like the the different exercises that you can choose from. I paid a subscription for a year that expires in May. However, I can’t use the app unless I renew my subscription, even though it’s not expired yet. The app support does nothing and there’s no customer service for FitCoach.
Where did the recipe and meal plan section disappear?
Just can't find the diet option and meal recommendations anymore. Where did it go?
Boring and not what I expected
Wasn’t for me. Little boring. But I will say the refund process was super easy which was good.
No way out
I somehow have a monthly fee, although there is no email confirmation on record and none of my emails are signed up. But, my card is being charged. I have no way to contact this organization to cancel payments without signing up for an account… I much I do not want to do. No way out without canceling my card!

Can not cancel subscription
I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and it does NOT happen. It will say “your subscription has been cancelled “ but you can still use it until whatever date. I unfortunately used PayPal to do it and cancelling them paying it is next to impossible. I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for over a year! App kicked me out soon as I did a streak
It’s telling me I’m not registered I’ve paid for the app 2 years n the week I actually use it they say my email isn’t registered. Apple say my subscription is valid but I’m out of $50 bc I can’t access my account or a customer service number to rectify the situation.

Shocking customer service, the app has not been working for over a month and they say that they cannot find the issue but the ill not refund. They offered a life time access. Which is great for an app that does not work 👏🏻 I would give Zero stars.

I went through the entire process to get sold the month access to the app (and I was ok with that). I made the purchase but was charged twice (a 3 month app access for $24.99 and then a separate $49.99 for a monthly 1 on 1 coach that I did not select). I explained the issues immediately and was told I couldn’t get a refund and that they would give me more time on the app. This is one of those apps you can’t get away from. Please BEWARE!!!!!
Can’t cancel
I cancelled my subscription the same day I ordered and App still charged me 3 months later. Now when I try to go on and check this transaction it is saying I never had an account!
Downgrade: Workouts are no longer customizable
Former 5-star app downgraded to 1-star because the ability to meaningfully customize a workout plan has been removed. I achieved great results with my former, customized workout plan but it is now impossible (per FitCoach support) to configure the same plan.
For example, I cannot customize how many days per week stretching is included in my plan. FitCoach will only permit two days of stretching per week, and I can’t change the days. Stretching most days per week is reasonable and healthy.

Every update improves nothing!
Nice new update. I like the part that ruined my whole plan. How does every new update ruin the app more and more. One step forward, two steps back man.
